We just used this company for the first time this past week and they did an amazing job! First of all, when I called to schedule, Richard was extremely professional and customer friendly. When I called, I got through to him without going through a robot. He answered all my questions about the rate, date of cleaning, and what was included clearly. We had my appointment set in about 5 minutes. For some reason, it is extremely hard to find professional and consumer oriented cleaners. Luckily, Richard provided exactly that! The days leading up to the appointment, I got reminder messages which were very nice. When the cleaners arrived, it was 2 young ladies full of energy. They had all the supplies and tools and even asked me which areas I wanted them to prioritize. As far as the cleaning, I couldn't be happier! Kristen and Amanda arrived exactly on time. We had them do a deep clean and plan on doing cleans every 2 weeks. The entire time they were here, they were working hard and I even had to tell them they could take a break if they wanted! They had a checklist they followed and cleaned our house top to bottom. They listened to any input I had while they cleaned (with smiles!) and didn't make me feel like I was in the way or bothersome. I was gifted a visit from Complete Maid by a friend who knows how dearly I could use them. I'm a single mom, and it feels like I'm always busy either working, taking care of my kid, or cleaning. This last February for Galentines one of my best friends set me up with a visit from them and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The office called me to schedule a good time for them to come out and we had them out last week. They did an amazing job, and left no area untouched. It's been such a relief to have my entire house cleaned from the top to the bottom and I have been able to spend more time where it matters because of this. I have been using Complete Maid for a few months now and have to say that overall its a great service. I've had other cleaning companies in the past and it seems to be really hit or miss a lot of the time with them. The pre-booking process was super easy, and the cleaners do a great job each time they visit. I look forward to coming home on the days they come out because it's always like walking into a new house. Overall, I rate them 4 stars because of the price. You always hear 'you get what you pay for' and they do offer good discounts if you are a new customer or if you have them out each week, but as a monthly customer they only offer me 5% off and I think they should do more for their customers who use them a lot. The service is too good for me to look around because the other companies I've used tend to miss a lot of spots. read more

I hired Complete Maid to clean my Mom's house as a Mother's Day present and they did an amazing job! The communication was great and the responses were very fast! They assured me there would be no issues on arrival time or anything like that and they lived up to their word! They arrived just on time and left my mom feeling like she can actually relax for a bit without having to worry about cleaning the house! I've been using Complete Maid for about 12 weeks now. I have them out every 2 weeks and found them on ROCKWALLIAN facebook group. They are great. When they first came out, they did a deep clean of the entire house at no extra charge because we were doing bi-weekly service. Since then, every 2 weeks they come out and keep the house as clean as the first time they visited. It took them a little longer than they thought the first time they came out (we haven't ever had a cleaning service before), but they didn't charge any extra. The girls were awesome. They did a deep clean once I got mostly moved in to my new house and got the floors put in. Then they started coming once a month for a general clean. They are not only good at what they do, but they are extremely nice and patient with my 6-year-old twins, who wanted to "help" them. They house smells and looks fantastic when they finish. Great experience with complete maid , Richard was so attentive to what I was looking for and the girls did an amazing job , they called me after the cleaning and made sure we were happy with everything. I bought my first fixer upper just east of the city and needed a clean before we got started on the cosmetic repairs. I was able to get a next day appointment which was great. The team brought their own supplies and was able to remove some of the water spots of the chrome in the shower. Saved us money from having to replace one more thing. They did a great job on my home making sure it was extremely clean. I had a cleaning lady for years but she ended up moving so I ended up hiring these ladies. They did a deep clean on my house and it looks and smells very clean. Will be using them again and I recommend them. This company is the bomb. They literally came into my completely dirty house and now it looks awesome. Complete Maid visited my home in Quinlan several times during a remodel. They have kept it much cleaner than before.
