Alright so I was a table of 5. First of all they only have one table that can fit up to 8 people the rest only got up to 4. It was too snug we moved 3 times before finally getting that big table. It was 10 Am on a Thursday. The one waitress with the long braids kept coming to take our order to just keep walking away to talk to the cooks.. we were kinda like Wtf The never wiped the table down cool we did ourself it was jus the fact that's these three girls were all over the place but not necessarily doing much my whole table for not happy about the service we still left a tip but might be the last time we go. Had breakfast here today. We made an attempt to order through grubhub a while ago and being that, that delivery company sucks we never got our food. Honestly I didn't like my meal. I got the egg sampler plate, you get two eggs, your choice of two meats, choice of potatoes or hash and choice of toast or pancakes. My food was not seasoned at all. No salt or pepper or anything. My plate was swimming in all types of grease. I'm usually one to finish breakfast meals but I just couldn't. Service was great, which is why I even gave three stars. Went there last Sunday got seated right away then it all went downhill from there. 1st it was 4 of us but we had to share 1 menu since they didn't have any more available, asked for coffee waited 10 minutes for it. Ordered our food, waited 30 minutes for that, asked for coffee refills never got any. Also ordered hashbrowns but those never came out either when asked to have those taken out of the check the waitress asked why didnt I let her know about it, I let her know she never came to check up on us or bring us more coffee. To sum it up food was ok service sucked, waitress was the worst. I had chilaquiles with their mild tomatillo sauce which was TO DIE FOR. They use outer skirt steak, tender and delicious. I also had 2 pancakes with cajeta cream cheese in between. So good! Stopped in this morning with my wife because we saw their ad on First and Cermak and got a chuckle from the name...and I'm glad I did. In an area that is completely flush with great breakfast places, this one stands out for its decidedly Mexican menu and balanced, bold flavors. I had one of their skillets with chorizo and chihuahua cheese and my wife built her own plate. We even added a side of chilaquiles to see how they stacked up to what we make at home. I was pleasantly surprised with what we had. The chorizo was nice and spicy, but not greasy. The potatoes were nicely browned and seasoned. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Among the highlights of the place are its 7 different types of salsa. I tried 4 of them on the mild to medium side and each were delicious and tasted very fresh. Steaming hot corn tortillas and a generous sized cup of coffee really helped finish off the ample meal. If you go home hungry it is not their fault. The place was very clean and you can see the kitchen, which looked spotless as well. The server was helpful, and even though Spanish is the primary language spoken there, our server helped us in English saving me from embarrassing myself with my Spanglish. She even pointed out that by texting a code to receive their news letter, you can earn 20% off on your first meal, which we did. The prices were very reasonable and competitive with the many breakfast restaurants in the area. We over ordered a bit as to try the chilaquiles, so we brought some food home for later. All in all it is a great addition to the area. They actually have a lunch and dinner menu as well. There is no question that we will be back. I'd encourage you to give it a try. read more

I loved the fact that they had pancakes for my son and i was able to order chilaquiles for myself. A lot of Mexican restaurants won't have pancakes for kids. I like to leave reviews because my husband is a chef, and I understand how reviews make them fix their mistakes. With that being said, the food I can not complain about. So I went out to eat with my two other kids, waitress had a lot on her plate she was dealing with everything from tables to take out to training, again that wasn't my problem she was able to handle it very well, but i feel like she definitely could've used some help. The waitress brings me my order, 20 mins later, my daughter's order, and 10 mins later, my sons order. The whole point of going out to eat with other individuals is to eat at the same time. Any other restaurant you go to, the order for your whole table comes together, or within a few seconds. If you guys know you are busy in the morning why don't you guys have a second cook.
