Purchased new tires a couple months ago(NAMPA 11TH STORE) . Picked up a screw in one of my front tires. The 1st two attempts at having commercial tire remove the screw and repair leak. I was told they were much to busy and I would have to schedule appointment at a later date. 3rd attempts was today. Was told THEY WERE BUSY and possibly they could take a look at it in 2 to 3 hours. So I drove down the road to Les Shawb not only did they have me on the road in 20 min. Also they didnt charge me for the repair.Gaurentee I will buy all my tires from them in the future. DONT WASTE your hard earned money at commercial tire !!!! Once they make the sale , they treat you like you dont deserve to even walk in the Establishment! I called Commercial Tire on 127 11th Avenue in Nampa yesterday and asked them how much it would cost to mount and balance my seven new Goodyear 8R G633 Tires on my correct size 19.5" rims. I was very specific and clear about what I had and what I wanted. No dismounting or disposal of old tires. Just mount and balance my seven new 19.5" tires on newly sandblasted and painted steel rims. The lady I talked with checked and then quoted $30 a tire or a total of $210 for the seven. This was somewhat lower than the quote I had gotten from Bruneel Point S Tires, so I told them I would bring over the tires and rims to be mounted around noon. When I got there, another employee (a man) told me that the quote the lady had given me was wrong and that they would require more than $700 to mount and balance the seven tires. This was more than THREE TIMES what they had quoted me an hour earlier. So I left the store and drove over to Bruneel Point S Tires where they mounted and balanced the set of seven tires for their quoted price which was less than HALF what Commercial Tire's Bait-and-Switch pricing was. I will never attempt to use Commercial Tire again. read more

I used to depend on Commercial Tire for all my automotive needs such as tires. They had great deals on tires. They have been courteous with me in the past, but that was when I lived in Boise. The one in Nampa is a different story. I normally went to Commercial Tire for an oil change because I couldn't find anyone else I trusted with my car. When I took it to the one in Nampa that trust was completely diminished. Nampa isn't like a normal small town where you can leave your door unlocked. When I picked up my car from being serviced by Commercial my window was down and the key was in the ignition....in the parking lot. When I complained about this folly they were cavalier about it. I do not trust Commercial Tire and I would strongly recommend avoiding them. You can also get a better deal elsewhere. read more

Absolutely would not ever take my vehicle there again!!! Took my truck in for an alignment, said I needed a $2000 front end job. I agreed to have the work completed. When I picked the truck up they had also replace the rear brakes and rotors without calling me and tacked on another $500!! Then 8 months later when the brakes were grinding like crazy, I took it in to them since it should have been under warranty, and they claimed it wasn't the back brakes they replaced, now it was the front?? Funny those were brand new when the truck went in the first time!! Sound shady???? read more

My meds were stolen out of my car n of course there wasn't a dang thing they could do except question the employees who worked on it. Conveniently one guy took off early prior to me getting my car back n realizing it. I don't recommend this store on account of this incident. Went in to get my clutch fixed, they quoted me the best prices and even discounted it for my having to come in multiple days. Then, they turned around and saved me even MORE money by diagnosing the problem as being just the clutch cylinder and replacing that instead! The staff were all very friendly, and professional. They even offered to give me a ride to work AND pick me up from work while my vehicle was being worked on! You don't often hear of any place having such wonderful customer service. Instead, they did one better and DELIVERED my car to me at my work!!!! I am in love with this auto place and will be taking my car there from now on for anything it may need. When I got my car back, it looked like they had even cleaned the windshield for me! Customer satisfied 100%. Finally, a place with good values and great customer service!! I brought my car here as my second option and they located 2 more nails that les shwab completely ignored or missed, les shwab refused to fix them and insisted I buy a new tire! Chad the manager installed tires on my sisters truck and her tire flew off while she was on the freeway because he did not install correctly, almost killing her! Hit a pothole on Saturday afternoon and blew out a tire. Luckily Commercial Tire was still open and I was able to limp to their location. They saw me come into the parking lot and immediately inspected the damage and agreed that I needed a new tire. Although they suggested I just change the 2 tires on the same axle, I decided to avoid more issues and asked for a price on all 4. They quoted prices on two brands and also said one would have a rebate available. It was an easy choice and I went to their waiting room, expecting the long wait I am used to when at other auto repair facilities. Just over a half hour later, I got called to the counter. My car was ready to go. I paid and went to my car. The manager came out a few seconds later and surprised me with gifts of a travel emergency kit and a Commercial Tire soccer ball for my granddaughter. 5 star service and customer satisfaction. New to Idaho and had a nail in my tire. Went to Commercial Tire on my bosses recommendation. They recommended a tire rotation as well. Very quick and friendly service. The list of posted prices said it would be around $30. for the combined services. I was surprised when they told me it was free. I will definitely return to Commercial Tire when I get my next set of tires or for my tire, brake and suspension needs. I highly recommend you do as well. read more

Stopped in for a new valve stem on my trailer's wheel/tire. I expected a bit of a wait, and expected a $15 or so charge. Friendly guy said wait a minute and disappeared with my wheel. Came out about 4 minutes later and gave me my repaired wheel/tire. A asked him how much, he said don't worry about it, it was nothing. Another guy grabbed up my wheel and asked where my car was, and placed it in the trunk. Excellent service!!!! This is not the first time they have taken such good care of me. I will never do business with Commercial tire in Nampa again. I had CV axles replaced and they ruined the seals. This car has never leaked fluid before. There is now transmission fluid leaks on both sides. I had to fight with them to replace the worse seal. Other side is still not repaired read more

My business closes at 6:00 p.m., walked out to my car and the left rear tire was completely flat. I drove it across my parking lot and aired it up with my in-house compressor aired it up an drove to Commercial Tire. They were closed! Banged on the door, a young man agreed to help me and had my flat repaired by 6:35 and I was back on the road. That's above and beyond the call of duty.
