With limited resources and without a shop at his disposal, he always managed to get my computers back in order. Saul has worked very hard to open up his first shop. He has build a solid repeat customer base too. Saul has come a long way. He built a successful business completely on his own. Whenever possible, he will honor his initial estimate even if additional time and effort was needed to complete the repair. In the event Saul fried one of my computers, I really wouldn't care. I would fully forgive him. Turn around and ask him if he had another one I could buy. Saul, your more than an professional computer technician, he is a great person. Saul gets all my business. I am online doing my BSN to MS and everything is on my computer, yes I back it up but this is my baby and the keyboard spacebar stopped working I called Best-buy to help me out, (mistake) They told me I needed and appointment since they no longer take walk in's so reluctantly I signed up for the first available spot the next day at 11. They knew what my issue was when I signed up but when I showed up, NO DICE!! They do not fix "hard drive issues" . Don't want to go into how upset I was but I needed my computer fixed so I googled computers in woodland hills and landed on Saul. My Macbook pro mid 2015 was overheating for the last 2 years or so...When I opened up the laptop to dust it I noticed that the battery had swelled and I knew I needed to get it replaced...found my fave Tech from yelp reviews and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. My dad, Gustavo Garzon, used to have someone help him with his company's computers and that person retired. His most crucial business computer (with extremely valuable software) broke down and he tried 3 different places and no one was willing to help. Wow! This technician did an incredible job fixing my Beats Solos. They were borrowed from a friend and suddenly stopped working a while ago - no hardware issues; just suddenly wouldn't charge after they died no matter how many different chargers/ports I tried. I had a difficult time finding someone who was open and willing to fix Beats; most places only fixed phones and laptops.
