"Oh girl, you need to do the nails. That's why you no more boyfriend..." Lol. Joking. So... I usually don't get my nails done. I've always worked with my hands (restaurant, healthcare, science labs in school) and extravagant glittery long nails have always been against regulation. I had wanted to get acrylic nails but I didn't have enough time to get them done in Hawaii before I flew into Vegas. I decided to DIY some press on nails and hoped that they'd stay on my whole trip. I ended up booking an appointment at the Massage Envy at this plaza. It was the closest one from The Strip. I asked the girls in the front if there was a nail salon in the area and they recommended me to this nail salon. I walked down past a few shops and went into the nail salon. A few women were getting pedicures. A lady greeted me and asked me how she could help me. I told her I wanted to get acrylic nails done and asked what the pricing would be. She showed me the pamphlet with the services they offered with the pricing. I decided to splurge since I was in vacation and "qurl treat yoself". They lady helped me remove the press on nails I had on. I opted for the coffin shape as it was different from how I usually wear my nails, a longer length (extra) and glitter gel polish (extra) but all in all, it was still cheaper than if I had gotten them done in Hawaii. She did my full set of acrylic nails super quick. The gel polish hardened super fast under the LED lamp. There was minimal filing done. The nail tech seemed very skillful in shaping the acrylic. There were some areas where I wish she would've spent a bit more time evaluating before she cut the extension tip because it seemed not leveled with my natural nail but it wasn't as noticeable once the acrylic was put over it. The salon also filled up super fast throughout my session. 6 other women walked in looking to get pedicures. Their pedicure chairs were always full. I was tempted to get one myself but decided against it. My toes were already painted. I was super SUPER DUPER HAPPY once I saw the finished set. I couldn't stop staring at how glittery they were. The shiny top coat made them sparkle even brighter. I had a lot of compliments on my nails while in Vegas, Maryland and Hawaii. They whole set lasted me a long time as well!!! And I'm super rough with my hands. Opening the tabs on aluminum cans, breaking through Maryland blue crabs and all. They lasted a whole month, 5/16 until 6/13. Until the middle finger on my right hand started lifting. And even then the top coat was still shiny and beautiful!!! Then I took all the nails off myself as I couldn't bare to stare at uneven nails. read more

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to this place for the 1st time for a VERY BASIC service. Simple pedicure. NO DESIGNS. NO RHINESTONES. NO STRIPES TO PAINT. Just simple polish. ONE COLOR. Please do not let the upscale look for you , All of the glitz and glitter was certainly purchased for aesthetic purposes, and do not represent any professionalism whatsoever. A basic pedicure is just that, basic. Any amateur Nail Tech can do this. THAT IS IF YOU TRULY WENT TO SCHOOL FOR IT. a lot of these nail salons get family members or their kids to do things that they're not licensed to do, especially when they get busy & need extra help with the customers. For a basic pedicure, I had 3 to 4 different people work on me over two hours . I was left to sit in cold water for 30 minutes and after 10 minutes of the starting process, I was already being switched out for someone else to work on me and this happened several times because the place was busy. They did no callus removal like was requested and the paint job was done by what look like a two-year-old , I pointed out how horrible the paint job was but they kept having the same girl who messed up in the first place try to fix It. They wouldn't bring someone over to actual remove the polish and start again. So it became worse, thick and clumpy . I got tired of pointing out the obvious wrongs . So I got up, paid, I left no tip except the tip to "get better service in this place" and walked out. I was actually stunned when they asked me for a tip, but I literally shook my head & said "absolutely not". I could not believe I was in there for more than two hours. read more

i went into the salon for a simple full set french tip, according on their website the full set gel manicure plus french tip was $57 and they fucking charged me $82 dollars . apparently shaping and length are an extra cost when that has never been a thing with past experiences there . on top the service took hours !! DO NOT GO HERE . they are taking advantage and overcharging!! read more

So I really love this place and the customer service but unfortunately I do not believe my service was worth $70. I got a full set with gel top coat, I am honestly surprised by the price since this was not close to the menu. The day after I got them done, I noticed the acrylic was on my cuticles and is lifting. They did offer to fix them but I didn't have time to go in their time frame. I personally think $70 for a full set with no cuticle work is not worth it, I definitely could have went to an instagram nail tech. read more

Today I came in for a Pedicure. I WAS NOT EXPECTING WHAT I GOT TODAY!!! I'm writing this from the chair because I couldn't wait to write this one. I got The Jelly pedi. It's the one with all the bells and whistles. At first I was like... A $70 Pedicure? Let's see. *Cue the trumpets* Then Tom appears. This man just gave me the BEST BEST PEDICURE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I'm not gonna say how long I was in his chair cuz y'all are gonna want the same. Tom got me in here feeling special. This man is a Pedicure God!!!! He clipped, sawed, filed, sanded, rubbed, massaged, tapped.... U name it... He did it. He didn't pay me to write this. HE IS WORTH THE WAIT TOO.
