I have been meaning to get my windows tented for quite some time and have just been putting off taking the time. I found a couple of options on Yelp and when I called here Tony was extremely friendly. He asked me what other options I was considering and really earned my business with fair and competitive pricing. I was hoping to be able to drop off my car but was unable to which required me to suck it up and wait the 2 hours. While waiting the staff was nice and social. The only thing was that their waiting area was not very comfortable just a wood bench and high top table. Luckily I found a nice little nail shop down the street to waste some time. I shopped around to find anyone that could fix a couple chips in my windshield before they spread. This place was so much less expensive than any other quote I'd been given. When I arrived the man that greeted me took me outside to look at my windshield with him. I showed him the chips I saw and he did a really good inspection to make sure there were no other chips. The amount of time it took and the total cost were exactly what he quoted me. I really appreciated his honesty and respect for my time. I'll definitely go back if I need to. read more

Complete Auto Glass is extremely professional and prompt. My 1997 Expedition needed a new windshield, so I called and made an appointment for about 3 days out. They scheduled me and made a claim with my insurance immediately over the phone. On the day they were supposed to come out, the technician called me and let me know when he would be there. Unfortunately, a bad hail storm occurred as he was calling me, so he rescheduled for the next day. The next day, he showed up on time and was extremely nice, and was diligent in his work. He had the windshield installed within 30 minutes, looking perfect, as he had been doing it for over 13 years with another company. The price was reasonable, and all I had to pay was the deductible from my insurance. I highly recommend, I will be using them from now on for all of my auto glass needs. read more

I made 2 appointments with these people -- drove from Fairplay to Denver (90+ minutes) TWICE to have the technician(s) NO-SHOW twice!!! Gave them a 4 hour window the first time (10a-2p) -- the tech called at 3:30pm, just as I was getting back home. Second go 'round, we had an "appointment" at 2pm, after several un-returned phone calls, we finally at 6pm (with screaming, hungry children) their "office" was closed, so we had to leave a message telling them not to bother. When we called our insurance to refuse to use them, Complete finally contracted it out to some great guys in Breckenridge -- Dependable Auto Glass - who were awesome, BTW! The first time I used Complete Auto Glass it was for a hard to find back glass for my car, the rear glass is not made anymore and every glass company I called gave me a crazy expensive quote. Complete was able to find me a used glass and had it shipped to them, the install was amazing. The installer came to my house and installed with no issues and was very professional. The second time I used them was today and they came to my work and installed the windshield. Justin did an amazing job with what he had! I got a few quotes from other places and they were around 250.00 dollars more than Complete! I will always use Complete Auto Glass for any of my glass needs and will recommend to anyone who needs auto glass. read more

If I could give zero stars, I 100% would. This place comes and installs a new windshield in my car that was already pre damaged. 2 weeks post install, I start my car on a cold day, and turn on the defroster and immediately the windshield cracks. They make me drive all the way from Highlands Ranch to Thornton to "inspect" it and then tell me that I will have to pay for a new windshield. Definitely buyer beware with this company! Asked for a quote on Yelp!, they gave me the option of an after market glass (price including tax and on site service fee), as well as a quote for the premium glass. I went for the premium glass because it wasn't too much more. They were very easy to communicate with and we made an appointment for a few days later. These guys are legit! I called on a Saturday, two hours before they close and Ceasar was able to accommodate me. The average price quote I received for my passenger window was $170. A++++++ I needed a brand new windshield. Not cheapest price in town, nor were they the most expensive but had good reviews, so there I went. New windshield installed, but glass had a slight problem. Very disappointing experience with this business. They came out to install a new windshield and 5 days later the glass cracked. I was out of town for a week and when I returned I contacted them and they required me to come to their office to "test" the crack to see if they were at fault. Their test was a ball point pen and they claimed the glass was chipped leaving us to pay for Another windshield. Obviously the install was done poorly with terrible quality glass. Very frustrating that they required me to come to them when part of the big $ one spends to hire a repair company to come to you is for the service of coming to you! read more

This place is great. They were able to book me an appointment on a Friday when I called on Monday to replace my windshield. I dropped off my car and had it back within 2.5 hours. The man at the front desk was efficient and pleasant to deal with (and I am not easily impressed as I work at a hotel front desk and have high standards for customs service!) My rear window fell own inside the door during this extreme cool spell. I was told by another repair center that it needed a very expensive part and they said it would be approximately $350 for parts and labor. I decided to try Complete because someone told me they were good. I went by expecting the worst. When the technician returned he said it was a a quick/easy fix. and my final bill was $59! The other place wanted $80 just to put the window in the up position! In a time when more are becoming increasingly unethical, these guys went above and beyond. They came to my house a few weeks ago and replaced a broken window. Everything went well but the guy told me my window might get stuck because something was tweaked when it got smashed in. ONCE AGAIN: This is NOT "complete auto glass"!!! this company is "my complete auto glass"!! don't be fooled!!! complete auto glass is a chain of auto glass shops located in multible states, THIS PLACE IS NOT THEM!!! Please make sure to double check pricing, glass technician certification and brand of glass!!!!!!! The owner and installers have NO PROBLEM telling customers that their glass is O.E.M and NEW! don't believe it! I had the windshield glass replaced in my lease before returning it for a new one and used "MY COMPLETE AUTO GLASS" I was told the glass was O.E.M! NOT!!! The tech (Alfonzo I believe was his name, could be wrong) did an alright job but left some sort of black rubber-like substance on my floorboards and steering column!! The plastic piece in front of the windshield glass was loose and not sitting in place correctly, I was taking the car back the next day (saturday) and chose to fix it my self, after taking the part off (part lifted right off and went right back together just as easy) and before replacing back I was able to view the bottom edge of the glass and saw 4 little breaks along the edge! and had been coated with some sort of flat black paint, which I was able to rub off with my finger nail! and a scratch in the upper left hand corner of the glass! (clearly visible to the technician) new glass my a**!!!! I settled for this half a** job because the car was being turned back in and the dealer just saw a uncracked piece of glass, so all was good! but I would NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
