We love this little gem! Eaten here a few times and never had a bad meal. Great salads and burgers and good selection of beer and cider.

I'd really like to love it here but, I just...don't. While they have a good beer list, their house brews are inexplicably expensive. I appreciate that it's all Colorado beers though, so if you're looking for all local brews, this might be a good place to check out. If you want to try some of their spendier beers, the best way to go is a flight. It's $10 for 5, 4oz pours. We didn't try the food here, but it's pretty affordable. Based on other reviews, sounds like it's hit or miss as far as speed / quality. I'll try it again and update my review, as I was there on a busy day (1yr anniversary), but they have a ways to go to be competitive in an increasingly crowded beer bar market. read more

First and foremost, their house beers are really good and really interesting! One beer we tried had wasabi and saki in it and it was surprisingly delicious. They had tv's going with the Broncos on and a laid back environment, so I think it's a great place to watch a game and drink a few beers. The food is pretty good, not amazing but solid. I had "adult mac and cheese" which was cheesy and delicious. My husband had the Colorado Plus Burger which I think was a little too horshradish-y. Truffle fries were okay, but I do appreciate that you can pick two homemade sauces to try with the fries. The service was really good and Julia was very prompt and friendly. It was a little loud, but that is the expectation on a place that has beer and TVs so I was surprised. Overall, we will definitely be back! read more

This is a solid place to hang out for great beer and grub. Its an awesome place to take your out-of-town guests. You can have all those CO beers from Denver to Durango ... or further. I like the idea of this place. A few of their own brews, plus only beers brewed in Colorado. There's so many great places brewing in Colorado, who needs to import? They always have a long list of brews on tap and it's always rotating. It's a good feel, and you can lose hours here. The food is good, everyone raves about it but I'd only give the food 4/5. 5 stars for the beer selection, 2 stars for the food. I may go back and try a burger, but the salame plate and hummus were both AWFUL. They both tasted old, stale, and not fresh. That's really disappointing, because this spot is so super cute. It's spacious and has a nice patio (they allow dogs!). The beer selection is fantastic and they have some great beer flight specials! They need to step it up with the food though. All of the vegetables served with my hummus were brown and limp, sad old veggies. It's really not super difficult to have a few decent apps to snack on with that great beer. Adding insult to injury, the food is expensive! The service is very nice, if a bit slow. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I heard that this place served food, because I thought it was simply going to be a nice place to enjoy a vast array of Colorado beer. And I was unpleasantly surprised when I saw how limited the food choices were. We each ordered a slider (one bison, one chicken) and shared the mussels in a Hefeweizen broth with tomato. It seemed like food was an afterthought...little care was taken to actually add any spice to their meat, and the mussel broth had zero flavor. The fries were sparingly added to the sliders' plate and they were my favorite part of the meal. The bartenders seemed overwhelmed with pouring flights for all the table customers, so I will go easy on their slow service. One bartender was pretty cool. This will be a place I go to when all I want to do is drink a shit ton of beer. CO+ totally rules at the beer thing. I'll try some other menu items eventually, but I don't have high hopes. At any rate, glad to have them nearby, and I know they will do well this summer and beyond. read more

Its the beer! They have about a dozen house brews and 40+ guest beers on tap. They advertise the food is great, and its OK, but I live in Boulder so I'm spoiled. Next time I go, I'll eat at home and leave plenty of room for the great beer! Its noisy with lots of TVs, so if that's your thing, you'll love it. read more

We really enjoyed both the beer and the food at C+! More "crafty" than we are accustomed to and comfortable with, and too expensive for us to visit regularly, but there seems to be a demographic that this place hits well. Agreed that food serving size and prices are not matched well to this neighborhood, but then again we just may not be in the target demographic. read more

Stopped in after a great day of mountain biking on a nice warm day in the middle of a cold snap. Patio was wide open so we wandered in and took a seat. There were several waitresses on the patio tending to the few people out there (about a total of 8 people). Thought it was odd that no one acknowledged us but figured we maybe had to go inside to order? I don't know, hadn't been here before. We were busy chatting before we realized about 15 min had passed and finally a waitress came by and asked curtly, "did you check in at the host stand?" Um, no...didn't know we had to. She walks away. Another 10 minutes goes by so I walk in and the same waitress is standing at the front so I tell her I'm "checking in". Still being quite terse, she responds with, "yes...we have a server assigned to you!" I did see the sign as I was walking out that was off to the side that said to check in for patio seating. Sorry guys...I made a HUGE mistake (apparently) and I had my back to the sign so never saw it. Tragic mistake for a nearly empty place on a Saturday afternoon. Surprise surprise! Our server was the same waitress that asked if we had checked in and also informed me we had a server! Hilarious! I ask for a flight and she leaves, comes back about 5 minutes later and sets down an empty flight tray and in the quickest way possible runs thru a series of instructions on how to order the flight, gives me a pen and tells me to write what I want, to write the brewery of origin here and the type of beer it is here...... Say what? So what do I need to do? Wow...so many instructions and rules around here! And yes, we get it...we are being punished but can't we just move past this? Come on...it's a beautiful sunny Saturday outside at a brewery....why so hateful? Well, she couldn't move past our not checking in and was eager to continue our punishment for not following instructions. When she finally came back, my husband had already finished his entire beer and was ready to order the second. I only ordered 3 flights and she asked what about the other two? I said I only wanted 3. She tries not roll her eyes and walks away. Apparently, which she didn't say, it cost $10 regardless if you order 5 or 3! Literally about 20 minutes later my flight is delivered by a MUCH friendlier server who says, that they must be out of two that I ordered because there are two empty spots on the flight. I said, no, I just wanted 3. Again, no one said anything. So weird. Food came which was good but could do without the side of attitude and also all the rules and punishment. They only brew a handful of their own beers which we tried a couple but were not fans. They have a great list of other beers from other breweries though. With breweries being a dime a dozen....why waste time in a place that is so hateful to paying customers? It gave us a few great laughs though! Life is short, choose your breweries well! read more

