Needed my gutters cleaned and downspouts checked , but also had some tiles on my rear roof that were moldy,brown,black,and yukky. Mitch sent Curtis and Nick over to take care of my job. Omg, it was more than I expected! Not only was debris removed from the gutters,the tiles in question were pressure washed by Nick. Awesome is the result of pressure washing the tiles....day and night . Nick was very efficient and meticulous in getting all that crud off the nooks and crannies of the tiles. Amazing service and results! We had the pleasure of finding Mitch on Nextdoor through neighbor recommendations for gutter cleaning. Before thanksgiving he came out to actually look at the property but said his crew needs to come back in a few weeks to climb up the roof to take a look in order to give us a firm estimate. He was able to provide a ballpark figure. His crew came out today as promised and showed up on time, was polite, and efficient. They cleared out the mud and debris using hands and buckets. They rinsed clear the downspouts. They also clean solar panels and windows which I would not hesitate to invite them back to do. We are very pleased with their work. Excellent service. Quick and responsive. Reasonable prices. I called on a Monday hoping to get my windows clean as soon as possible. The owner came by that same Monday and did a walk around. Gave us an estimate and scheduled a time for the following Wednesday. Estimate was very reasonable given the size of the house. That Wednesday, the window technician shows up early! Which was great because we had indicated sooner the better. He got down to business and in 3.5 hours had completely washed all the windows inside and out plus screens in the house. We hadn't had the windows washed (except for myself doing the inside) since we've moved in. Windows look fabulous and best of all, the price was exactly the same as the estimate. This is a long overdue review of Mitch, and his crew at Complete Maintenance. I've had them out to do my carpets, window cleaning, and gutters on multiple occasions. I just had my windows cleaned, and they were really dirty as I recently had the house exterior pressure washed in preparation for painting. The guys did an amazing job, thoroughly cleaning the windows, screens and tracks. Mitch is very reasonably priced, and I feel very comfortable with him and crew in my house - they are all very personable and trustworthy. His team members are all vaccinated against COVID-19 and use all the normal safety protocols. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors and they have all been delighted. On Saturday 02/16/19 I requested a quote from Complete Maintenance Service. Mitch provided a response within 20 mins with a quote. Due to the inclement weather we scheduled the gutter cleaning for Thursday 02/21/19. One of the employees from Complete Maintenance Service arrived on time and confirmed what needed to be completed. Upon completion of the cleaning the employee provided an invoice which was lower than the original quote. This type of gesture shows integrity of the employee and company. I called Mitch and was able to provide him the payment information over the phone. The employee left the area around the house clean and the dirt collected in the composite bin showed how clogged the gutters were. I will use Complete Maintenance Service when needed. read more
