My husband and I went to Nubé for our wedding anniversary during Dine Out Fort Lauderdale, and the food was so good! We started with the tostone cups and short rib empanadas, and both were delicious. For my meal, I had the Caesar salad and rigatoni, while my husband had the burger. Everything we ordered was really good. The ambiance is beautiful and definitely adds to the experience. We went at night, but I would love to come back around sunset to really enjoy the ocean views while we eat. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and a really nice spot for an anniversary or date night. I'd definitely come back.

The best advice when visiting Nubé Rooftop is to make a reservation. We visited on a Friday evening after dining at S3. Nubé is located on the 26th floor of the Hilton on Fort Lauderdale Beach. There is a bouncer at the elevator who asks if you have a reservation and guides you into the elevator. We didn't have a reservation, but took our chances hoping to get seats at the bar, we got 2 for our party of 7. There was a DJ spinning good tunes. The views are gorgeous. Nubé is a great date night location.

WHAT A FIND! This place is absolutely beautiful. From the view to the design, I was in love. Went with a friend for happy hour and everything was pretty good. She got the calamari which she really enjoyed but the strawberry gin spritz was overly sweet for our palate. I loved my order of the plantain cups and the Japanese whiskey drink. Will absolutely visit again if we're ever back in the area!

beautiful view of the Fort Lauderdale coast!! Small rooftop w/ bougie vibes, definitely made me feel like I was on vacation. Drinks weren't completely overpriced like I expected them to be, which is refreshing. Bartenders were kind and attentive. The only negative experience we had was with the man we checked in with at the first floor elevator before going up to the bar. He acted very weird to my mom & I (we went up separately) for not having a reservation. He made it seem like he was personally making space for us to go up to the restaurant & like he was doing us a favor (fishing for tips/flashed a stack of cash at my mom???). When we got up to the bar we got a seat very easily and the bar was not at capacity.

Food: Everything was good! I recommend the wagyu burger and getting drinks. Service: Good but took a while to get our check. Ambiance: AMAZING VIEW! So worth celebrating up here.

Came for Mother's Day, part of our Staycation. First time here and definitely not the last. We were lucky enough to score a last-minute reservation, and I'm so glad we did because this place is SUCH a vibe. Between the city and ocean views, the sexy atmosphere, the DJ playing all the best hits, and the indoor/outdoor seating, it instantly gave upscale date night and girls' night energy. Definitely a 21+ crowd and reservation-worthy. We sat outside overlooking the views, and from the moment we arrived, Barbie (I think her name was Barbara/Barbie) was such a sweet and welcoming hostess. Our server was also amazing she was a redhead (forgot her name but shoutout to the "redhead sisters" lol). We started with the short rib empanadas, which were DELICIOUS and came with onions and peppers that added so much flavor. We also had the shrimp two ways coconut fried shrimp and ceviche style. The coconut flavor wasn't super noticeable, but overall still really good. Black Angus Filet medium. WOW. Easily the best thing we ordered. It came with asparagus, mashed potatoes, and this incredible black mushroom sauce that tied everything together perfectly. Cooked beautifully and packed with flavor. Honestly, I'm still thinking about it. My mom ordered the spice crusted salmon salad and absolutely loved it. We also tried the Alla vodka... it was okay for us personally. My cousin and I are huge Italian food lovers, so we've definitely had better, but my moms enjoyed it. Drinks were also on point, we had two dirty martinis, aunt had a margarita, and mom had a white wine. While enjoying the music and rooftop atmosphere. They even have indoor and outdoor bar seating plus bathroom attendants, which added to the upscale experience.

The view is to die for! My husband and I came here to celebrate our one-year anniversary and we were greated at the front with a sweet anniversary card. We immediately felt welcomed. We got the Smoke Cloud drink and the display was cute, but the drink itself was tasty. My husband and I love margaritas, and I chose this place to take him because of the "build your own margarita" menu which is such a unique part of this place. For food, we ordered the Coconut Shrimp and it was for an appetizer. For dinner, my husband had the cheeseburger and I got the mushroom flatbread which was delicious! This is such a cute spot for date night, girl's night, or just a nice dinner with a view. We will definitely be back!

I love the rooftop bar, I met some fabulous locals who were there enjoying the view as well. It has a great vibe but I have to tell you honestly my rigatoni was just OK. Not very seasoned, not much sauce so I had to order a side and chili peppers to give it some spice. I would go back but I would not order that again. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Beautiful, hip, trendy bar located on the 26th floor of the Hilton for an excellent, panoramic view of Ft Lauderdale and the ocean. Make reservations, since there is a limited number of first-come first serve seats at the bar and no reserved tables left on a Friday night. Menu is tapas style and features unique, interesting cocktails with special effects. Third visit, We got a great view of the ocean next to the glass wall this time. We had the: - empanadas (2) - Waygu dumplings - good but small - Shrimp Two Ways - smaller, spicy mayo shrimp, fries - Make Your Own Margarita - you pick the juice, tequila, rim (salt vs sugar) First and 2nd visits: We had a Crystal Clear Colada which had pineapple rum and Ron Zacapa Rum and came had dry ice smoke. To make it clear, is an almost add day effort by the bartender. It was quite good and different from the white pina coladas. We enjoyed talking with Henri and the bartending service of Matthew. We at first had looked around for a seat at the bar and were on our way out after not finding one inside or outside, and we appreciated Mathew coming after us to let us know some seats just opened up. We made reservations and came back the next night where we had a corner table near the plants and overlooking the Four Seasons hotel and Residences next door. My husband had the charcuterie platter for his dinner while the Coconut Shrimp was more than enough for me. In addition to the fried shrimp, there were a whole bowl full of large chunks of shrimp in a creamy sauce. Very good! To enter, you need to enter through the roped off elevator in the Hilton lobby.

