Terrible set ! Terrible customer service! I originally went to go get my nails fixed bc a couple had broken off and then HOLLY my nail tech told me that I had to get a new set which I thought was a little off, as she is in the middle of doing my nails I noticed that my nails were crooked. I asked to her nicely If she could fix it and all she did was file them a little. After she was done I still noticed that my nail was crooked so I asked nicely again and she told me that they looked fine very rudely, I waited for her to be done with her other client and then she came back and I just told her I didn't like them and I would like them removed, then her client,Holly ,and one of her workers all came at me and started to yell when I was just asking nicely for my nails to be removed and refunded. This is my 2nd review I was here a few days ago and I got a full set and pedicure. I've been here 3 times already and the last two times Stacy helped me she is great if I go back I will make sure I make an appointment with her. Stacy allows me to relax as I am being serviced. This last time I got a different lady older lady short hair didnt get a name anyway she was so RUDE. She was working on my left hand and I had my head titled back on the chair relaxing and I guess she was done with my left hand so she tugged on my hand hard told me to turn because she had to do my right hand and than proceeds to tell me "You too relaxed, you need to pay attention." WTF... I told her of course I am relaxed that's what I come here for and she kept arguing with me that I was too relaxed.... I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what her deal was. This lady also proceeds to pushed my chair hard to the drying station and than threw my sandals on the floor with a attitude. Total B*#%* needless to say she didn't get a tip only the lady that worked on my toes got a tip and she did a great job. Side note: I had a tragedy in the family and I went to the salon to try and relax get my mind off of reality for at one hour just to be treated so poorly. Not cool. Go elsewhere read more

Horribly rude service! FYI it's $32 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure . Which was fine except she didn't tell me that on the phone . Even then I was okay . But when I asked for the Disposable flip flops they wanted to try to get me to buy the regular flip flops for an extra $3! Then when I refused the extra fee for quick dry, I got even more attitude . Then she brought me two flip flops- they were both for the right foot . So I ask nicely for another pair and I got extreme attitude and she shoved them on my feet and ruined one of my newly painted nails. Unacceptable a horrible business Incredibly rude. You cannot ask for one thing without having them speak in Vietnamese and give you attitude and try to upsell you. I would stay away!! The work is average and they are extremely unprofessional. I've been going to this salon for years and I'm always satisfied. I usually get a standard mani/pedi. The ladies here are very friendly and make you feel at home. They even have lifetime movies playing while you wait! I work in LA and still come here to get my nails done because of the excellent pricing and the extra mile that they go. My wife went to color nails at the recommendation of kasier Permanente Baldwin park because of the experience in pedicure and gel nails,but two days after having them done the top nail started to lift went to shop to have it fix by ivy now the next day another nail lifted on the other this not what you might say excellent work she was charge $3.00 for repairing the first nail thu no fault of my wife now if we go back there going to charge her again for nails that were not done correctly bad service and workmanship save money and time with this nail salon. read more

I just found out about this place from a friend of mine. I came here on a Saturday during my vacation and it was quite busy but they accommodated me right away. I got a manicure and pedicure and they had a whole bunch of colors to choose from. Julie did my manicure and Sam did my pedicure, I recommend them! This has become my go to nail salon since I moved to the area. I have never had a bad experience and always leave happy with my nails. Both Holly and Julie are amazing nail techs who always make my acrylics look perfect. The prices are inexpensive considering how well they do my nails. A full set with gel polish costs around $40 and a fill with gel nail polish costs around $30 (it can slightly vary if you get multiple colors or a design). I highly recommend coming here. read more

I came here on a limb , I needed my toes done and a gel mani, well I was greeted and as soon as I walked in but man was I bombard by questions I couldn't even think , what color , what do u want , I said I wanted a gel Mani and regular pedi. I was so frustrating, I didn't know where the gel colors were and they we rushing me and wanted me to sit down but I didn't have a color yet this lady handed me a color of gels which I didn't like any of them so I told them I change my mine just a pedi , the lady that did my Mani is amazing !! She took all my ingrown and it didn't hurt she was so good , but everyone else was just in a rush when there was only 2 other ppl in the whole salon getting there nails done. Do not come here such a RUSH experienced. Not only do they treat you awful like you are a bother. They don't ask you or give you the check when you are ready to leave. They DEMAND that you to pay like you are going to cheat them out and run out the door. I have WET NAILS! And the guy who did my pedi was so rough he cut my toe. Mid-pedi he tells me to move a seat over because they Asian lady was going to sit on the chair. IT was the same chair. Why did I have to move? She could of sat there. So after this guy cuts me asked me to move he starts waving the ticket in my face. I'm in shock. I'm tell him okay I know I will pay it. I need my toes to dry. So I assume he wants the chair so I get my things go sit on the UV seats to set my toes and he follows me and starts to tell me to pay. I tell the guy at the register that he makes me feel uncomfortable that I know i have to pay I'm NOT gonna walk out he asked me to move twice my shouting. and the Manager/older gentleman with long gray hair put down his magazine and charges my credit card and gives me my receipt. Really!! Thanks for making me feel awful Unwelcome and Making me feel like a untruthful person because they thought I was cheat then out on $15 nail service that took 20mins!! This rating is just for a recent experience. I only keep going here because of Judy. I used to always get my eyebrows done here too, but I like threading more. If you prefer waxing, go here and ask for Judy! I still go here to get my nails done though. Usually I would rate it 4-5 stars. Especially because I have such petite slim fingers, it takes more effort to trim down the tips before applying them for a full set. This time though, Judy was busy so a new lady gave me a full set. She was an older lady- not the one with glasses. I felt uncomfortable because she would constantly randomly say something in a very low voice, so I know she wasn't talking to any of the other ladies, or me. It wasn't humming or anything either, I didn't know what it was. She didn't care about trimming down the tips, so they fit awkwardly on my fingers. She realized she had to trim them a little bit because some too-big tips fell off my nails when she buffed them. She was also very aggressive with the nail cleaner machine thingy, that she kept hitting my skin with it as well. I would pull back a little, but she would pull my hand again closer and do the same thing. I felt like she knew she hurt me, but didn't even apologize, and did not try to be more gentle. I wanted to be like "whoa, um can you calm down?" But maybe it was the asian filial piety or something, because I couldn't tell her anything. I even tipped still because my nails still looked okay, and I felt kinda bad because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. -____- *facepalm* Anyways, I know I'll be back, I'll just call in earlier and ask for Judy to do my nails. and avoid that lady at all costs! read more
