    We've been residents at Connolly Station for 6 years. In the beginning the building was incredible, BUT in the last 2 years and specifically this year, the building has gone downhill significantly. The new management does not care for the residents or any of the issues - I'm not sure if it's a discrimination issue specifically with us or they genuinely just don't care. The fire alarms go off constantly, there's been construction going on around the building for about a year now and it's still not completed. We've had our catalytic converter stolen from our car being parked INSIDE the garage - so much for a secure building. There is trash and dog poop all around the building. The gym and the pool are dirty pretty much all the time. There is zero "maintenance" of the building and the amenities. I reached out to the management about a shopping cart parked on our 6th floor and a bunch of trash inside the building, 4 days later it's still there. That was probably our last straw and we finally decided to give our lease termination notice. When we told the management the reasons for our termination, they just said "aww, sorry." It was frustrating at first, but now the management is just comical. We've been paying around $2,700 for a 1 bedroom apartment and from speaking with other tenants on the same floor - everyone apparently is charged a different rent. If you want to pay a ton of money to live in trash, that's when I'd sign up to live here (pictures attached).

    I lived here for a month while relocating from state to state via a housing service. I'm pretty sure the furniture is from the housing service but the pics are for you to have an idea of the apartment. Pros: spacious, location near freeway and near shops and supermarkets. Safeway and 99Ranch just around the corner. Overall I felt secure while living there. Cons: The apartment manager is just...rude. I was planning to live here after 1 month from the third-party housing service and I asked for an apt tour (this was during Covid) for another apt to lease. A lady opens the door and just point to the key box, no words, nothing. I understood that it was Covid so we calmly check out the apt and put back the key. When I called to follow up the community manager was very rude through the phone saying she was busy, and I can clearly see her there in the office chatting with another lady. While I was there, I was out for a weekend, not at the apartment, next thing I know I received a noise complaint for that weekend! What makes noise when I'm not even at home? I tried to explain to them and I got another complaint within a week?! Another thing is with the garage and the trash. You only get one spot for the garage and there aren't many spots around the building. Also, every time I get in the elevator for the garage the smell is awful for as long as a week. Overall I put 1.5* only for the location.

In the first unit, the floors were paper thin and my upstairs neighbor kept waking me up. There was almost no natural light because a tree blocked the view. I emailed about it for a month, before management said a transfer might be possible, but it would cost $3,100 plus $250 more per month, including $50 (additional) for parking and about $200 extra in rent. I used the last of my savings to transfer for the sake of my health. The new unit has 8 HVAC units directly above the bedroom - I wasn't made aware of this prior to my moving in, and I wasn't allowed to tour the new unit either. The vibrations are so strong they rattle the walls and ceiling, and not even AirPods Pro ANC block them. They go off anywhere from once an hour to constantly, and because there are 8 of them, they all make different, unpredictable noises. Some sound like slow deep bass that can be felt in the bones while others make rapid whirring noises like a washing machine. It is impossible to sleep - I have been sleeping in my car since I moved here. I paid a $3100 transfer fee and am now paying $2600 a month to sleep in my car. I've submitted numerous normal and emergency maintenance requests and contacted management repeatedly about this issue. I have documented many recordings of the noise, including timestamps and proof of volumes above habitable levels, and have provided them upon request. Maintenance agreed that the vibrations and noise are unusual, and the layout of having 8 HVACs on one unit was strange, and they've tried a couple different fixes - unfortunately, none of which have worked. The sleep deprivation has made me sick on multiple occasions, and I have been in the ER. Management is now asking me to pay a lease break fee to leave, despite the hazardous situation and clear health impact. I have explained that I cannot afford this and have tried to follow up repeatedly, but I have not received a response in over a week and cannot reach anyone by phone, through email, or in person. I think Simone and Xiena are genuinely friendly people who try their best to communicate with renters, but management as a whole is very difficult to reach. This experience has caused me so much anxiety and deteriorated my mental and physical health.

