First time getting my hair professionally colored, and I'm so glad I went to Nancy. I came in with box dyed orange hair with 3 months of regrowth. Didn't really know what I wanted, aside from (1) a darker color for the winter, (2) something that would blend in with my roots so I could avoid re-bleaching. Once I told Nancy this, she suggested the perfect idea: a warm cherry red! The entire process went so smoothly. I've got a lot of hair, so it was a miracle that I was in and out in 2 hours. But, she's experienced and efficient. Coated every bit of hair and thoroughly washed/shampooed several times. My hair is still healthy and looks great in all types of lighting. I came here after I saw all the great reviews on Yelp. I made an appointment a week in advance and was seated right away. I asked for a v shaped haircut with face framing layers and got more of a u shaped haircut but it's okay! The woman helping me out was very nice and made sure to straighten and brush my hair. The only reason why I gave this place a 4/5 stars was because I asked for 1 inch to be cut off and it was more like 4-5 inches. However, I understand due to the ends of my hair being really dry and prone to breakage so I get that she wanted to cut as much dead hair off as possible. I was quoted $35-$60 for a woman's haircut over the phone and this cut was $45 so I was pretty happy with the price as well. I would come back! read more

This was my first time getting a haircut in the U.S., and I was honestly very nervous. I usually fly back to Taiwan to get my hair done. But I am SO happy I decided to come here! I showed her a photo of the style I wanted, and she cut it exactly like the picture -- even better than I expected. I also told her about my issue with my bangs separating in the middle, and she added more density and completely fixed the problem. After the cut, I felt like a brand-new person! Nancy is literally the best!!! She is so kind, caring, and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Even when I'm not sure with what I want, I'll show Nancy colors that I like and she'll be honest with what she thinks, how the color will fade, or how it fits my face shape. We'll work together to make sure we go for something I really want. She's dyed/bleached my hair a few times now and she's quick! In the past I've sat in the chair for 8 hours, but she can finish a color + cut in about 3 hours. I also leave with my hair softer than coming in, even after bleaching. I don't know what magic she's doing, but she's incredible! She can cut hair so well and will always make sure it suits your face. She even has taught me how to curl my hair with a straightener and taught me how to style my curtain bangs. She's so thoughtful and caring, I've never had a hair stylist be this great. The hair salon is on the smaller side with three chairs. They also offer manicure and pedicure services. Nancy was the one who cut my hair, and she was warm and welcoming.