I came in to try the beer and was happy they also served food. Had a build your own flight of their 4 beers they had tap plus Odell's American IPA. Beer is fantastic and the food is unbelievable. I had the 3 sliders and chose the chicken with apricot chutney and the Jamaican jerk pulled pork with ancho chili slaw and lamb with tzatziki. Come check out their beer but you have to stay for the food!!! Waitstaff is super friendly and attentive without smothering you. Will for sure be bringing my husband! read more

Awesome concept. And the food we tried was pretty damn good. I had the tofu sliders which rocked. My lady had to stuffed mushroom cap which I tried and really liked. We shared the truffle fries and the flavor was perfect. Not overbearing but right on. Wish they were a little crispier but still really good. As for the beer - it is a nice list. Wish they'd add some crooked stave or funkwerks offerings but still very nice. I do feel like almost all of the beers we tried were a little flat. Probably need to check the gas mix on the lines. Or the pressure. But still we each had a beer then 2 flights (5 each) and all of them were a bit lacking in da bubbles. If they lock that up it would be a 5/5 for me for sure. Overall i'd say it was a 3 for the beer and a 4 for the food and will likely be back to see if they get those lines back in shape. read more

Overall, I'd say it's a great little place. Their brews are pretty darn good and they have a huge selection of other microbrews. I didn't order food, but it smelled delicious. It was busy, so the service was a little slow and it took a while to get my bill paid and get out of there. But I would definitely go back. My favorite thing: they have these neat little glasses with their logo that are in the shape of a can. I loved them when I saw beer served in them, but turns out the glasses are also a product they sell! Neat! read more

Beer selection is great. I haven't had food besides the wings. Those were delicious. The rest of the menu is pretty vast and has something for everyone. The man who seated us - Michael(?) was really friendly and nice. He sat us at the bar, unknowingly to everyone the male bartender with the pony tail was "saving" that seat. After being sat and looking over the menu the employee came to the end of the bar angrily grabbed his phone charger and muttered something like "cant you see someone's here". Then moved his stuff to the other end of the bar. Really awkward for us. Will give it another shot, just most likely not at the bar. read more

My favorite bar in the Wheat RIdge/ Lakewood are for sure. Everything is from Colorado. All the beers on tap are great options and food and beer change every so often so it keeps it fun and interesting to try new items.Food is always so good. So disappointed with tonight.... we used to go to this place once a week pre-Covid and we loved their burgers and sandwiches and everything! Wanted to support them and ordered The Philly cheesesteak in the firecracker chicken sandwich along with fried pickles tonight. Needless to say we enjoyed the fried pickles and I have never thrown away food but this was absolutely in edible... the cheesesteak was a fun full of sautéed onions that are soaked in sugar and absolute mush and no meat inside but maybe two bites. The chicken sandwich was covered in blue cheese which we did not order at all so everything that was on the sandwich tasted like blue cheese and you couldn't even scrape it off! You can't go wrong with fried pickles so those were always as good as they always are and they are soggy french fries which I normally don't love made the meal. I had to use their amazing ranch to make my own salad at home with my own lettuce and throw away everything else! When you charge $14-$15 for hamburgers and sandwiches I would expect way better than that especially when you're hurting for business. read more

I love this place... Usually. Great beer selection and typically very good food. Tonight i ordered their special, the "shrimp ceviche". What an embarrassment. I wish I took a picture, but I was hungry, so I eagerly ate this fruit salad (?) with a few busted up chip crumbs. I honestly don't think there was even the equivalent of 1 whole shrimp in this dish. Granted, it was like $8, but it honestly was the biggest joke of an attempt at ceviche I have ever seen. Come on guys you can do better and I've experienced it. Great bar and beer selection. Bar tenders were knowledgeable and helpful. However, we were told 25 minutes to be seated for dinner and it took over an hour. My sandwich was pretty soggy, the fries were room temperature, and my restaurant pet peeve... The server washed our table as we sat down, leaving it streaked with water. Came here for the first time last week for beers and food. Huge selection of local beers! It takes quite some time to make a decision! The waitress was helpful and attentive. I got the tree hugger veggie burger. Huge portions of both the veggie burger and side of fries. It was flavorful with the not-so-typical veggie burger, arugula, and citrus mayo. Wow! So impressed! My husband and I ended up here after visiting Wheat Ridge Cyclery, and we are so happy we did! My husband got the BLAT and added a fried egg on top. Instead of fries he got the pork green chili. I got the Colorado Plus Burger with fries. Both meals were amazing! Food all around was just so impressive. We got to meet the owner, Eugene. He was so friendly and helpful. Our server was above and beyond as well. Beers were great too! And the service, was five star! We will be visiting here many more times!!!! read more
