A true hidden gem here in the Wilshire Vista area offering great food, pastries, and coffee. Staff is super friendly and helpful with menu recommendations. I'm a local and can say that this gem has been what the area has been needing since Starbucks left the area. You can never go wrong with an Iced Horchata Espresso latte with Biscoff Cream. Breakfast burritos are always filling as well!

This new cafe a few blocks from where i live just opened and i couldn't be happier. They have a limited menu right now and i only tried a couple of their drinks... The Cantaloupe Mint and the Coconut Ube were both so refreshing and tasty. The owners were very sweet and talked about their future plans for the space. I can't wait to go back to try their food. Right now they are offering a BOGO free offer on their drinks. Not sure how long the offer will last so grab it while you can!

Wanted to try a new spot for breakfast on my day off today and wow am I glad we came here. Amazing flavor from the food, sauce, meat. and rice was on point. Amazing prices and portions. Friendly staff and the playlist they had playing was sooo good seriously no complaints here I will be back ASAP

The pozole was my first pick, & wow it did not disappoint (especially after adding the salsa) I also tried the coconut ube, & it was delicious I live just around the corner, so it's exciting to have familiar comfort food so close by. I'm already looking forward to my next visit (:

I've tried several times on different days and have not been able to order food only beverages and there's no one to help at the location.

Not bad. The butter chicken was tasty. A little too spicy and also there were still some bits/chunks of chili that made it particularly spicy for some bites and I had to take a break lol. The roti was not bad. The reason I'm giving 3-stars is because the value is terrible for fine food. Can get really delicious Indian food like this elsewhere for way better. I think the butter chicken was like $27 and didn't even come with rice : ( The portion was pretty large though. Maybe you should just share one between two people and add rice. I usually just review on taste, but the price point just felt a little egregious. The ambiance is pretty and it's a nice lil area, so if you want a vibey elevated spot for Indian it's fine, but the food is definitely just standard and fine, not really worth it for me personally.

The restaurant is small inside but big on energy. There's a live jazz band in the corner which really gave the space a fun vibe. While we waited for our table we sat at the bar and ordered a couple drinks. The bartenders were super friendly helpful when It came to choosing cocktails. We got a great little banquet booth that gave us a great view of the room. We came with another couple which I highly recommend doing because you can order so much of the menu. We went all out! We started with the Cesar which you can definitely skip. I love anchovies in my Cesar but this was beyond fishy. For our appetizers we started with the spicy tuna crispy rice, scallop crudo, and hamachi crudo. The scallop crudo is also a skip. Next we got the roti patang curry, chicken satay, soft shell crab curry, & kimchi fried rice. Everything was really good! For our third round we got the regular fried rice, crying tiger, tempura green beans, asparagus, garlic & chicken with noodles. Everything was a hit. We all left completely satisfied and can't wait to go back and dive into more of the menu!

We started with the Roti Paratha, which arrived warm and flaky alongside a rich curry dipping sauce. For shared plates, we ordered the Bali Sea Bass and Stir Fry Water Spinach. The sea bass was beautifully prepared with layers of spice and aromatics, plus just enough heat to keep every bite interesting. The water spinach arrived sizzling at the table, adding to the experience and making the dish feel fresh from the wok. For noodles, my son ordered his usual favorite, the Mie Tek Tek, while my daughter chose the Mie Ayam, which she thoroughly enjoyed. To drink, we had white wine, Terra beer, and a Thai iced tea that came with a cute presentation. There was a small hiccup when our beverages were forgotten, but the staff handled it well and kindly comped our appetizer, which we appreciated.

I ordered the server's top recommendation -- the Nasi Bungkus -- and it did not disappoint. The beef and chicken were so tender and flavorful, paired with fresh vegetables and fragrant rice. The sauce was absolutely delicious, with perfectly balanced seasoning. A must-try! Excellent Customer Service, clean restroom & restaurant accepts apple pay. Small parking lot

She told us that we could be seated at the bar immediately, which is what we opted for. She placed us at a lower portion of the bar with two seats, which was perfect. The bartender, Justin took our drink and dinner order and I have to say, he makes amazing cocktails! We had egg rolls for an appetizer, which arrived very quickly and went well with our cocktails. I ordered a rye old-fashioned and my wife ordered a house creation, "Jesuit's Tea Party," which she enjoyed. For our entrees, I ordered Hainan Chicken and my wife had the Walnut Shrimp. Mine was really good, but I have to say I like the Walnut Shrimp better. They have their breading skills dialed in, so next time I think I'd go with something fried. All in all a great experience. Great vibe and everyone was very friendly and attentive.

The restaurant was previously called Status Kuo and then rebranded to Little Fatty. It is also attached to a bar called Accomplice Bar. [Parking]: Metered parking only and I was able to find a spot two blocks away on Grand View Blvd. [Reversation]: For parties of 6 and smaller, reservations can be made on Resy. For parties of 8 and larger, there is a minimum spend of $75 per person prior to tax & gratuity. No-show fee = $15 per person. [Experience]: The receptionist greeted our party just outside of the restaurant and checked us in. Outdoor tables were available, but our party opted for indoor seating. The lighting was dim with a romantic and casual dinner vibe. At the end of the meal, the staff offered our table hot towels to clean our hands. [Menu]: Menu highlights on Resy include Chinese BBQ Pork, XO Fatty Noodles, Walnut Shrimp. Other Yelp highlighted items include Orange Chicken, Beef Roll, and Hainan Chicken. Burger Tuesday is offered ONLY at the bar. A bowl of rice is an extra $4.00. The staff also gave our table a cute cocktail menu with drinks named after each LA neighborhood. *** Squid Ink Xiao Long Bao (shrimp and pork soup dumplings, fresh ginger - $18.00): Only came with 6 pieces of dumplings. The dough was a bit thick and the flavor was just alright. XO Fatty Noodles (rolled rice noodles, XO sauce, bean sprouts, garlic chives, fried shallots - $22.00): The noodles tasted slightly salty. I couldn't tell whether I had sliced pork belly or flat noodles in the dim lighting and it turned out to be thick slices of flat noodles. Orange Chicken (orange soy-based sauce, dried chilies, orange zest - $22.00): Super crispy orange chicken, but it was crunchy type of crispy and tasted a bit dry. Walnut Shrimp (mayo, candied walnuts, sesame seeds, red cabbage - $25.00): his dish came with lettuce and looked really nice. The flavor was solid and it tasted very healthy. *** Personally it was an overpriced experience for mediocre Asian fusion food. I would much rather visit Jade Rabbit in Santa Monica for cheaper and more delicious Asian fusion food or Din Tai Fung in Santa Monica for a more consistent dumpling and noodle experience. The only reason to come here is for the date-night vibe. Honestly, the food tasted more like Northern Chinese fusion cuisine than Taiwanese fusion cuisine.
