Since I work from home and my office looks out onto our front yard I can see when the crew comes. They're supposed to do the front and back yard. I noticed a few weeks ago they did the front and took off. So I called Sullivan's to complain. They apologized and sent the team back out a few hours later. Last Wednesday they came (the next time after the issue a few weeks ago) and once again did only the front yard then left. I called the company again to complain. They remembered the last incident and I was told a manager would be informed and someone would call me back. Here we are a week later and still no communication. In my opinion this is akin to stealing. I paid for the whole yard to be done but only a half job was completed. I have no idea how many times this has happened and I didn't notice, but I suspect quite often. The worst part, though, is that management never bothered to call me back or remedy the situation. That's terrible customer service. So, today I called them to discontinue their services. The person who answered recognized me. She made NO mention of my complaint and didn't ask why I was letting them go. It's clear there was absolutely no intention to provide us the service we paid for nor even acknowledge the situation. So, they're fired.
