Just last week I got a pretty nasty chip in my windshield that started spreading quite fast. I called around and googled (and yelped) a lot of place for quotes, until I have finally found Complete Glass services. Karen and Yvonne are a staple of customer service. Extremely pleasant to talk to and eager to help. They were able to send the guys out to my work place asap and change my windshield. Karen called an hour before hand and said they were running late, because the window they picked up did not adhere to their standards. They considered my work hours and still made it to my place of business. Changed the window in no time, answered all my questions and gave me some advice on how to take care of the windows throughout the week. Had a windshield replacement done. Best price that I found in the area and excellent customer service by the staff. Had the replacement scheduled for a Tuesday and they were going to come out to me to replace it. The day ended up being rainy and I had to reschedule for the next Tuesday. The staff offered to have me come out to their shop instead so the work wouldn't get delayed and also offered me a van for the day incase I needed to get around while the work was being done on my vehicle. The receptionist asked the most thorough questions, was friendly and honest about the process to fix my rock chips. On day of expected repair, I received a call asking if they could push the repair from a.m. to p.m. as they were swamped with work. I was very upset yet remained calm. A tech was at my house 15 minutes later, did exceptional service and was polite. I received a call later from the receptionist, apologizing that she should have explained on the phone that the tech was stuck at a shop and was simply hoping I could be put off to later. I very much appreciated the apology. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality service with caring customer service. This company is amazing! I got a crack in my windshield so I called them and asked for a quote and they were $200 cheaper than my insurance deductable! So they came to my house for no extra charge and replace my windshield. So over 2 months later I was driving to work and I got a chip in my brand new windshield. I called them up to see how much it would be to fix it and they said it would be free! They are coming to my work right now to fix it! They are life savers. Had my windshield replaced as it was damaged in a sand storm. This was done 8-4-2017. Previously my Volvo dealer recommended another firm they have used for about 25 years. This firm was rude and basically said to me go to another company as they could not handle my work. They never once returned my call as promised by them. They also were upset at how my insurance company would not accede to their request. From the way they treated me, I guess the insurance company got the same treatment from them. A bit of honey goes a long way. So, I called a respected auto body shop and they recommended this firm. So glad they did and I concur with the five star ratings of others on this website. The office personnel were terrific, they worked with my insurance company and got the OEM windshield which the other glass company could not. Honey goes a long way and this office is full of nice people. Their installer staff are TOPS! They also kept me informed all the way with telephone calls and emails. We had our windshield replaced by complete glass. Everything was good at first and install looked great. Then I noticed the windshield actually slide down a bit exposing some old adhesive. After contacting them about our concern, the owner of then company contacted me with harsh accusations and saying that everything was installed properly according to her tech. She then continued to say how it was my fault and I need to deal with it. Bottom line is that the company has terrible customer service. Honestly all I wanted to hear is for her to acknowledge that there was a mistake and let's make something happen which work out for both parties. Guess not :( read more
