Brandon is a hero. Will always call him if we need a plumber. We had an hydrojet service/descale our kitchen line last year. But on this Wednesday night, we found it seems be clogged again. I contacted Brandon on Thursday, and he helped us solve the problem(just within 30 mins, without any fee as in warranty). Believe me, if you have clogged kitchen sink like twice a year or more. Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we had another plumber (T.O.P.) come out to take a look at the dual sinks in our bathroom as both were clogged. T.O.P.'s guy came out, took one look at the sinks, did a quick look for a clean out and immediately began to discuss my options. Those options were $850 for a power jet and $2,250 to install a clean out. He made no attempt to unclog the sinks before leaving - though he did try to charge me $73 for a dispatch fee ("I hate it when the office doesn't explain that to our customers") even though the website specifically states "No dispatch fees". Based on Yelp reviews, I gave Conejo Valley Rooter a call. Branden was very helpful and kept me updated when an earlier job made him run late. He ended up sending Juan out to service our drain. Juan didn't hesitate and got right to work. 30 minutes and $60 later, both drains were flowing great. Juan made some suggestions to help prevent future clogs but there was absolutely no hard sell and I enjoyed chatting with him. Brandon from Conejo Valley Rooter showed up when he said he would, hydrojetted not one, but all of my drain-outs (kitchen, roof-top and main sewer line) and all for less than the price of doing a single hydro-jetting through one of the "radio guys." And he didn't upcharge to use the camera so he could show me the before and after in my pipes (we found a kid's bubble wand and some tree roots in my main; his hydrojetter blasted them all clear!) On top of the amazing on time service and up front price, he also gave me a one year warranty on everything. The "radio guys" won't do that. Kitchen sink was clogged and tried to do it myself (and failed - in the past I was able to do it). Called and talked to Brandon who was the owner and discussed the problem over the phone. He said he can be on site in 45 minutes and he was right on time. First impression, very professional and respectful (also wearing a mask during COVID). After introductions he immediately worked on the problem. I am ashamed of how much sludge (or hard oil) came out. He connected his video cam to show me the lines are clear. He noticed a green mark on the ground and he explained to me in the utility business, problems are marked with green, blue, yellow, and red. Green meant pipes .. triggered my memory .. Gas Company told me that my main like going out was 60% clogged. I asked him to check it and he inserted his video and right away we saw water. He took care of that as well. He started cleaning the area with the power washer to get rid of the sludge (and wonderful smell we uncovered). I remember that when it rained the last time, my backyard got flooded .. it did not drain properly. He said he was already there and he does not feel good leaving me with a problem so he also took care of that problem. In one visit, Brandon took care of all my problems ! We called Brandon the afternoon of "day 1" of the giant storm and he came right out to hydro-jet the drains on the side of my girlfriend's house. He then came out to my place to do the same, but ran into issues with a broken drain pipe. He quickly came up with a solution that would work for the situation and was on top of it all.
