$150 for a mani and pedi and the service was honestly disappointing. I work hard as a nurse for my money, and I honestly make less than that an hour, so when I spend that kind of money, I expect to at least feel valued as a customer. Instead, the entire experience felt rushed and careless. There's barely any massage anymore -- is that the new standard now? On top of that, an older man working there took a dirty used cover from another pedicure chair and threw it into my basket while I was still sitting there. It was unhygienic, disrespectful, and honestly gross to witness. The technician rushed through my pedicure, didn't properly do what I asked for, and claimed she filed my nails when she clearly didn't. I never withhold a tip because I know everyone works hard, but this is one of the few times I truly felt the service did not match the price. Unfortunately, this salon charges premium prices for very poor-quality service, and I left feeling frustrated instead of relaxed. read more

Booked an appt with Kim but she ended up cancelling. Please fix your website if you're not available. The lady that helped my mom conveniently forgot to give her the 10% for first visit even though she reminded her when she first got there. They also charge you $5 to remove REGULAR nail polish even if you're paying to get them painted. Most salons we've been to don't charge for regular polish removal if you're paying for a mani/pedi. Feels too money hungry and bad service overall, wouldn't recommend coming. The mani/pedi also turned out underwhelming. read more

I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I called them first and made an appointment the day of. The owner had open availability that I was really happy about. It's very nice inside with a lot of spaces and lots of employees. There were about 10 employees working at the time I went on a Saturday afternoon. I got my pedicure done by one of the guys and he was very efficient. We didn't talk much but I was happy relaxing in the massage chair. He did a great job of taking care of my feet with the full service scrub, cuticle clean up, calluses, and polish. Tiana did my French nails manicure. The owner recommended I do gel x as opposed to acrylic since it's better for my nails and won't damage. I loved her recommendation. Tiana was very precise and super friendly. I enjoyed talking to her while she did my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got it down! Amazing job! I love my nails! I will be coming back! read more

I was looking for a nail salon near my house that stays open late, and this place was exactly what I needed. I work NOC shift in healthcare, so this nail salon has a great location and closes at 9:30pm which is later than most nail salons around the area. The owner is very sweet and responds quickly. I've always preferred acrylic nails, and Chi is amazing especially with designs. She consistently does an awesome job. Even when my schedule gets extremely busy, particularly around the holidays, I've gone up to four weeks between appointments and my nails still last without breaking. They even have discounts for first responders, military, students, and seniors. I highly recommend Chi and this beautiful nail salon. read more

First time to try this place.. Just want to say Ms Kim at the front is so nice... She greets everyone that comes in and she assist and assigns techs right away, shes perfect to be at the front. The place is very nice and clean the decor is very simple but clean looking. I also noticed that someone will be wiping the massage chairs which is really nice to see maintaining cleanliness. I was assigned two techs to do my mani ($45++) & pedi ($75++) these were the two individual who did my nails. The extra service that i paid for was great the result of the french tip was not done right. Im not sure why people that does the french tip does not take time on doing them right and even. I felt its always rushed while they charge extra for it. Anyways when i got out i noticed that the side id my nails were not well cleaned the residue from the gel was still stuck. I'm headed out of town this weekend and needed a salon that would take a walk in. I'm very anxious so i look at the menu, the prices and know exactly what i want when I go to new places as it helps me not get as nervous or stutter and get embarrassed. I stumbled across this salon, saw good reviews, it was open later and really thought i had found exactly what i was looking for. Upon walking in, it was very busy (Mother's Day weekend) no issue, I had no problem waiting. Until an employee said "Do you need something?" I told her a walk in for a pedicure IF available. She said a 20 minute wait. That 20 minutes turned into AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. I know, why would i stay that long? Again, needed a pedicure before tomorrow. Once i got my tech, (she was very sweet so I'm sad I have to write this review) she asked what pedicure i wanted. i told her i want the short and sweet, add callus removal, white polish and no gel. Short and Sweet Pedicure $45 Callus Removal $7 Total SHOULD be $52 After it is all said and done... i was charged $65 what is the other $13 charge for??? It was not talked about, not an add on i did, nothing. Whatever it's 10pm at this point and i just wanted to go home.... I get home and see a bunch of leftover wax and just seems crazy to me. I wanted to love this place as it was clean and my tech was sweet, however, overcharging or charging for something i was unaware of is insane work and unacceptable. Good luck read more

The first and last time i went to this salon i got a short acrylic set and i got chunky nails! The tech did not prep my nails at all, didn't cut my cuticles Or push them back he just drilled my natural nail with the drill and started applying the nail tips. I obviously was telling him to make adjustments throughout my appointment but i already knew my set was gonna be shitty. I still paid for the set. The next day i called the salon and KIM answered and told me nail prepping is not included in a FULL acrylic set. SORRY??? Why are u guys greedy prepping takes 10mins!! She told me to come in and she can give me cuticle oil. I did not go back because that's stupid i don't need cuticle oil. And for a $60 nail set you SHOULD include nail prepping in the process and not just do a sloppy job. Just save your money and time and go to a different salon read more
