Then the second time I asked them to come back to clean the blinds plus window sills. They said they would and did not show up, saying that their kid has a fever and in the hospital. But communication was weak. Whatever fast forward to this time I've asked them to come clean the blinds and window sills, bc everyone deserves a second chance. They said they would but then ghosted me. Such horrible way to do business with and to grow your clientele. I was ready to give them 5-Star review on Yelp and Google after today's work. Luis worked on the outside and even cleaned some lint off the roof that had been sitting there for awhile. Karla is small but mighty. She carried a very large vacuum up the stairs and moved the dryer out so she could clean. She showed my before and after photos of the very lint-filled inside of the dryer.
