Lastly, they didn't include 7 books in the shipment, and they still wouldn't refund the money I paid. Clearly disorganized company and very poor customer service.

We were looking for NBA books but they didn't have any, but they had everything else the 12 yr old loves to read. For the amount of curbside orders I've done at this Target location, I've def had some mixed…read moreexperiences. One visit in particular was really frustrating. I marked that I was on my way got there, checked in with my spot number and waited and waited. After about 10 minutes I started noticing cars that arrived after me were already getting their orders and leaving. This kept happening over and over. Meanwhile, I was on my way to an event in LA and already on a time crunch, so every minute mattered. After waiting over 35 minutes with no updates at all, I tried flagging down employees and even had to honk just to get someone's attention. When someone finally came over, who was actually one of the leads, I was told they couldn't find my item and that employees were still looking for it. That was one of the most frustrating parts that no communication was given. If I had known earlier, I could of just canceled and gone inside or made other plans instead of sitting there pressed for time. That being said, my most recent visit was actually fast and smooth. Everything came out quickly, and the experience was what curbside should be. So overall, it really depends. When it's good, it's great, but when it's not the lack of communication can be a big issue. Hoping the consistency improves because curbside here has a lot of potential!

Starting with the most extreme offense; they're now **using AI on client artwork to extend image borders and more, and they're doing it WITHOUT telling the clients.** They attempted to do this with my product, as well. This is not an assumption, this is something the staff have told me over the phone, and they say they've "done it for numerous other clients and the clients didn't notice", meaning, they didn't tell them either. Additionally, the website was reworked, but multiple features as well as my entire order history have vanished from the site. Finally, the wait times have also dramatically increased due to multiple mishaps on their end with the provided artwork for products. If you don't want your artwork being affected or altered by AI, and you don't want to wait weeks for a job that other print shops can get done in 24 hours, I would search for a new print shop.

They had three copies and held one under my name and phone number. After work, I headed down to pick it up and realized I forgot to ask if they received the deluxe album. The cashier helping me confirmed the copies they received weren't the deluxe edition, but she let me know three copies were ordered for the store. She went ahead and reserved a copy of the deluxe edition and complemented me on my name which made my night. Prices here on music are great too. They have music marked down 10% - 20% all the time, and their prices aren't marked up like crazy with some retailers on eBay. Thank you Barnes and Noble staff. You're all amazing!

Once checked in it took the tech 3 hours to replace 4 tires?!?! The whole experience is unlike any other Tire service center......they make Discount tire seem like the Taj Mahalo of tire centers. Everything is very cryptic and not transparent. They can't even tell you what measurement they torqued your wheels to your car. No customer service to speak of....tires are great....prices are like $60 lower per tire compared to other reputable tire centers.....guess you need to pay a premium for customer service these days.
