Con Murphys Ocean Bar was a cool spot on the beach. After a day of being on the beach and having drinks we headed there for dinner. At first we sat at a table, but then realized if we sat at the bar we can enjoy their deal 10 chicken wings for 10$. The server was not very polite when it came to us moving from his table to the bar. The bartender that greeted us was very nice and attentive. They are having some specials on appetizers and I got the loaded tater tots and the mini sliders. The loaded tater tots were tasty and full of flavor. The sliders honestly were horrible. There was not much taste and just tasted from the microwave. I would go back for the cool vibe and ocean view.

Blueberry salad -- GET IT. It's amazing!

Damn... I figured this was going to be just bar food with a great view. I was wrong. Had the blueberry salad and added grilled shrimp and it was, quite possibly, the best salad I've ever had. There was plenty of the 'good stuff' accompanying the lettuce... so you didn't have to try and save some for when you get to the bottom of the bowl. OMG. So refreshing. First time enjoying Ft. Lauderdale - and by myself - and I would definitely come back to this place for the salad. Seasoning on the shrimp was perfect too. Service with a smile as well, with local recommendations for fun. I'll be back!

Food was very good (4 burgers and a fried chicken sandwich). Very reasonably priced for the outstanding views. Server did a nice job taking care of all our needs. If visiting again we will definitely return. Thank you!

Con Murphy's is a decent bar and restaurant. It's probably more of a bar but we came for both and the food was quite good. We came for late brunch and the chicken and waffles was huge and delicious. Our server was amazing and took great care of us, although it was a pretty quiet time and only a few other tables were seated. Given the vibe of the place, the prices were high, even for a beachfront establishment. With that said, we were happy with our visit and would go back if we find ourselves in the area again.

Definitely coming back! The food was great as well as the waiter. The food was fresh and the potato skins were so good

All day happy hour food is very good. Tried the Cajun shrimp and pork slider - both tasty. View is excellent- the beach.

A diverse menu, with plenty of options!

First of all, the second-floor sports bar vibe and a front-row view to the beach, provide a setting that is great. Our waiter Anthony was impeccable in his service earning a 25% tip! The food is above average bar fare, and in some cases exceptionally above average, as in the Thai Shrimp Tacos! WOW!!! My wife loved her blueberry salad, and I had a dandy Burger and Fries which at $9 was a steal as the deal for the day. Bar scene is nice with TVs for watching games. My only negative is that the daily app specials are offered only at the bar and not tables. That said, the daily entree specials at tables are diverse and a GREAT deal! Go!!!

I recently stayed at the hotel here and was looking for something for dinner along with my mother. I stopped by Con Murphy because I liked the advertised all-day happy hour options. I was greeted right away and seated at the bar. The view was amazing since it was right across from the beach, and the music selection was decent. I ordered sliders, loaded potato skins, and chicken wings. All of the food was tasty, but I was really interested in the happy hour drinks, so I ordered a margarita and did a round of tequila shots with the couple next to us at the bar. Overall, I had a great time at Con Murphy's and loved the vibe. I would go again.

Con Murphys was the perfect kick off to our vacation. We were feeling good and needed some nibbles to get the evening going. It was empty for a Friday evening, but it was also perfect. The waiter took great care of us and we had the best view. We ordered lychee martini, gin and tonic, margaritas, blueberry mojito and tequila shots over the course of two days (because we doubled back the next day). We also tried the house seasoned wings, loaded potato skins, fried grouper bites, fries, and spinach dip. Everything was 10/10 except the spinach dip which was awfully bland and the Teremana Tequila shots tasted watered dowwwnnnn. Enjoy the pictures because it was gooooood lol

First stop on our Ft Laud Strip Pub Crawl. We had to try the buffalo wings with blue cheese and hot sauce in the side. The wings which were on the Wednesday happy hour menu for $1.00 each with ten minimum. In addition to the wings, we ordered a Vodka Soda Water and a Bud Light. 2 for 1 well drinks and $4.00 Bud Light. The drinks were prepared quickly and the wings arrived within five minutes. The wings were the largest in size that ive ever seen - really was. My wife thought they were kinda chewy but I loved them. The second story view of the beach and ocean were spectacular with a cool breeze. The bathroom had a cement floor, black/white tiles walls and was clean.

We sat at the bar in this Irish pub with an open view to the ocean. Irish name but more of a surf theme with a large Santa Claus at the door - not sure about the Santa. Great happy hour specials including $1.00 wings and 2 for 1 well drinks. I ordered ten wings and a vodka soda. The wings flavor were tangy good but slightly chewy for my taste but wildly huge. The drink was stiff so I was happy. Stayed for an hour and smiled every time I looked at the ocean which also provided a nice cool breeze even on this hot day.