If this place wasn't a rooftop you'd probably have no reason to return. It's a swanky vibe with decent food and a pretty cool drink menu. There's a build your own margarita option which was cool. The cocktails Botanical Breeze (gin prosecco lemon) and Staring into the Sea (blueberry lavender vodka) were both delicious and strong AF. Mushroom flatbread was fresh and a reasonably priced option that was filling enough for 1 person.

Nubé is an amazing rooft top restaurant slightly north of the Las Olas beach. It caters to a nicer crowd (well behaved) but still at affordable prices. The drinks are whimsical, the bartenders are fun and respectful, and food that is not only tasty and presented well but also with sizable portions. My friend got me a surprise drink and the bartender Matt made quite a display with smoke and shells. He even made some special watermelon shots for us. We ordered mojitos and a few other specialty cocktails that tasted great. I had salmon for entree that came with orzo salad and per Matt's recommendation, I opted for well done. The crust came out perfect and the inside was well done but still tender and no fishy smell. It was a pretty crowded evening but we were lucky to get all 5 of us seated adjacent to each other at the bar and Matt took good care of us. Oh, we got street parking for like $3 for one car but valeted the other. So street parking can be a hit or miss but be prepared for Valet just in case. Also, I would recommend getting a reservation. The place is popular.

Came to get drinks and apps. We sat at the bar in the balcony. The views are beautiful! The service was also great, as the bar tender provided recommendations. We ordered the calamari and shrimp two ways, which were both delicious!

One of my favorite Michelin places. We got the tasting menu at the chef's table. I thought we can watch the chef prepare our meal but you're just sitting in the kitchen watching staff prepare food for the restaurant. We couldn't see them making our food. We arrived at 5:25. They seat you at 5:30 so they sent us to the bar for drinks and close out that deal. They sent our bottle of water to the other side after we paid for it and were charged twice for it. They have a huge staff. A different server for every two people being served explaining the plates plus the staff in kitchen talking and yelling over each other. I couldn't hear any of the details for the dishes. That took away from my experience. They give you a menu when it's over. I would have preferred getting that before eating. One other small issue to some but huge to me. I had allergy not a food sensitivity listed on my reservation, on a phone call and confirmed before eating. They served me an allergen! I couldn't hear the server as he was speaking and I happened to hear it and repeated did you say!! Of course! This is a big deal to me but it was brushed off as no problem we can change it to something else. Fabulous meal but the noise level was too much for me.

Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

I have had several things from the menu, including a hamburger, house salad, wild salmon, chicken Melanesia, empanadas and even a hot dog! Everything is fresh and high quality. The salmon is huge and very fresh. It has a mild blackening/seasoning that forms a nice crust. The chicken reminds me of my mom/grandma/great grandma's chicken cutlets! Very Italian/Sicilian vibe. (Get them with mash potatoes). The patio is always comfortable with a great breeze and a view of the ocean a block away. What really stands out here though is the friendly service. Andres has been there almost every night and has always been great. He is very prompt with bringing drinks and food. You can see them hustling down to the kitchen and keeping things running smoothly. But what I like the most is the friendliness. He is always willing to chat about soccer, music, wine, or anything else (but also knows when to leave you alone so you can eat). Also, the value is pretty good. The wine is $10 or less. They have my favorite Malbec. And even the ribeye, at the beach, for $27 is not bad at all. Some of the appetizers are a bit pricey ($13 french fries) but I think all in all its one of the better values in the area. Note they do not serve liquor, only beer and wine. Also, there are no tables inside. Just a small bar inside and then several tables outside. This is a fairly quiet and unpretentious restaurant. If you want a trendy noisy evening this is not the place. It has never been packed, but there is usually a person or two at the bar. They play music but it does not dominate the atmosphere. Usually something chill like reggae. If you want friendly service, good food, and a relaxing environment, then this is a great choice. Dog friendly patio. This is the type of place you can sit with a book and drink wine, or catch the soccer game and have a beer or three. Definitely worth a visit especially if you are staying at the hotel!

I was completely sober because I don't drink, so I was fully aware of everything happening around us. The treatment we received was extremely unprofessional. At approximately 1:57 AM, we witnessed the bartender kissing a girl over the bar, and around 2:11 AM, they were still being very physical and all over each other while working. We also witnessed that same bartender taking sips from drinks using the straw method, which was concerning to see while drinks were being prepared and served. We were also told that every single person at the table had to order a drink or we would have to leave, even though the other five people in my party had already ordered. I don't drink alcohol, but I felt pressured into ordering something anyway because I didn't want to ruin my birthday celebration or my friends' experience. What made the situation even more disrespectful was when we simply asked for cups of ice water, and the bartender made a sly comment saying, "you guys are drunk." Asking for water should never result in a sarcastic or judgmental comment from a bartender. I especially found it inappropriate considering I was completely sober. The waiter's attitude was also rude and unwelcoming. For a place that automatically adds 22% gratuity, I would expect professional and respectful service. Instead, we felt pressured to spend money while receiving poor service and unnecessary comments from the staff. This was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration, but the way we were treated left a terrible impression. There are plenty of other speakeasies where customers can spend their money and actually feel welcomed and respected. After this experience, I would rather take my business somewhere else.
