Even better, he never pressured us into spending more money. He laid out several options, explained the pros and cons of each, prioritized what was most important, and let us make the decision based on our budget. At no point did it feel like he was trying to make a sale. It truly felt like he was trying to help us make the best decision for our home. We also had a specific vision for our chimney cap.
