I rarely waste my time to post a review and when I do it's either the service I'm reviewing is outstanding or it has to be horrible... well ... Worst customer service ever. These people can't get their act together they can provide accurate dates they can't provide accurate delivery times they are hands-down one of the worst service providers and tile shops I've ever had to deal with. Extremely Non responsive, never call you when they say they will, always excuses "computer is down" always !!! If you have projects that require timelines and coordination with your contractors stay away from Conestoga !!! I can't even pick up my order excuse no one in the warehouse and my order is a small box !!! read more

I just had the best experience with Conestoga Tile! I was in a jam because the tile I had selected for my new shower was discontinued. Since all of the other bathroom selections were made and ordered, I had to find a very specific color and look in a very short time. I was lucky enough to reach Tony, who was amazing to work with. He was super accommodating and our communication was excellent. The new tile I was interested in was also discontinued, but he was able to locate a sample for me to see. The tile was perfect and Tony got it delivered the NEXT DAY! I know it was a first world problem but I was stressed until I connected with Conestoga. Thank you to Tony and the guy that loaded all the tile into my car. read more

During our kitchen remodel we searched and researched for the best tile to upgrade our kitchen floor. The minute we entered Conestoga showroom in Sterling we were greeted with professional and caring crew of ladies. Tracy and Rhonda were the first to help us. Between the two they helped us picking out the perfect tile. But wait. It gets better. The tile installer for our floor was almost finished but warned us that there would not be enough tile for finish the job. That was after 4pm on a Friday. It was too late to notify Conestoga Tile as they had already closed. So Saturday morning my wife and I rushed to the showroom and pleaded our case. "Help" "We ran out of tile". So they gathered together to figure out how they could help us. There was no way to order tile on a Saturday. We would have to wait until Monday and the order probably would not arrive until Tuesday or Wed. So Tracy and Rhonda began to brainstorm. They called the showroom they Harrisburg Pennsylvania to check for all available sample tiles in stock. They warned us the chances were slim that they would have another 22 square feet of the tile we need just hanging around the show room. Well, they called up and the ladies up in Pennsylvania also gathered together to see how they could help. So they told Tracy to hold on. 10 minutes later they got back on the phone and said they found 10 pieces of 24 x 12 (our exact size) laying around !. IT WAS ON!! We had to jump into the truck and haul ass up to PA, pick up the tile, turned immediately around and made the tile available for the installer. It was a 2.5 hour drive up and a 2 hour drive back. We were SO HAPPY because mission accomplished. This would not have been possible without the help of the Sterling Ladies, Tracy, Rhonda, and Kristin. This would not have been possible without the help of the Harrisburg Ladies either. They are Linda, Lizzy, Lydia and Kristal. Thanks to these crews, we are still on schedule. So our tile came in... within a couple days of when it was expected, which is fine. The border, which I was told came in 12 in squares that could easily be cut into borders did not... My tile guy said it was for a shower pan, so the tiles were not square, and there was no way to slice the tiles (ie - no straight line between the rocks). This meant my tile guys had to remove EACH rock from the sticky backing and install piece by piece. When I called the owner apologized and took responsibility, even offered to try to get me an alternate tile the next day, but as it turns out they had nothing similar they could get that quickly. At least he tried, but it didn't solve the issue. Anyway, my tile floor went in... the contractors did a great job. After it was installed I noticed that on the side of the multitone brown tiles (with brown grout) there was a white line. After additional research I learned that's how it is with porcelain tiles. I never noticed, but the edges are white, and the grout does not cover it up. So if you don't have white tiles or white grout it's noticeable - and not in a good way. I had asked pros/cons of using ceramic vs porcelain. I got NO heads up about this. I was very disappointed... I may as well order online if the sales people are not knowledgeable enough to actually HELP or research and find out the answers to questions if they don't know the answer. Seriously, their selection is "OK" but don't rely on anything their sales people say or don't say. I would not call them experts. Also, at one point when I went in to look for tiles for my backsplash I arrived about 10 minutes until 4. I was very put off about the way the sales girl announced to me that I could only stay for a few minutes because she was not staying late. Apparently they close at 4. CLEARLY this is a store that caters to the contractor, not the homeowner. If you need guidance or information or reasonable showroom hours you're not getting it here. Totally bummed out the experience overall. Guess I will go to Tile Shop next time, they seem to cater to the homeowner. read more

With so many options at the store, I couldn't make up my mind so I had to visit Tracy at Conestoga ten times before we finalized tile selections. We made several trips to Conestoga in our Master Bath/Closet journey.... mostly because we were doing the tiling ourselves and loved looking at all the possibilities! We worked with Lauren (a brand spanking new interior designer when we met her) and she was great! Our only 2 criticisms wers (1) the hours that the sales counter hours were really limited - so we had to take off work in order to pick up and return extra tile, and (2) the tile we picked for our shower floor came in squares that were on flimsy sticky paper that fell apart when it hit the thinset - we had to rip it all up and go buy new tile elsewhere. Go see them! They have beautiful stuff.... read more

I highly recommend this place for the selection and quality of tile. Best of all- great service! I visited twice and had wonderful people who helped me from a design perspective. They were happy to send samples free of charge straight to my house. We ended up buying floor, shower, and accent tile from them for our master bathroom. We checked a few other places, but didn't see anything we liked as much as the tile at Conestoga! Check it out! read more

They have the best tiles ever! We have 3 1/2 baths done and we bought all our wall & floor tiles, glass mosaic tiles from them. I didn't have a consultant with me but Tracy, who is the designer manager in the store, helped me to select and design. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She will take as long as it needs to get all three bathrooms absolutely perfect. She followed up and checked in with me until I was ready to place the orders. She was never pushy nor did she just forgot about me! Lauren also helped me to make decision on selecting the right color for the backsplash tile while Tracy was unavailable and she is one of the best consultant in the store. Lastly, Kristin from Customer Service/InSide Sales is very friendly and helped me with all my orders. These ladies are terrific! Excellent and professional service. Found their staffs to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful . Rare to find a showroom in this business that actually takes the time with you, explaining the materials, and discuss options with clients. They have earned and will keep my repeat business because they take pride in what they do. read more
