The yellow sauce that's traditionally added on top was too watery and also lacked flavor. The only highlight of this dish was the well cooked chicken. The drumsticks were juicy, but I wish they had more flavor and were fried a bit more. As expected, the breast pieces were dry. Overall, I'd rate this dish a 5.5/10. Baleadas with Egg ($6 each): The tortilla was cold and not as soft as it could have been. It had a decent amount of crema, cheese, and egg, and everything was evenly coated. I'd rate it a 7/10.
