We finally got to try this little gem with a down home feel. Walk in and grab a table for breakfast or lunch! We could actually hear our conversation, and feel good supporting a small local business. The ingredients cannot be beat (all organic/real, HEALTHY ingredients/fresh sourdough!!) and they do their best to make it affordable. We had wonderful service, and my husband says, hands down this is the best breakfast he's ever had! I won't take offense; it was delicious!! Check out the attached general store and gift shop with food and goods from local farmers and artisans!

Conscious Kitchen is a farm to table restaurant attached to a local food Co-op. Small dining area with large windows, seating is spaced so that it feels roomy. Very helpful friendly servers and a nice size menu. We stopped for dinner and were seated immediately. I ordered a "made in Oklahoma, Cherry Vanilla Spice Soda, sweetened with sugarcane. Delicious! My husband had water and his glass was kept full throughout. He ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich with a small salad and I ordered a Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato Fries. The buns are made fresh (so good!), the burger was done perfectly, fixings were fresh, crisp and colorful! The sweet potato fries were made fresh, not frozen, and tasted like sweet potatoes! If you like sweet potatoes you will love these fries! We are definitely going back, have to try the breakfast menu Oh, we picked up a few things from the Co-Op while we were there, tremendous selection! This place is a definite find!

Outdoor seating area; inside has a cozy farmhouse feel

A few days ahead of their grand opening, we tried this cute farm-to-table cafe. They have quite a few breakfast and lunch options. As far as I can tell, everything is organic and when possible comes from local farmers. The blackened chicken wrap was delicious and the service was friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back!

Good, awesome food. The fries are fried in coconut oil and are both awesome and healthier than most. Service with a snake too.

The burger I had there was probably the worst burger I've ever had in my entire long life. What a waste of time and money.

They take pride in the food and it is amazing. Breakfast is a go to but the buffalo wrap is good too.

I had high hopes about this place as my brother was in town visiting and said he read a good review…read moreabout it. The decor is very eclectic and kitschy...it looks like they furnished it with goodwill. Which is not a negative thing, in my book...just a specific aesthetic. Upon first glance, I was impressed by the menu and its extensive offerings. Everything sounded very good and we were hungry having a late breakfast. I ordered an iced french vanilla latte to drink and it was pretty good. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I can appreciate a sweet, well balanced latte. The waitress seemed panicked from the moment she introduced herself. She was kind and polite, but you could tell she wanted us to hurry up so she could get to her other tables. I think the poor girl was maybe the only person serving our party of three and another party of like 15 that came in, so it was clear she was overwhelmed. The ordering process felt very rushed and the moment we stopped talking, she launched towards the back. I've served for over 20 years, so I have compassion for being "in the weeds", but the key to good service is to not make the customer bear the weight of your urgency, in my opinion. Nonetheless, we ordered our food with anticipation. I was excited that they offered eggs Benedict in several different forms, but I ordered it the old fashioned way with hash browns as my side. The food took a reasonable amount of time to cook. Once we received our meals, everything looked really good. As I cut into my eggs Benedict, I realized the egg wasn't fully poached (it was still gooey) and the meat they used wasn't actual Canadian Bacon, but rather a sliced deli meat. I'm assuming it was ham. It looked like they pulled it straight out of a package from Walmart and slapped it on the English muffin. The food was just not good and definitely not worth the price. My brother got an omelet and there was cheese on top, but it was literally a sliced cheese laid on top of the omelette and it wasn't even fully melted. I respect this establishment as it is a small business and I give them kudos for what they did well. I would recommend they reduce their menu selections and focus on offering better quality ingredients for the items they serve. As for the service, it's a human experience. Some days are good and some days are bad. My only recommendation is that if you're "in the weeds" let your table know that you just got sat with a big top and you need to catch up, but you're going to take great care of them. That feels much better than feeling rushed. All in all, I don't envision myself coming back to this place unless I hear some significant changes are made regarding the quality of ingredients in their food.

Came here on a Sunday around 11:30 am with a reservation made. Got the French toast bites soo yummy…read more. The Colorado omelette was good too with a side of potato's which just needed some seasoning . I had some banana nut waffles I believe was a special going on those were yummy too. It was busy but not too loud and the service was great .

We've been coming to Cafe 501 for many years and have never been disappointed. This visit mirrored…read moreour past experiences. The menu is new (love that) with some old favorites as well. The entrance has had a light refresh as well. Gone is the big glass dessert display case but the additional walking space is nice. Sadly we learned that the cakes are being discontinued, RIP the wonderful carrot cake. Fortunately we snagged one of the last pieces. It's my understanding that cookies and other sweet treats will still be available. The menu is loaded with new and exciting choices. Deciding what to choose was a great problem to have. We started with the Trio Dipper with house made chips and balloon bread, which is like pita bread on steroids and just as delicious. The dip selections were terrific and we were brought more chips when ours ran low. Two of us ordered the Tuscan Chicken. They were exceptional bites. They were parmesan breaded chicken fritters stuffed with the tomatoes and cheese. It's an inventive take on a traditional recipe and a tasty home run! My husband ordered the Chicken Piccata, looking for a lower calorie option. The lemon butter wine sauce was delicious and it's a terrific option. The last guest chose the fried chicken which is an old and familiar favorite. You absolutely cannot go wrong. We ended the night sharing a piece of carrot cake and a salted caramel cookie.
