If it's something big come early cause it definitely gets packed pretty quick. I had the boneless wings with the Korean sauce and it was shockingly good. Boneless wings are a low expectation food for me, so when a sauce or the crisp really comes out excellent, I'm always genuinely surprised. The sauce was really the highlight, cause it balances flavor and heat perfectly, while also having some sweetness without being too sticky. What I really like about this spot is that they have around 110 draft beers on tap so it's really a craft beer lovers paradise. They also have some basic beers for those who don't have the love for crafts along with a full bar and curated cocktail list. So if you like the idea of an elevated sports bar, with solid food choices, and amazing beer list this is the spot for you. read more

Another great dinner at Yard House! The vibe was lively and our waiter was friendly and accommodating. I came on a Saturday night so service was a tad slower than normal. We started off with a drink at the bar before a table opened up. My margarita was perfectly balanced, refreshing and strong. For my entree I had the Whiskey glazed salmon and it was delicious. My only complaint was that the broccoli was slightly undercooked. I love the lively atmosphere at Yard House and it's always a great place to watch a game because of the many tvs. Next time, i'd like to come back during happy hour from 3-6pm to try different appetizers that are priced half off. read more

So, apparently you can't order a medium cooked burger without getting it charred black on the outside here! My burger came out medium rare which I love for a good steak but not for a burger. Ok, that's not great but almost acceptable but then the outside is charred black! The manager came and tried to come back with a proper burger but came back again more bloody red and again charred black on the outside. He really didn't apologize and tried to justify it was because they use open flame grills and it's not possible to get a medium burger without burning it - uh what! I had the lobster garlic noodles after reading the reviews but what I got was a lot of flavorless noodles with very little lobster about 10 leafs of Spinach 6 shrimp nothing like the pictures what a dissatisfying purchase the few shrimp had flavor the one lobster claw was okay and the lobster scraps really give someone this mess the Satake mushrooms were good. I went to Yard House on a training work trip, as I was looking for some good food and good service. I went during the day and it was really packed with people waiting. This was around afternoon time, around 4pm. I didn't want to wait for a seat, so I went to the bar and ate there. The drink that I got was okay, the food was fine too. The service was okay, neither good nor bad but they were attentive. It was very brightly lit in there, so it was a very nice place to take pictures. I may go again if I am in the area, but it was just standard lunch/dinner, no complaints from me. read more

Vampiro is one of the best tacos I've ever had. This is a chain, but it's a bit more upscale than some of the other chain restaurants out there. Had two bourbon cocktails; smoked old fashioned and the other menu item one. Both were good; actually prefer the drink whose name I forgot. For food, went with sliders, a buffalo chicken pizza, nachos, buffalo wings, and vampire tacos. The sliders were fine. Average slider. Nothing special. Same for the nachos (could use a little more guac) and the buffalo wings (could be spicier). The pizza was fine. Thicker round. Not a whole lot of anything going on. However, the vampire tacos with carnitas, bacon, cheese, and guac were exquisite. The combo works so well and I'm still thinking of those tacos. In terms of appearance and ambiance, Yard House at first glance looks like your standard bar for casual eating and to watch sports, however, their menu is slightly more elevated than most bars and also more diverse. The poke nachos appetizer surprised us and had very fresh tasting marinated raw ahi tuna on top of crispy wontons as the "nachos". The shiitake garlic noodles appetizer was also a hit with plenty of garlic flavor and soft flavorful shiitake mushrooms. Yard house has pretty decent food and a phenomenal beer collection. If you like beers or ciders and can't find something you like I would be surprised. I will say the prices are a bit higher for my liking as the vibe is a sports bar with loud music, sports on several televisions, and a huge bar in the center of the space. For 3 people we had a $70 bill. We only had 2 beers collectively to put that in perspective. Our server was nice, but they're kind of not necessary as they have a tablet style ordering system on the tables, so it felt redundant to have a server. The food however was awesome. My husband liked the pork burger with blueberry ketchup, onion rings were cooked perfectly, my cheese steak was very good with a garlic aioli that set it over the top, and my picky kid liked the chicken and fries. We just left this place. The atmosphere is great. Fun place. The food is terrible. We had 4 in our party and 3 people literally could not eat their food. The Mac and cheese had hard noodles and the cheese tasted like canned spray cheese. The poke bowl had so much seaweed it was like eating dirt. There was no taste to it other than dirt.The Cobb salad was so full of edamame that my son could not eat it. We spent $125 and did not eat more than a few bites of all 3 meals. Visited Yard House for the first time today! Their parking lot was a bit crazy, but the nearby parking garage was free and had tons of spaces. We were seated right away and got started on the menu. They had a wide variety of options, and I ended up going with the buffalo chicken pizza. It was delicious! A thin-ish crust, a good amount of toppings, and the perfect ratio of sauce. I've been to Yard House before in Las Vegas, and had a great experience, so I wanted to try the restaurant location near me in Troy, Michigan. My friends and I went to watch the Lions game, and we wanted a restaurant that had good food and drinks, plus a nice and laid back atmosphere to watch the game. And Yard House did not disappoint! We went on a Saturday evening, around 6:00 pm, in which is was just getting crowded in the restaurant, so I'm glad we had just made it before the big crowd of people were coming to dine and watch the game as well. It was a vibe as soon as we walked in, most servers had on Lions gear, and so did most of the customers. So that was fun! My friends and I ordered a few drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the entrees (which I regret, bc all of the food looked good, and my entree was delicious), but I did take pictures of the appetizers (Fried Calamari, Miguel's Queso Dip, and Chicken Tender and Fries). The entrees we ordered were: Thai Grilled Porkchop, Spicy Jambalaya, and Spicy Beef Garlic Noodles). Plus side Caesar Salads. So, needless to say we all had take-out bags full of leftovers. Hello, I frequent Yard House often, and earlier today my husband and I dined in. Later, we ordered a carry-out meal for my daughter a truffle burger and fries, as shown in the attached photo. After taking her first bite, she immediately pulled a piece of wire from her teeth. She yelled for me to come to her room, and when I saw what she had found, I was absolutely shocked. This could have seriously harmed my daughter and is extremely disturbing, unsanitary, and unacceptable. I attempted to call the restaurant, but I was placed on hold multiple times while waiting for the general manager, Christopher Mancos, with no resolution. While I understand that accidents can happen, this situation is beyond concerning and needs to be addressed promptly. I would appreciate a follow-up and an explanation regarding how this occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Thank you. read more

Me and boyfriend went here for the first time. Everything was good the Miguel queso dip, my boyfriend got the bbq wings with sweet pototoes fries. Customer service was horrible. I guess the bartender left me high and dry because I had a $0 bill with my free appetizer coupon but I told her I wanted to order more food when I first sat down. After I got the appetizer, she never came back to get the rest of my order. She only acknowledged me a second time because we awkwardly made eye contact. This was my girlfriend and i first time here and it was great. Shelby our waitress was great, she was informative and came around just the right amount of times. The food tastes great, I'm sure it's not made to order or from scratch because it's a chain restaurant but still great, plate presentation was great and the quality was awesome.
