However, for over 30 years I have trusted them with all of our vehicles because of their service and honesty. We keep our vehicles until they are on their last life and Seredni has helped us at every step with honest recommendations. My family understands that you will have two types of payments: a new car bill for years or repair/maintenance bills. I feel that we can control the repair bills much better. I must say that here was a time that one of the coustomer service (counter) workers was not "up to my customer service expectation" but he is long gone. I always get a detailed call from the mechanic/front desk (mainly Ricky) regarding the cost of the recommended repair so that I can make an informed decision. My only sad point is that I miss Joe who was our mechanic for many years but understand that he was promoted, which he deserved, and moved to another Seredni shop. I had a new water pump installed earlier this year on my Sienna and Warren was very fair and able to get me in quickly. I will add (strictly from a pricing perspective), be sure to ask what the service rates and charges are up front. From my recent experience, if you are having new tires installed, you are much better off going to Walmart or Cosco for 1/4 to 1/3 the price. Walmart is $11/tire or $15/tire with lifetime rotations, whereas Elm Drive is $50+/tire. I had small 15" tires put on my Fiesta and it was over $200 (labor, shop material charges, and disposal) compared to $44-60 for the same service by Walmart.
