My dad's central AC stopped working a while ago. Being in his mid 70's, comfort is important. So, I took the initiative to get his AC fixed. Landed on Maximum Comfort Heating and AC and gave them a call. Josie took my call, asked a few important questions and scheduled me in. Easy peasy. Josie was courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. Stellar experience. The day of inspection, Elkan who was the Service Tech assigned, greeted us. Super cool dude! Very very knowledgeable about everything and anything AC related. He schooled us with a wealth of information, leaving us well educated on maintenance, future considerations and most importantly, fixed my Dad's AC on the spot. Super happy my Dad can now use his AC during this heat. Thank you Josie and Elkan for being really awesome at what y'all do. So my appointment was to get a bid to replace my system. Never worked right. Had other guys out. Still never worked right. He talked me out of replacing the system. Said he had faith in the Goodman system we had. So he gave us a very fair bid for installing a bigger vent and larger ducting. Also put the filter in the return in the hall. Ok solid plan. Well he goes up there finds too much hose going to the vent and it had a kink. Also the unit in the attic had a leak at the pan so it was cooling the attic. So all he ended up doing was solve those 2 problems and it was like a new ac. Then charges 1/3 of his bid. Most guys would have kept their mouth shut and charged the original bid. Unfortunately he forget the part to hold the filter in the hall. Came back 3 days later and wanted to do it for free. Well I couldn't have that. You're dumb to go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

We first used them over 5 years ago to install a multi-room mini split system at our condo. After we compared many quotes, they gave us the best value offer and were easiest to interact with. Their work has stood the test of time and is proof that our confidence was well placed. Their service is among the best I've experienced. They have been back upon request without hesitation. They worked with our unique situation to use our old existing lines in the walls upon our request to prevent tearing out walls and were able to diagnose and repair an old leak later on after advising that this might happen. Even when I had mistakenly requested them to come out, they ran thorough tests and graciously didn't give me any trouble whatsoever. They are committed to their customers over the years. When it came time to install a big central air system at our new home early this year, I knew exactly who to contact and didn't bother getting additional quotes. Again we had a unique complex situation due to custom architecture. They gave us multiple options including minisplit and central air with pros and cons and their preferred recommendations. We have been very happy with the central air system they installed with Honeywell electronic air cleaner and REME HALO purifier for allergen sensitivities. Jacob, John, Leon, and the crew are all solid family oriented professionals that have run their company for a long time and are easy to work with and will give you their honest opinions based on decades of accumulated experience and up-to-date knowledge. They will hear you out on your needs and preferences without pushing anything extra and are open to working closely with you to specify the details of vent opening placements, air handler and condenser unit placements etc., and work hard to meet your preferences. We had our consult within 24hrs and they had us scheduled for install within a week. We we're on a wailist and for scheduled a whole week early! They even dropped off a temp AC unit for us to use while we waited. Eddie and Josh came out and spent the whole day in our 85° garage and knocked the whole install out before end of business day. My water heater was replaced in 2017 and is still under warranty. A second plumber took a look and found the issue was a leaked line from upstairs unit. I personally don't recommend them-run away as far as possible from them. Hire them at your own risk !
