We left at 5:35pm so we would be sure to be a few min early. I received a call at 5:43pm from the receptionist saying there was sone kind of scheduling issue and they would not be able to do her hair cut today. They only gave us 17 min notice to cancel our appt. I find it pretty rude to tell me/clients they have to give at least 24hr notice, then only give about 15min notice. Had i known earlier i might have been able to get her in somewhere else today. I won't try them again, there lack of respect for my time is not worth it. I would give them no stars if I could.
