Kevin and Will are good dudes. I brought my 2017 Abarth in to install coil packs, spark plugs, diverter valve/blow off valve etc and was happy w the work. Will even noted oil around one of my spark plugs in cylinder 2. I was very happy he told me and then went straight to the Fiat dealer where they ended up replacing some intervals under warranty. I can't say enough to truly convey my gratitude towards Will. I went to his shop after my friend referred me to him- The headlights on my Jeep Cherokee were not bright enough and I wanted to get halogens. Will installed halogens and they were perfect, until they weren't, not due to any fault of his. The computer in my car was refusing to recognize the modification. It took about a year for the lights to go out. I went back to Will to see if he could help me. He dutifully and without question replaced the lights again. And again, my car refused them. I went back a few weeks ago and he tested the entire computer with different lights to learn that my car was not going to accept anything other then factory lights... He then ordered a device to trip my car's computer and put in the old lights (the one's that stopped working) and were perfectly fine. The amount of time, energy and dedication he put into helping me and my issue was impressive. To say the customer service at Concept 3 is amazing, is inept. Took my car in for maintenance work, prepaid for parts that needed repair, and never heard back from Will or his employees. Followed up throughout the weeks and was told that the parts have yet to come in and they will call when they do. Never got a call. After a MONTH of calling and following up, the parts finally arrived and the work was done. Yelped around for a place with decent review that does car stereos. Found this place highly rated and was given a pretty nice quote originally by Will and was told if I drop it off on a slow day, they would drive my car back to their shop since it was somewhat close, so +1star there. After dropping my car off, they called me telling me they need to do more work then originally thought (bait-and-switch?), so they needed to add an addition charge on top of the original quote, which was fine with me since it was extra work for them. Turns out, the amp I brought them to install wasn't working. I got my friend to lend me his amp that was sitting around his garage, and they told me it'll cost another additional charge to go back and complete the install. I thought to myself, forget it, I can do this myself in 15-20 minutes. After everything was done, I realized they never tested the amp as I requested (nor did they make the wire long enough for me to pull my sub out), and couldn't get it to work. Ended up shelling out $150 bucks for getting holes drilled in my seats/trunk, wires rearranged/redone, but nothing gained performance wise. In their defense, it's not entirely their fault. They are somewhat a new business, and everyone there does seem to be honest, hard-working, and shady by no means. I generally over rate business to help them out (see reviews) but it seems like I just happen to get the short end of the stick here. The final price I end up paying was higher than the highest I was quoted by other nearby shops, for an incomplete job. I would still recommend this place to friends, just not exactly excited with the customer service I received. The workers here are very informative and nice! I always come here for my oil changes :) and whenever I hear any weird noises, i stop by the shop and they are always able to figure out what's wrong with the car. I've also gotten my audio system installed and window tinted here. LOVE the tint! got windshield, fronts, and back for a very good price! Now owning a 2011 subaru sti I was hesitant at first. I mean their website says kdm. So in my head I was very skeptical of what they could do for my car. I still went ahead and checked out the shop regardless of what their "specialty" was. To my surprise the owner Will was very knowledgable of my car. He knew exactly what I wanted and how to install it. He and I spoke about his past experiences and I can tell you now this guy knows what he's doing. I heard about Concept 3 from a friend and decided to visit during my break between classes as soon as i stepped into the door i was kindly greeted. I initially went in searching for bulbs, but unfortunately they didnt have the ones i was looking for. I took my time to browse the shop and they were nice enough to suggest mild modifications and they were nice enough to show me a demonstration on their personal vehicle. i was very satisfied with this visit, the shop is clean and the staff is friendly and its hard to find that nowadays without feeling intimidated. This review is super late, but better late than never I suppose. About a year and half ago I took my hyundai sonata in to give my baby some lasik eye surgery. Aka get her some HIDs(high intensity discharge, aka bright white headlights). Will and his crew were super friendly and know their stuff. He gave me a very fair price on my HIDs and I ended up getting my foglights done as well, as well as all my interior lights changed out to LED. Anytime my friends are in my car and need the light I turn them on and they always compliment me on how bright and nice looking the lights are. Really, it could be pitch black outside and when I turn the cabin lights on it's almost like daylight. I'd highly recommend them for your KDM/stance needs. They really know their stuff and have even developed their own turbos and other mods for KDM cars. Give them a holler and speak with them, you won't regret it. read more

No idea who serviced my car but I got my rotors and brake pads installed there. He was really professional and the prices is the lowest I have ever quoted when I was calling around the area shops. Only came here after R1 Concepts recommended it to me. Bonus service: Most (or ALL) places don't even seat your pads after installing but he took it out for a spin and baked the pads for me.
