    Smashburger
    Jodi L.

First time visiting Collision while exploring the downtown Lititz area! What a hidden gem! Literally! My friend had one of the smash burgers! It was big and delicious! Cooked to perfection and it was just what a magnifier should be- crispy on the outside and full of flavor. She had it with the fresh cut fries which she enjoyed! I had the Cuban! The pork was so good, the mustard came through and I didn't want each bite to end! I opted for the tater tots and they came out hot and crispy! My friend had a beer that was "similar to a miller lite"! They knew exactly what to pour for her! I had the Moscow mule which was a little sweet for me, but that's ok! You order at the counter, are given a buzzer and come back when it goes off. The food came out quickly but the female bartender acted like she couldn't care less when I brought my buzzer back up. She took it from me, went and did something else then went to get my order. Later, When I asked for a box, she waited on a couple that just sat down, made their drinks then came back and asked me what I wanted again. I thought that was a bit rude! They have TV's so we were able to watch some football. Maybe a little loud but I understand there is another level. I would go back again as the food was really good!

Nice brewery and sports-bar (not a selling point to me, but worth mentioning). I was out and about in Lititz and needed a bite, so I got the loaded fries and a cold cider. Collusion is tucked off the main drag, but worth visiting and has a variety of casual items for a lazy stroll around town.

Hamburger and fries special was huge and delicious!

We enjoyed a great lunch of their burger special and beer flights. Relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff. Definitely recommend!

The place is in an old t-shirt factory so it has a cool re-purposed atmosphere. You order at the bar and are given a buzzer. Your food arrives behind the bar on a dumbwaiter which amused my teens. And me. They buzz and you pick up your food. We all got burgers and fries and they were delicious!! I highly recommend this place. It looks like they have event space on the third floor.

The vibe of this place is awesome. It's a great location in a cool little town. The people are friendly and has a great beer selection. We got an appetizer of two warm buttered Julius Sturgis pretzels that were to die for!! Then we ordered burgers. I can honestly say that was probably the best burger I've ever had!! The sourdough bread was thick and had a perfect crunch (definitely very fresh, homemade bread) and the fries and onion rings were perfect and not greasy. Although we go back to NJ tomorrow we actually thought of going back to Collusion for dinner again tonight as it was that good. If you go to Lititz or are anywhere in the area, go here - you won't be disappointed!!

I can't speak highly enough about this place. The food is amazing and the beers are out of this world. Staff is always friendly. Laid back brewery, you've got to check it out.

Cool little spot in an apparent old shirt factory. I arrived during beer bingo, I had no idea they were doing it. I just wanted a drink and some dinner. I asked one of the bar crew what they suggested and they steered me to the fig burger. It was a burger with fig jam I believe, blue cheese and bacon. It was delicious and a great suggestion. I paired the burger with tots. I tried two IPA's. The Rippin collab was the best of what I tried: The place was full while I was there with everyone playing bingo. If I'm back in the area I would definitely go again.

The food is awesome pub food. He had the shirt factory cheesesteak and said it was authentic Philly cheesesteak. I had the Mac Attack smash burger and it was amazing. The fries are fresh cut to die for. Service was good. Beer he had was both the Fuzzy Scrumpit (an IPA ) and the Coastal Anomaly (East/West coast ipa collar) he preferred the scrumpit but they were both good. Can't say anything bad about this place. A hopping crowd too. Really enjoyed and will be back.

Located in a historic Lititz Shirt Factory, Collusion is a wonderful addition to the town. I've been to the original location in York, so I knew what to expect when I walked in: amazing beer. They have a decently long tap list, as well as wine, cider, and canned beer to go, as well as crowlers of what's on tap. On my visit, we tried the First Rite pilsner and some sour beers (both apricot and key lime pie). The standout to me was the Homunculus lemon lime cheesecake double IPA. They have a nice variety beyond IPAs, with some stouts, a bock, a witbier, a pumpkin ale, and a brown ale on the menu as well. They weren't doing flights on my visit, but you can get half pours. For food, I went with the Spicy Burger, while my partner chose the Pesto Chicken sandwich. Both served with fries, and the food came up relatively quick. My only complaint is that the burger could've used more jalapenos. Self-service water would also be nice to see added. We had a friendly bartender who took our orders, as there is no wait staff. Seating is limited, although there is an upstairs area that we didn't get to check out. Everything looked clean on the inside, and they just did an all-around good job here.

Good beer, mediocre food, but I won't patronize them anymore due to a few bad experiences there.

Everything came out exactly as expected, and the flavors worked really well together. The Ham & Brie had a nice balance of sweet and savory, and the Fish & Chips was crispy and cooked well. Also had a mimosa with brunch, which was a nice addition. If you're looking for a brunch spot in Lititz or just a place for good food and drinks, this is definitely worth checking out.

The mash must have been made with turnip and potato as it was slightly sweet, onion gravy was spot on as were the carrots. The spouse went with the quesadilla. she stated the steak was really good. Ice tea for both of us . unexpectedly water was available for any one from a tap near the doors. Plastic cups, no purchase needed. Great idea! We shall return, nice place and good food is hard get any more. $42.30 plus tip we always tip at 20% ( or the spouse gets testy.) but the server / cleaner didn't get the idea it was for her, I actually had to say " this is a tip, for you! Visiited Per Diem (the restaurant in Hotel Rock Lititz) for dinner on a Sunday night with family…read more My cousin and her husband come here frequently with friends, and I can totally understand why - it's got cool vibes & a modern ambience, the staff are friendly, and the menu is great. Enjoyable cocktails too (themed around musical artists, for the most part). We mainly ordered individual pizzas at the table - spicy calabrese and truffle mushroom pizzas among them. I tried both and would recommend either. The truffle mushroom pizza wasn't overwhelmed by the truffle oil and was well balanced with herb ricotta and arugula. Comparatively, the hot honey, roasted red peppers, and red onions on the spicy calabrese pizza offered a balance in texture from the crunch of the onions - and just a hint of kick from the hot honey. Delicious. There's a walkway behind the dining area that includes photographs from some of the tours and shows that Rock Lititz has helped with the stage design for, which is also fun to see. I can assume this place can get pretty packed at times, but it was very chill during our visit and I only wish I had been able to go back again for bunch or dinner or something. Maybe on my next visit!