Billing has been automated and hassle-free. *I feel very safe in this apartment, which was very important to me. All of my visitors have commented that the layout feels like a hotel! *Parking is great. I park on the floor I'm on and there's a door from the parking garage leading to my apartment. *The apartment is spacious and easy to maintain. I'm more than pleased with the walk-in closet, the new appliances, and ample lighting. *Heating works great! *Though I accepted an apartment facing BART, the noise never bothers me. The apartment's noise reduction qualities work very well. *This apartment's location is the real selling point. For me, it is a nice plus to be situated right next to BART. It makes jaunts to SF or the airport painless. It's quite close to the Whole Foods shopping center and the freeways. *It is simple to get a visitor parking pass for up to a week. *Very nice amenities, including bbq, gym, work rooms. Not that I've taken advantage of these, but I like knowing they're there. CONS: *Upon moving in, the apartment was not *dirty* but it was definitely dusty. There were minor hassles I had to deal with, such as getting the washing machine settings fixed, getting the window latch fixed, and getting the closet set-up corrected. The issues were fixed promptly and accurately when I submitted maintenance requests. *If I were to renew, I would have to pay $300+ in rent per month. I will not be renewing. *At times, I have smelt marijuana smoke come through the central A/C. *At times, I have fallen asleep to loud noises coming from above me. *Some areas could be more clean, such as the parking garage and trash room. *Getting my packages has been hit or miss. I never know if my packages will wind up in the leasing office, the mail room, or my door. I have often had packages that were opened (though nothing was stolen). You may want to get packages delivered to the Amazon locker at Whole Foods if you choose to live here. So far, I would recommend this apartment complex to others due to location, safety, and comfort. Pest control finally came out and set traps and told them what they needed to do but they did none of it before I moved out. It was supposed to be a senior complex but it turned into some of everything. Tenants items started to come up missing. Now I don't who or whom did it but things were missing. I know people love pets but my goodness, then didn't do well at cleaning up behind their OWN pets. Pet hair left in the washers and dryers. They would wash their pet items in the washers and dryers. Heck, I got fleas or maybe bedbugs bites, I don't know which is which because I have never dealt with either one of them before. I do know that I through my comforter away.Some tenants expected maintenance to clean up THEIR dog urine and feces when they are looking at their dog doing this. The rodents got in my bed. I went through 4 air mattresses. I didn't buy an actual bed in fear of it being a total loss. I was over charged in rent. I was supposed to pay $1499 and I'm just going to be truthful, my rent was padded. The manager at the time charged $1929.00 in rent when id.gov told her to charge less. It was a lot more going on there by other managers but I'll tell that in court. I lived in a studio apartment and I was charged more than a one bedroom. I tried to write corporate but the packet came back. I have of that I speak of. Have you notice, the owner does put their name on the reviews? I have tried and tried to communicate with them but I can not reach them. Maybe the court system can or maybe they will respond through here. I want my overpayment back the cost for my 4 air mattresses.

    Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish…read more I moved into Legacy at Livermore in July 2023 and was one of the first residents in the building. I actually found the property through a Google search while living overseas, which could have been stressful, but the leasing team made it incredibly easy. Diane was my first point of contact and she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond by taking a video of the exact apartment I was interested in. That level of care and transparency immediately gave me confidence in my decision. Shortly after moving in, I had two vehicles delivered while I was out of state in Texas picking up my dog. Faye stepped in without hesitation, received both vehicles, and parked them safely, one of them being a stick shift, which deserves extra appreciation. That kind of support is rare and speaks volumes about the team. The property itself is easily the nicest place to live in the Tri-Valley. The downtown Livermore location is unbeatable, the amenities are top-tier, and the apartments are modern and well maintained. Diane and Faye were always quick to respond whenever I had questions, Todd (the property manager) was outstanding, and the maintenance team was consistently professional and efficient. Pros: * Prime downtown location * Excellent amenities * New, modern apartments * Responsive and caring management team Cons: * Some residents not picking up after their dogs * Occasional garage gate damage caused by residents (Neither of these are management issues--just a matter of resident accountability.) First off, the apartment is the nicest I've ever rented. Modern amenities, brand new appliances, clean from ceiling to floors upon move in. I don't hear my neighbors at all and I'm living on the third floor so I have people above and below me. Every neighbor I've met so far has been so sweet and welcoming. Lots of young people here which I love because I'm old, but young at heart so I don't want to look at people like myself! Situated smack in the middle of Main Street so you have restaurants, bars, grocery stores and movie theatre's literally right out your front door! The bldg is tight as far as security. You need a fob or phone app to get into this place or you're out of luck. Everyone picks up after their doggies. The staff from porters to management (shout out to Thy for being amazing) are all wonderful. Always a smile and a hello from the staff when you pass them. Such a great change from living In the last apartment community I just left. Good riddance. I'm happier than ever living here and can't wait to enjoy the roof top pool as soon as I'm done unpacking!

The location is perfect for walking downtown to enjoy dinner out or concerts in the park, farmers market and all of the downtown activities. Property has 3 pools So it is never crowded even during the middle of the heatwaves. Very nice gym and hot tub. Lots of trees and wildlife. Not uncommon to find deer noshing on plants near the cars or wild turkeys coming up from the creek below. Very serene environment. We have a new Crocodile to discourage the wildlife sharing our pool haha he is not as ferocious as he looks but seems to be working well! Our townhouse was a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and when we first moved in, we had maintenance walk us around and show us all the important things in the townhouse. Any time we needed help they fixed the place within 2 business days. We never felt like we bothered management and they were always on the ball. The kitchen was fully upgraded, and when our washer and fridge went out, they replaced it right away. I'll never forget how fast they came on a Saturday to make sure our food didn't go rotten when they replaced the fridge it was incredible. The townhouse comes with washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, stove, AND dishwasher and they were all high brand appliances. This is the place to stay guys. And to think I accidently ran into these apartments 7-8 years ago looking for another apartment complex that was suppose to call us back. I am glad I did because my family got the best experience we could living in an apartment complex like Pleasanton Glen. Thank you guys for the great living experience!
