Apparently they don't do carry out over the phone? The girl I just spoke with seems like she was drunk and could barley talk. Called in around 10pm and asked to place a carry out bc I couldn't use the website at the time and she said they don't do carry out over the phone..That's a first, especially around these times. Atmosphere is really cool, awesome paintings around the walls. The tacos are OK. They're refreshing healthy, cold toppings. If you want some juicy cheesy creative tacos I don't think this is the place for that :o read more

Food was really good, wait staff was very attentive. I have Celiac Disease and when I told them I was gluten free they were great about it.

This is my absolute FAVORITE taco joint in the area. They have incredible options and everything you get here will be delicious. I cried tears of joy when they announced the Troy location-- I have frequented the Columbus OH and Pittsburgh PA locations for years! We went there for our daughter's birthday. As we were walked to a table the hostess told our server she was seating us in her area. The waitress seemed very bothered by this and grumbled about it to the hostess. We waited for 15 mins before she came to speak to us (she was going back and forth to other tables that were seated after us...very weird. When she finally came to the table and we told her we were there for a birthday lunch, she ignored the announcement and asked for our orders. Wow =( We almost left at this point but decided to stay for the food...which was HORRIBLE. Taco Bell is better than this place- we even told the server that there was something wrong with one of the dishes because it was WAY WAY too salty. She didn't seem to care. Worst experience all around. My receipt shows the name of the server is Chelcie M. This is back in April, but I decided to finally just put it out there about our experience. Chelcie was the snottiest, nastiest server we've ever encountered. My daughter felt so horrible that she picked this place for lunch on her birthday, she was crying in the car afterward. I am honestly shocked by the good reviews for this place, they had me fooled... I'm not sure if I went on a off day or what! The tacos are basically Taco Bell quality, I tried the cali green and braised and confused. The Cali green was basically a Taco Bell cheesy Gordita crunch and the braised and confused seemed like it sat in the foil wrap in a fridge for hours then was heated when I ordered it. What makes me think that was the soft shell stuck to the foil so bad which happens a lot with rapid temperature change. Don't even get me started on the guac.... again Taco Bell qdoba quality guac... absolutely zero salt. It's pretty sad I would rather go to Taco Bell then this place. Don't think I'll ever be back... only gave two stars because the staff was friendly and brought my food to my car after I ordered it. read more

It was our first time coming to eat here last week, my mother in law had recommended it to us so we had decided to give it a try. It was during the weekend we were surprised on how fast they were able to get us in! And the host Amber was so welcoming we knew that even if there was a wait it would be worth it. when the server came to the table she was polite and went through everything with us! We decided to get a three buds and it was delicious thanks to our server Keshawn who recommended it! The dips came out so fast we were so impressed, the lady Hailey who brought it out to us helped to explain what one was what so we could enjoy them! Was hoping for a better experience but left with a massive tummy ache. I was not a fan of the salsas or guac. The salsas were very thin and watery I prefer thicker salsa & the dips were so so. Even though this location is closed for indoor dining because of COVID, they are still doing a great job ! The girl at the door taking orders was very friendly and helpful . I ordered two tacos, both chicken one hard shell and one soft . With Queso dip . The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because when I opened the foil of the tacos the whole taco just fell apart . I should have just ordered a taco salad if I knew It was going to do that :) the food was still good and fresh . I will definitely give them another try . read more

This place is amazing! Great potion sizes, reasonable price, and very unique flavors. We built our own nachos and tacos and couldn't get over how delicious all the food was! The vegetarian options are more than any other place we have tried. The flavors are so uniquely paired you will not be disappointed! The potion size was more than enough. The nachos easily fed hungry adults with a little to share. The tofu was my favorite with a sweet heat. We also loved the fire taco with spice baked into the shell. Some of the best tacos I've had. It's a great place for vegan and vegetarian people. We did the build your own tacos and the firecracker and sweet Lucy were both 10/10. I highly recommend this place. We love the Royal Oak location and were super excited to have one closer to home however, this location is not on par with the other. We ordered online on NYE. I had gotten a gift card for Christmas but in order to use it, I had to place two separate orders because it's set up so that if you use a gift card it has to cover the full amount. That's fine, placed two orders. The biggest disappointment is that we ordered 10 tacos and of the 10 tacos, only 3 were made correctly. Everyone was either missing something or picking something off. Sauces and salsa were all lacking in flavor. Definitely not the same quality that we have gotten at the Royal Oak location. read more

This is an awesome Tex mex option for takeout and they also have legit options if you don't eat meat. Been to the Troy location for carry out a few times. Nachos were our favorite - pulled pork and chicken are both yum. Order a side of bacon refried beans. We had a few misses with tacos (wasn't a fan of the ground beef) but overall very good too. Recommend Jackfruit and mushrooms if you're going meatless. Huge portions. read more
