As she walked past us, she hit my shoulder while passing by and yelled racial slurs in both English and Spanish. I reported the incidents through OCC's complaint system but had not received a response before the third incident occurred, which is extremely concerning. The employee's name is Karen L. I'm sharing this as a caution to other minority customers. No one should experience harassment or discrimination from staff at a public marketplace.
