I had been going to Gerbers for 20 years and never had a problem until about a year ago, when I took it to the former management. The Lexus I drive has a white pearlized paint, which is a bit tricky to handle. They had a new guy painting who messed it up no less than 4 times! Each time it was a different problem, first it was a hair in the paint, then the tape pulled the paint off, etc., etc., it took WEEKS to get it back and it stil wasn't right. The new manager, Vince, an experienced manager, knew what had to be done. He had to correct some mistakes made on the front end, caused by the previous team, and got it done beautifully in a WEEK!
