We have been to this location a few times now. Each time had been a good experience. We usually wait for our order, and they bring it out to us. I like that, as if feels more personal that they walk your to-do order to you. I like the Chicken Pad Thai, but we wanted to Branch out this time. The Korean meatballs are a must for us, and $5 for 10 (or $3 for 5) we cannot pass them up. Tried the Spicy Korean Ramen noodles with Steak. It was a little bit sweet, and pretty much spicy. It was flavorful. If you are sensitive to spicy, I wouldn't recommend this one. But for me it was just perfect. Any more spice, and I would not have been able to enjoy this. Our luck here continues, as we have had decent food that comes out hot, and the service had always been great.

Walked in and we're told that they weren't offering done in service because there were only two employees working that day. Meanwhile, there was one lady eating in the dining room and it was otherwise empty. We walked in with our baby in his car seat and had to eat in our car. Furthermore, there was no soap in the bathroom and they need to change the fire alarm battery as it kept beeping.

Asian bowl family meal - so much delicious food!

We ordered a family meal for curbside pickup last night. We ordered the family Asian bowls and had so much delicious food! 4 entrees, 5 meatballs and potstickers. Everything was delicious! We ordered online the day before but unfortunately when we arrived to pick it up curbside they couldn't it. The manager eventually found the order in the system - it just didn't "fire" through. She apologized and had our food out in less than 10 minutes. We will give online ordering another try and hope it works this time. Food was delicious and we have lots of leftovers for the week.

This is the 4th time I've had this problem. They are closing early and then the quality of food is just awful. I have Burt pieces in my food and it taste awful. This is ridiculous.

The noodles were lukewarm and very dry. Also, the meat was tough. I ordered the steak and noodles. I won't return.

Worst experience at a Noodles. The 2 1/2 stars they have is generous. Garbage customer service and dry bland noodles.

Loved the perfectly chewy ropes of bucatini tangled with crumbled blue cheese, Castelvetrano olives -- and vodka sauce? This should've been a weird disaster, but wound up being our table's favorite dish. Every dish is a commitment to the genuinely unexpected. There was something delightfully more than just salt, pepper and fry behind the eggroll-sized mozarella sticks. Then there was the fig gelato, flanked by warm pear -- and oh my gosh, the apple tart! We had to go back and reread the menu to realize that the caramel really was spicy! This kitchen really finds the funky note in a dish and leans into it. Come ready to share. Every item comes in a "single" and a "mingle" size, which was great for our table of four. We would order 1-2 mingle-sized items, pass them around, and argue about who gets the last forkful. The rough edge is perhaps the service, but this spot is new and finding its rhythm. We found the handoff between counter and floor to be clunky, since it felt like pressure to order in order to be seated, not to order drinks and wait for a table. Maybe this works in a larger space. Maybe they just need to smooth out the flow. Either way, the people are sweet, and the food delicious.

People seem to love this small Italian restaurant, but it came up short for me. The best thing…read moreabout our experience was that they have a good selection of gluten free dishes on the menu. My son-in-law was happy about that. Now for the reason I won't be back. You order from the counter, which is fine. The thing that put me off was that they charge extra to use your credit card. Yes I know credit cards charge them and they want their customers to pay for that. (Shame on credit card companies!). But our order came to close to $100.00 and who carries that much cash? So that brought up the total. Then of course tip on top of that. No service to speak of except somebody physically carrying the food to the table. No checking back. Three of us ordered eggplant parm with spaghetti. It came with generous portions in two separate dishes. The pasta had a grainy texture that I didn't enjoy. The sauce needed to be brighter. The eggplant was almost too salty to eat. I just didn't enjoy my meal. A dry slice of bread (no butter) came on the plate too. I sopped up some sauce with it but it wasn't quality bread. I guess I was put off by the extra charge for the credit card and from there it was downhill for me. The gluten free dish was the best one, I guess. It was carbonara with penne pasta.

First off the service is absolutely impeccable. The lady that helped us out at first was so kind and patient. Usually at stand up to order places I feel rushed but not here. The kindness is felt in the AIR. We ordered The Romanos meatball and it was the BEST MEATBALL SANDWICH I've ever had in my LIFE and my partner agreed. It was everything you want in a sandwich. The meatballs are HUGE and the bread is soft, the cheese is SO cheesy. I wasn't that hungry and we ordered 1 sandwich thinking I would have a few bites but I ended eating a whole half lol I was THAT good! So my partner ordered another sandwich. They were out of the one he wanted so you know were already planning a trip back! Like tomorrow FR lols The gentleman that helped my partner out for round 2 was also very nice, friendly and generous. I promise- walking in the atmosphere felt very warm, clean, cozy, and welcoming. There was also a customer that couldn't stop making phone calls and talking about HIS sandwich and how good this place is and we could not agree more. I cannot stress this enough, this is my new favorite place.

My seventeen-year-old daughter wrote a review of this place from her point of view, and the owners…read moreseemed very unkind to her in their response. I generally avoid leaving lower reviews on "mom and pop" places because I don't want to impact their ability to live. But their response to my daughter's comments rubbed me the wrong way. So, let that color your take on my bias of the rest of my review, but it's honest and accurate. While we were there, I found the owners very friendly, nice, and kind to us. They were very conscientious in fixing their mistakes, and I appreciated that. They're not nice with online retorts to less-than-stellar reviews. The food was fine, and my father loved his lox and cream cheese on a cinnamon bagel. He is eager to have the second half for lunch tomorrow. I found my own turkey sandwich incredibly difficult to eat as it presented more like an open-faced sandwich in need of a plate and cutlery. The sub roll literally wrapped halfway around the contents and fell apart after every attempt at a bight. I would have preferred a quarter of the oil (which was not in the menu description), as it overwhelmed most of the other flavors. SO MUCH OIL! Oil was going everywhere (Not in the menu description). My wife and I both got the turkey sandwiches, and neither had mustard (which was in the menu description). We both got a couple of banana peppers (also not in the menu description), and mine had a sundried tomato (also not in the menu description). SO MUCH OIL! For a $19 sandwich, the construction of the sandwich is flawed, and the flavors need tuning. Plus, they claim they are consistent with their menu, but my experience and other reviews tends to discredit that claim. You be the judge. With these changes, I would have gone back. However, while I did NOT get this feeling when I was there at all, but in reading that response to my daughter's review, and their responses to many other negative reviews, I now believe they have a huge chip on their shoulders and lash out more than is acceptable, which is zero. I'm sorry for their attitude because I predict it will be their downfall. I rate them at two stars because of the attitude that I experienced after we left, and seeing their online responses. I would've otherwise given them three stars because of the food.
