There's nothing inherently wrong with the coffee at Revolution Roasters so I wouldn't mind giving them another shot. Hopefully a better experience here is in my future.

It revealed the superb quality of their espresso with just a light helping of whole milk. My non-coffee-drinking buddy shockingly ordered the pistachio mocha latte, which he utterly consumed with no objections. My other friend got the matcha, which tantalized me from the sidelines (*I'll have to try it next time). Now for the setting: great lighting, chill and pleasant vibes, comfortable seating and tables. Not least although last in mentions, the people working here are true gems. Genuine folks who go the extra mile. Lots of parking here, the interior of the space is airy and bright with lots of natural lighting and many tables. It would be a good place to sit and get a few hours of work done. however, only a few tables have access to a socket so keep that in mind . They also have a fun little assortment of items you can shop for, including handwoven baskets, coffee paraphernalia, and other merchandise. They have pastries and prepackaged snacks, some of which were gluten-free, which is always appreciated. I got a iced strawberry Matcha, and it was very good. They use ceremonial grade Matcha and a yummy strawberry jam/purée spread. It takes a little bit to mix it into the iced Matcha, but once you blend it in there, as I did, it was really tasty. The staff was very friendly as well! Overall, really enjoyed my drink and the good vibes, and would love to come back.
