I'll readily admit that I felt exhausted after braving a particularly hard day of work in Los Angeles, but getting to try a new food place never fails to cheer me up. Now, I took the safe option and ordered a California burger with cheese which certainly filled my culinary needs, but I'll say that the customer service here was beyond exemplary. Given that my partner has a zucchini allergy and upon noticing some in a wrap that wasn't listed, without skipping a beat, they remade her order. I'm not one to rave about lettuce of all things, but their lettuce in their side salads is made with house made ceasar dressing and it really stole the show with every bit of salad having a very satisfying and fresh crunch. Beyond that, Annabelle, our very attentive and friendly server offered us fresh slices of dessert when we ordered some, and I'm almost certain you have to make a pact with a deity to have a cheesecake come out as perfectly airy and smooth as mine did. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the food I came to eat wasn't the main focus. It was the vibe of that place and a cheesecake I'm going to be dreaming about for the next month. Cheers! read more

I met a girlfriend here for mimosa brunch. She remembered seeing a large banner outside advertising bottomless mimosas, and the menu looked good. The restaurant is also off the new D line Metro station, which we wanted to check out! Service was great, and the servers (owners? There were 2 people working and taking care of us, so we weren't sure.) who took our order were very attentive, friendly and hospitable. When we asked about bottomless mimosas, the woman at the counter told us that they stopped offering them now that they're closed on Sundays, and all of the food isn't prepped as it normally would have been for the weekend. That didn't make sense to us since we were just ordering orange juice and bubbly, but we went ahead purchased individual mimosas. The drinks were almost entirely orange juice and not much champagne. I ordered the beef kabob plate, which came with a side of cucumber/tomato salad and basmati rice. It was okay for $20; it included 5 pieces of steak that were a little gristly. I was surprised that it didn't include tzatziki or any other sides (pita, etc) but the server was kind enough to give me a small hummus side. One of the servers checked on us and brought more water, and he also offered to refill our coffees if we wanted. When my friend went inside to ask for more coffee, the other woman told her that a refill would be charged as a new cup of coffee. We declined, but it was confusing because we thought we were offered refills. Overall, it was OK. I linked the laid-back vibe of the restaurant, 2 outdoor patios, and that there was a free parking lot! I think it would really help to have some music on the patio! read more

I work up the street and always walk by this place and yesterday decided to stop by for lunch with a couple of my coworkers. All three of us had burgers so this review is really based off of that. The burgers were pretty good, especially for the price point. They are pretty large come with a side of your choice (we all chose a side of fries which were seasoned and delicious). The burger was cooked medium, and it was a very large portion where it filled you up. The staff which I believe might be, the owners were super sweet and welcoming, and we're also making recommendations as far as what they're popular items on the menu are. They do have a wide variety of different types of food, such as salad, salads, wraps, kebab and salmon plates and bowls and several desserts and smoothies. My coworker also got a peanut butter jelly vegan smoothie which she loved. The restaurant itself is cozy and spacious, and has a homey feel to it. Located in a mini mall at the end of Beverly Hills. This place is very homey and unpretencious. Parking is free. They have pastas, burgers, salads, wraps, and breakfast all day. Lots of vegetarian options. I really like the laid back atmosphere here. Seems there is a good mix between dine in and take out. I did take out. They also have a very small outside patio but inside is best here in my opinion. I tried the smoothie which has pomegranates, bananas, and berries. It was a beautiful color pink and so tasty. The perfect ratio of sweet and savory. The portion was generous too. The tofu rice bowl was good I chose basmati rice. They forgot to give me the sauce on my to-go order so I ended up putting some tahini on it that I had at home which worked well. Hopefully next time I'll get the sauce as that is important part of the dish. We also got the vegetarian option for the pesto pasta. I liked that it came with bowties and the pesto sauce smelled and tasted so good. We loved the chocolate cake here. It has Oreos sprinkled on top and lots of frosting. Portion was generous. I was working outside of the restaurant and had a little time to grub so I decided to come here instead of a fast food place and I wasn't disappointed at all. We were walking to the Beverly Center from our hotel and decided to give this place a try. You place your order at the counter and it's brought out to you. I ordered a latte and a chicken Ceasar wrap. My hubby got the Eye Opener wth 3 eggs, bacon potatoes, toast, and fruit. They cooked his eggs perfectly. As he likes his eggs well done most places do not get it right but here was just right! My wrap was full of chicken and a nice side of salad. They have a bakery case full of all kinds of goodies. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong thing, but I don't think I'll be back in the near future. I ordered the chicken kabob plate and a side of hummus/lavash. The hummus appetizer was generous and had great flavor, but the kabob was not the best. For $18, I only got five relatively small pieces of chicken (one of which was tough/gristly), a salad whose ingredients and dressing both tasted prepackaged, and basmati rice. Then shortly after I got pretty bad acid reflux/stomach aches (which is VERY rare and concerning for me, as I have no food sensitivities). That being said, service was quick, and I'm sure some of the desserts/pastries are great, but this place does not necessarily rival other quick-eat Mediterranean/burger spots. Also, parking can be really difficult; their lot is very small and tight to navigate, and street parking is very limited in this area. read more

This is a small quaint place with great ambiance and very good food and not expensive Beverly Hills prices. You order at the counter and they give you a number and bring the food to you. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful as I didn't want horseradish on my turkey burger. All 9 of us enjoyed our food, some had beer and some pop and parking was in a small lot next door. If I could give this place a 10 star I would. The food is delicious, portions are a good size and prices are reasonable. As soon as you enter, you feel the warm and cozy ambiance that is beautifully decorated. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming to humans and their dogs. My dog was also very happy to visit this gem of a place- he got so many cuddles and loving. Before we left, the owner gave my dog shredded beef and he was so excited. In addition, the owner sells fresh baked goods that she herself makes- we got the chocolate Halloween skull and highly recommend along with the chicken kabob and chicken soup. Staff member Anabel also made me one of the most delicious matcha lattes with oat milk ( I don't say this lightly as I'm a big matcha drinker). The level of welcoming, attention, generosity, kindness and all around goodness from the food and owners + staff is rare so we know we will be back (thank you Ana, Vreg and Anabel!). A hidden GEM! The food here is amazing. Everything tastes homemade and feels like you are going to this family's home to eat. With that said, my son is picky with his food and he truly enjoys the shrimp pasta and the chicken bowl. Which I also truly LOVE! The food did not lack in flavor! It's very flavorful and delicious. Not a bit dry or bland. Juicy and Flavorful! I'm obsessed with the salmon salad. Just the right amount of dressing and toppings. The salmon is perfectly cooked and just full of flavor! I'm really in love. I usually eat and then grab coffee and a pastry afterward and they have it all here in one place. Wine, beer, ice cream, cookies, delicious food, you name it! I tried the Chocolate Chip cookie and Carrot cake and they definitely hit the spot! Paired with a latte! Heaven! My son had the gelato ice cream and it was also a thumbs up I just discovered this gem a few days ago and have already been telling everyone about it and this is my second time here within 3 days. I will be coming back more often and supporting this place, they also have free parking available in the shopping center.