10 wings for $10 during happy hour

We stopped in for a happy hour drink and appetizers. I ordered a margarita and it was delicious and strong. We got an order of wings that were 5 buffalo and 5 garlic Parmesan and they were delicious! The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and the view was amazing. Would definitely go back again.

The food tasted great. The vibes was pretty good and beautiful view. The service was on point and although packed the food came in a reasonable timeframe.

Seated at the Chef's Counter for The Voyage tasting menu with the adventurous "F*ck It!" wine pairing, the evening was a showcase of creativity, precision, and hospitality. Each course was thoughtfully executed, highlighting exceptional ingredients while balancing technique and flavor without unnecessary complexity. From the first bite to the final course, every dish felt purposeful and memorable. The wine pairing elevated the experience even further. The selections were bold, unexpected, and perfectly matched to each course, creating a seamless journey that enhanced the flavors on the plate while introducing wines that many guests may never have discovered otherwise. Service was equally impressive. The team delivered the level of attentiveness and professionalism expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant while maintaining a warm and approachable atmosphere. The chefs and staff were knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the experience they were creating.

I worked at Maass last year, and I can tell you firsthand -- that money never went to employees. Not to health insurance, not to sick pay, not to any wellness program. It was collected as straight profit for the company while being marketed to guests as if it were going toward staff welfare. Think about that for a second. Guests are tipping in good faith, paying premium prices for a Michelin-starred experience, and then getting hit with an extra "wellness" fee they likely assume is helping the people serving them. Meanwhile the staff sees none of it. That's not a service fee, that's a bait-and-switch, and it's dishonest to both the guests being charged and the employees whose name is being used to justify it. If you don't want to pay it, you can -- ask for a manager, question the charge directly, and request it be removed from your bill. It's not mandatory, but they won't volunteer that information, so you have to push for it yourself. A restaurant charging these prices, with a wine list running into five figures for a single bottle, does not need to squeeze guests with a deceptively labeled fee -- and it certainly shouldn't be doing it in the name of the very staff it's shortchanging. If you're going to eat here, know what you're actually paying for, because it isn't what the receipt tells you. Also DO NOT order wine here unless you're prepared to spend a fortune. The list is absurdly top-heavy -- trophy Burgundy and Napa cult Cabs everywhere, and almost nothing sensible in between. Want a solid bottle of red for $50-80? Good luck. It feels less like a wine list built for guests and more like a flex sheet for the sommelier's ego. And for a restaurant charging these prices, the list itself is embarrassingly sloppy -- inconsistent spellings, mismatched formatting, and one bottle listed with no vintage and no price at all. If you can't be bothered to proofread a document guests are paying thousands of dollars off of, what else are you cutting corners on? By-the-glass options are an afterthought -- five reds, no dessert wine, no Port. For a program that clearly has the inventory to do better, this is lazy. The cellar itself is impressive, I'll give them that. But impressive bottles buried in a sloppy, overpriced, guest-unfriendly list isn't a wine program -- it's a museum exhibit with a price tag.

Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

The bar and restaurant itself has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. I ordered the tuna appetizer, but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future. Sometimes one item just doesn't hit, and there were definitely enough positives about the restaurant to make me curious to come back and try something different next time. I know that one friend at the table really enjoys this place so I must believe that she has good taste!

I have had several things from the menu, including a hamburger, house salad, wild salmon, chicken Melanesia, empanadas and even a hot dog! Everything is fresh and high quality. The salmon is huge and very fresh. It has a mild blackening/seasoning that forms a nice crust. The chicken reminds me of my mom/grandma/great grandma's chicken cutlets! Very Italian/Sicilian vibe. (Get them with mash potatoes). The patio is always comfortable with a great breeze and a view of the ocean a block away. What really stands out here though is the friendly service. Andres has been there almost every night and has always been great. He is very prompt with bringing drinks and food. You can see them hustling down to the kitchen and keeping things running smoothly. But what I like the most is the friendliness. He is always willing to chat about soccer, music, wine, or anything else (but also knows when to leave you alone so you can eat). Also, the value is pretty good. The wine is $10 or less. They have my favorite Malbec. And even the ribeye, at the beach, for $27 is not bad at all. Some of the appetizers are a bit pricey ($13 french fries) but I think all in all its one of the better values in the area. Note they do not serve liquor, only beer and wine. Also, there are no tables inside. Just a small bar inside and then several tables outside. This is a fairly quiet and unpretentious restaurant. If you want a trendy noisy evening this is not the place. It has never been packed, but there is usually a person or two at the bar. They play music but it does not dominate the atmosphere. Usually something chill like reggae. If you want friendly service, good food, and a relaxing environment, then this is a great choice. Dog friendly patio. This is the type of place you can sit with a book and drink wine, or catch the soccer game and have a beer or three. Definitely worth a visit especially if you are staying at the hotel!
