So I'm sitting here getting a pedi done and so far not very fond of this place. I work down the street and a coworker recommended this place so I gave it a shot! I already got my gel mani and honestly I can say for the first time ever I don't like them! The color isnt perfect you can see my nail through. The bottom and tip is very sloppy. I have paint and gel all over underneath of my nail and the tips aren't even cover. I'll probably get them redone on Sunday. Great another 20 something dollars down the drain. This is what I get for not wanting to go to my place in Burbank since this place is on the way home from my work. I won't be back here. I wish i could give them 0 stars but that wasn't an option. First time i came here i love it john took his time and really did a good job. Second time i went i made an appointment and it was packed. John did my nails fast fast and rush like he had 10 more people to do. Don't give someone an appointment if you have lots more customers you made promises to! After i left because he put so much gloss my nails never dried! Came back the next day 15 mins late to appointment and he was being a little bitch. Yes i know i was late but don't tell me you can't fix my nails for another 3 days!! They pretended they didnt understand my explanation but as soon as i said i want my money back they seemed to understand english very well and refused! I have been coming to this place since I was 16 years old ,walking here after school with no appointment but still having the luxury of being taken care of. I can truly say that they have always done an outstanding job with my nails and come to the rescue even when I break one two days later. I recently started doing powder nails with Mimi or Linda and they are by far the best. I have gone to two other places that my mother and best friend recommended but I can assure you a lot of places don't know what they are doing when it comes to dip powder nails. My sister in law and I are both nurses so it's very important for our nails to be done proper and a certain way. However, even with all the hand washing and patient care I do my dip powder last me a very long time and looks very natural. Great nail salon! I had a wedding on Saturday and the bride asked me on Thursday to have a manicure! No place would fit me in for a gel french tip at the last minute all day Friday was devoted to the rehearsal and Saturday I was in the bridal party which is an all day thing.... I called them at 7 pm on Thursday they answered and after trying to fit me in next day( which didn't work timing wise) Mimi told me to come right Down and she'd do it for me now! 45 minutes later and beautiful perfect nails. So nice, clean, professional and a beautiful salon to boot. And the prices for a gel manicure is not bad either!!! Found this place through Yelp. Scheduled an appointment and had my daughter's nail done by Tuha. Great Job!!! The nails look beautiful! We decided to go with the regular nail polish, which they don't have a large color selection as they do with the gel colors. She didn't leave them thick like other locations do. Very pleased. My daughter also had her legs waxed by the owner. She took her time and gave her some recommendation. She also, did an amazing job on the waxing. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Thank you very much! They also have a $5.00 off coupon on their website that can be used by first time customers. That was also a plus :). Salon is a bit small and they do tend to be very busy. NEVER GO HERE!! Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service at this nail shop. I came to get a fill and all my nails broke within the first week while doing the simplest tasks. I've never had an issue going through my day and having to worry about my nails until this last time I went here. I went in to get one fixed and another broke the next day!! I asked to come in and they wouldn't take me for two days!! I had to trim my own nails and when I went in to get them fixed on the day they could "fit me in", Linda threw me my money and shooed me away! Then as I proceeded to walk out, Tom called me crazy in front of all the customers!! I am disgusted. I tried to be patient because I get their job can be difficult but to be mistreated like that publicly and humiliated, was undeserved. I use to love this place, I went here every time since I moved to the valley, I take my family there, its su h a easy walk from my house, but this was the 4th time when I walked in and they kicked me out because they were to busy. I walked in tida anf there were only two customers and anither emoloyee sitting in a chair cutting paper towels. Goes to show they have no loyalty to their returning customers who goes every time to them only. I always gets everything done from full set to eyebrows. Guess they dont care for returning customers at all. Its a monday, from all days you should be able to take in walk in, if your appointment only then dont list walk in welcome. read more

i've been in this store quite a few times to bring my gf there, and i have to say that if i were anymore metro, i would come here to get manicures and pedicures hahahah. i just had to leave a review for this place because every time i come and hang around, everyone is super nice to me and very accommodating. the place is a good size and has a lot of seats but they seem to usually be filled, looks like an appointment may be wise. sometimes i get to sit down in the cool chairs but usually i just sit on the edge while i wait. i do notice a few things whenever im chilling there though, such as that liner thing where their feet soak, that gets changed every time so its kind of nice not to have your feet in the same water that was hosting some other folks' feet. that is definitely good attention to detail, from what i understand that is not common practice in other shops. there's a ton of magazines here too so that's useful to me when i'm trying to kill time. my gf usually goes to Mimi and she often states that she wouldn't really trust anyone else to do her eyebrows. She's also very nice to me and that can go a very long way. Evidently, this place has a ton of nail designs available for people to get because my gf is always trying to sell me into using one on myself. I dont think so lol. read more

I've been coming here since I was 15. I'm now 38 with 3 children of my own that I bring to the salon for mani-pedis and waxing. I've never had a problem with either. Worst experience ever! Came here with the recommendations and was waiting for a great service! I had a really special occasion and needed my nails to be perfect! over so many years wearing acrylic nails I have an allergy know so I was looking for other options of making my nails little longer and thicker! I called 2 weeks in advance to ask if they offer anything else but acrylic they said a liquid gel so I got all excited and made app for me my mom and mother in law. When we arrived there last day before our party (with an appointment !) they did not have enough people to do our nails. It's getting better they have told me that they only do acrylics nothing else I was getting so mad but I was nicely enough to ask is there anything else they could do! They offered me a silk wrap! I said ok as long as it's nit acrylic and getting done right now cz I did not have time ti go somewhere else. They end up glueing my nails with tips over and over! I asked for design on my ring fingers and she couldn't figure how to stick stones to those nails! I also made app for pedicure and they said there is no time ti do it and a guy came up with weird tub and started doing a pedi while she was doing my nails on the regular chair!!!!!! I did not get any rest and service!!! He barely took my old color and put new on! He did not even ask me if I need to cut my toes or massage my feet (what other people in MASSAGE CHAIRS were getting)!!!!!!! I didn't get the name of the woman that did my pedicure but she was really neat and very fast. Thuha did my gel manicure and she did a great job. She was really nice and was patient with me when shaping my nails (i'm very particular about this!). She shaped them perfectly and the polka dots I request came out great! If I could give less than one star i could. Parking sucks. And even though I had an appt they were not ready for me & I had to sit there with my feet in lukewarm water for almost 45 minutes waiting for them to finish up redoing the polish from the person in front of me cause she wasn't happy with how they did her nails. Even then, it was one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The only part I was really happy with was the massage part of the pedicure. When I left I still had dry skin & should have refused to pay. Only benefit I found is that they take visa & mastercard & the price was low. $12. Guess you get what you pay for. This is honestly the best place to come and get your nails done in Granada hills period . If everyone would stop giving them so many good reviews before its hard to get appointments here I'd appreciate it lol. Customer service is always the best. Each person that I get when I come without an appointment is so nice and attentive. I don't know anyones name but each person here takes their genuine time on you even when busy and come without an appointment.
