This place is AWESOME. I'm new to the area and was looking for relatively affordable things to do with my five-year-old, I drove by and noticed this had yard games like giant connect for as well as pinball and arcade games inside, but I was a little daunted by "pub" in the name, but I'm so glad we gave it a shot! You can pay $15 for the hour of pinball and other classic games like the original super Mario, and then there's also games you can play for a dollar per token in the second room, which opens up to the beautiful patio! The man there today named Tim was so so kind and let the kids play at will, and me and my friend enjoyed a beer while they ran around. It was a perfect Wednesday afternoon trip and we will totally be back! Today was more of a kid focused event, but my hubby and I are huge on whiskey and the selection here was insane so we will definitely be back for a date night! I asked the gentleman and he said they don't do live music there, but man what a lovely patio if they did! I checked out the menu and it was mostly bar snacks and nobody in our group was hungry so that will definitely have to be something we try next time also! This is a great place to chill for a beer and maybe play a few games but keep in mind - small kitchen so long wait for food. Went in to kill some time and there was a party in back which kept ordering pizza's but the kitchen couldn't keep up with the even and other orders... It was ugly but thankfully I was only here for a beer and shot. Mas kudos to Cameron who literally took care of me I'll be back for sure and eager to try some eats next time read more

I have been here about 15-20 times. I do like the concept, and the pinball machines are in good condition overall. Fun selection of games to play, and family friendly. Across all my visits, I have had to stop back to the bar to order a drink refill 90% of the time. I don't understand why the bartenders don't capitalize on the opportunity to provide actual service. The receipt DOES include suggested tips based on % of total order (including game spending). The tip options should be updated: 1) brought you drinks, brought you food, checked-in to make your experience best. 2) checked on you a couple times, hope it was enjoyable. 3) somewhere between decent and nonexistent. 4) only when you came and asked. The back room pinball machines were moved from the original wall to a different wall. There are fluorescent lights directly above the machines on the new wall, creating glares across the game surface. I have mentioned it a couple times, with no adjustments made yet (been a couple months already). Most recently the guy with beard said "oh yeah" and walked away, never to be seen again until I went to settle my tab later. I wonder if he was interested in which tip option I was going to choose!? Besides his "oh yeah" and pouring my only drink, he never asked if I wanted anything else - I did. read more

Fun spot! Family friendly! We enjoyed the patio on a great Colorado afternoon. They added an outdoor ping pong table while we were there. They have all kinds of things to play from the pinball to corn hole to board games. The drink menu is extensive. Food menu is minimal but good! The staff was super sweet and attentive! Hmmm... 2 stars I guess. I love the concept and I can't say that I've seen that many pinball games in one single place. Then again maybe it's because I'm a square. HAHA. Great vibe they have going. Classy yet fun. This would be a great date spot, a killer place for a bachelor party, etc. Their outdoor space is large and has things that kept my kiddos occupied. They even enjoyed playing pinball. But the Pinball Pub is anything but perfect. I would have been tempted to play more pinball, but the front room costs $15 per hour, hence the reason most of the games sat there unused. So instead of making a few bucks from me they didn't make any. The back room has a whole assortment of vintage games and skeeball, however 90% of them had signs on them that said "coming soon". Several TVs still in boxes also with the same signs. The back room was smoking hot even with a massive commercial fan going. It felt and even smelled like their kitchen/oven merely vented into the space instead of outside. There was only one person working. This made for slooow service. I probably waited at the bar for 15 minutes just to get a couple drinks, while the employee (no joke) danced and sang to herself in the kitchen. Final thoughts: Need at least one additional person to help with service. The limited draft beer list selection was good, and the prices were respectable. Two people in our party had mixed drinks which they didn't love at $12+ apiece. I'd probably go back. read more

Service was excellent. As soon as we walked in the door, the bartender asked us if we've been here before and continue to explain the drink menu and food menu options as well as the video game/Pinball fee. Which is $15 an hour per person. We ordered a couple appetizers, which were very good. We also ordered a couple of their specialty drinks which were spot on. If I could give zero stars I would. 3 employees behind the bar and about 12 customers. You have to give them your credit card before you can play. Not one of the three employees greeted us, said we will be right with you or even made eye contact. After 15 minutes of not acknowledging our existence we left. Sad day for them since my husband is a big spender and a great tipper. Whatever you do not give them your business if you actually are lucky enough to have someone care about whether you are there or not. read more

This is a great new addition to our small town! There are so many fun video games, pin ball machines and more. It is locally owned, family friendly and the food is great. The background music is on point and you can also choose your jams from the jukebox. Huge dog friendly patio with out door games. Happy Hour specials during the week and Trivia on Thursdays. The bar servers are attentive and know their whiskeys to help you build a flight. I highly recommend Colorado Pinball in Monument. read more

The place has a great look. We walked in a sat down and guess they have no table service. We almost left but want to support local businesses. The ambiance is fun and would be great with friends looking for something to do. Only have of the bar was operational thus far but they were working to get the rest open. The Food selection was disappointing. We guess they don't have a full service kitchen so we passed. We will go back but not for the food menu. The outside seating was great and had nice views hope they keep that. I would like to see them turn up the service. read more

This pinball pub in Monument is so much fun! They have a ton of different games to play and a lot of awesome whiskeys and beers to try. They have a jukebox for you to play your favorite music and an awesome new patio area that is pet-friendly! The staff was super nice and attentive with our drinks the whole night! It had promise but the owner was very rude and lacked basic hospitality for a service business. 5 of us were there for two hours first time visiting. The area is surrounded by games we talked for most of the time and then one of the guys started playing a pinball machine. Many of the machines were not working. Several of us played for 10 mins very basic pinball. She came over and said I see you are enjoying the games that will be $15 dollars an hour each. We didn't know about this but she said you were told when you came in, which we were not. It was very rude and we spent around $200 on food and drinks there. It's so simple to make people feel welcome and show some hospitality. I doubt if this business will be there next year and she will blame everyone else. read more

This place is horrible. We went to try it out and support a new local business. I had a cold brew coffee that I was finishing and brought in. I set my coffee on the table and went to the bar to order a drink. As I walked to the bar, the bartender went to our table and grabbed my coffee and threw it in the trash. She then approached us at the bar and very rudely said "We don't allow outside food or drinks" in a very nasty tone. It would have been fine to ask to not bring in drinks and I would have gladly set it outside or thrown it away. But instead, she went behind our back and literally threw my drink in the trash. I responded that we would be leaving and wouldn't be coming back. Another couple sitting at the bar also said they had been in twice and wouldn't be coming back. The guy sitting at the bar said "this place sucks" as we walked out. Never go to this place. They have the rudest staff and we will never step foot in there again. read more
