Went there at 4:45 on Thursday. It took over 10 minutes to get someone upfront to place our order. Then realize there were only two people working and the automated orders were rapidly coming in. By the time we finally got our order it was 30 minute. Don't think I will go back. read more

I love Noodles but this location isn't good. My wife and I order from here about once a month and 9 times out of ten the orders have been wrong. By the time we get home with our food, we often don't feel like going back to get it corrected. Today, however, my wife's order was missing items that we paid for - added meatballs and broccoli. Over $5 of missing items. She went back and made them make her meal fresh. Although she got an apology, this Noodles location doesn't seem to learn from its mistakes. If you want to improve, get the orders correct. While you're at it, please don't include utensils if they aren't wanted. Accuracy can go a long way to keeping customers coming back. read more

Ordered pad Thai for takeout. Got home and there was little to no sauce on it. Noodles were dry. It was missing many ingredients, including the veggies. It was basically noodles and eggs that were dry and clumped together. I had to add my own sauces to make it taste ok. We called to have them remedy it. The only option was to come back to the store for a refund. I live 35 minutes away so that is not happening. Extremely dissatisfied. Won't be eating at this location again. read more

This food hurts my stomachs near every time I eat it. Get lower abdominal cramping. Not sure what that is but it's making me not eat here near as often. We have been to this location a few times now. Each time had been a good experience. We usually wait for our order, and they bring it out to us. I like that, as if feels more personal that they walk your to-do order to you. I like the Chicken Pad Thai, but we wanted to Branch out this time. The Korean meatballs are a must for us, and $5 for 10 (or $3 for 5) we cannot pass them up. Tried the Spicy Korean Ramen noodles with Steak. It was a little bit sweet, and pretty much spicy. It was flavorful. If you are sensitive to spicy, I wouldn't recommend this one. But for me it was just perfect. Any more spice, and I would not have been able to enjoy this. Our luck here continues, as we have had decent food that comes out hot, and the service had always been great. read more

I use this location because my kids like it. However the quality of the food is lackluster at best. I ordered the Pesto Cavatappi twice with chicken. Both times it was extremely dry and flavorless. Today I tried Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo. It comes with fettuccine, well the fettuccine isn't done. Al dente is one thing but these are just not cooked. I'm going ver this place. read more

The service is just awful, nobody is friendly, nobody cares, there is simply no service. The last time, my order was forgotten and I had to wait and wait and wait, not even an apology. This is all my fault. This place is consistently bad all the time. I don't know what deranged thinking I have that one day it's going to get better... but I just have to let it go. Today's disgusting encounter included a med salad with probably four or five shards of lettuce in it. I understand what they were trying to do because all the lettuce was wilted and brown. I only had three shards of it because that's all they had in the bag that that they could rescue from the trash. Their Japanese fried noodles are always so dry that I have a ball of dough forming in my throat as soon as my second bite happens. But this is my fault because this place is always bad. We ordered a family meal for curbside pickup last night. We ordered the family Asian bowls and had so much delicious food! 4 entrees, 5 meatballs and potstickers. Everything was delicious! We ordered online the day before but unfortunately when we arrived to pick it up curbside they couldn't it. The manager eventually found the order in the system - it just didn't "fire" through. She apologized and had our food out in less than 10 minutes. We will give online ordering another try and hope it works this time. The food is good and my kids love to come here, but the wait time has gone way up and the service has taken a noticeable decline. We even thought it would better when we ate there but our food for a family of 5 took 30 minutes after they lost our ticket and skipped us. Seems like they can't handle the online ordering traffic and the in store customers at the same time. I usually order delivery from this noodles location, but today I went in for a quick pick-up. I always have the same order - Pad Thai w/ tofu, no onions, no egg, no cabbage, sub broccoli and carrots. When I visited today for my pick-up order, I spoke to the general manager, Shevon (sp?), to let her know that an order a couple months ago was incorrect and included onions, which I have a severe intolerance to. She was more than accommodating and understanding. She apologized and immediately gave me a coupon for a free meal in the future. I left, reassured that this is our favorite noodles location and will continue to frequent this business. Upon arriving home, I was disappointed to see that my usual order from today didn't have any protein in it. There wasn't any tofu in the bowl. I took a picture because I was embarrassed to file a second complaint in the same day. I called Shevon shortly thereafter, reminded her who I was, and explained that this was the second mistake this year. She was extremely apologetic, checked with her staff about the mistake, and offered for a correction on my next order. So instead of questioning my integrity or pushing back on my complaint as a regular customer, I felt listened to, appreciated, and taken care of. Shevon's customer service is what customer service should be and used to be. But nowadays, that level of accommodation and experience is difficult to find. My advice is to keep Shevon at any cost,m and have her train other employees to understand what it means to represent a brand and serve the consumer. read more

Personable. Very awesome people. But, the food today. Wasn't so good. I ordered a buffalo chicken mac. The noodles were fine. But i'm about everything I ordered. They was chicken in it. I kid you not. The chicken was so burnt. The bread tasted stale and like it was in the freezer for too long. The whole place was a mess. I'm disappointed. Oh man, do I love Noodles and Company, but this location is AWFUL. The employees are less than attentive, and the restaurant itself is disgustingly dirty. We ordered food to go over the weekend, literally not a single customer in the dining area, yet multiple tables were filthy. One chick was cleaning out the fridge area where the cheese was, she put the cheese tubs ON THE FLOOR (yuck!) when cleaning out the fridge area. Man, I can only imagine how this restaurant runs when customers are NOT in the building. Scary thought! I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs. Our entire order was missing or wrong and when I called graham (spelling?) answered the phone and not only used swear words when I asked if I could come in to get the correct order but also hung up the phone on me! Absolutely horrendous! Update: I went in to get my order fixed and he continued to swear at me and tried to tell me that he wasn't going to do anything about it.... worst noodles location and worst manager of any food location I have ever came across, he need retrained in customer service. Megan however made up for everything, incredible customer service, handled everything at the end and was beyond incredible, she deserves a pay raise and a promotion. The small buttered noodles were barely a portion the potstickers were barely cooked but burnt at the same time. I have been to so many noodles because I'm an addict! But this one is special to me... I always recive the best customer service. Better then I've had at resturant's that are fine dinning. There is a manager there with black glasses who you can tell has high customer service and next time I stop in I'll be sure to grab his name. Edited 4/10/17 - what an improvement. Came In and the place was clean, the service was right on, the food was on time and as ordered and the manager was helping say hi to customers and pick up the tables. Looks like we can start coming to this N&C again. :) I like noodles and co, just not the one at this location. I have been there 3 times and each time the tables are a mess and people have to either clean them themselves or ask to have a table cleaned so they can sit down. Today was the last time I'll go to this one as it took 20 minutes to get a chicken Caesar wrap that ended up not having any chicken in it. Then when asked for chicken he gave me 3 small pieces. At least this time I noticed the issue w the food when I was at the restaurant and not all the way home like last time. Just save yourself stress and go to The other Parker location. read more
