A solid lunch choice for something quick. I had a breakfast burrito for lunch. The burrito was comforting as you would expect - eggs, bacon, cheese. The salsa brought it all together. It came with a small side salad. The salad was dressed with an Italian dressing that was way too vinegary.

Best breakfast experience I can remember. The food was amazing, priced right, and the people who own and run this fine establishment make you feel welcome. You can tell they are proud of what they do, and they should be. This is a must stop for anyone in the area. Enjoy!

I stopped in Beverly Hills for some work things and stayed at a hotel just across the street. Valet recommended I check it out and lawd thank you for that. Walking into this small cafe/diner, you're immediately met with a cheerful vibe and plentiful seating. I asked a cashier what his recommendation was and he recommended exactly what I had looked at. Focusing on protein while traveling, I tend to go with chicken whenever I can. Sometimes it's a sacrifice. Other times, like this time.. it pays off. Sat outside and the waitress brought me my sandwich. It looked absolutely incredible and it tasted just as it looked. It was fresh, flavorful, and the fries were perfect. This little diner became a go-to for me while I'm in town. I highly recommend it for lunch. They're also the sweetest people! Thank you so much!

We came to LA for a celebration and stayed at the hotel across the street. We found the diner by accident. What an amazing place! We walked in and the decor was bright and inviting. There is a big menu on the wall behind the counter. We found out that it was designed by one of the sons of the owner. They have an interesting all day breakfast and lunch items on the menu. The staff (Father, Sons, Wife and daughter-in-law) were very helpful to us with our order. My husband had the Vegetable Omelette. It came with a small salad and toast. It was very fresh and well made. I had the all American breakfast. That came with roasted potatoes and toast. They have good choices. We also ordered coffee for my husband and I was able to have chamomile tea. They are very caring and kept checking back with us to see if we were enjoying our breakfast and if we needed anything. They are a delightful family business. When we are back in the LA area again, we would definitely go back and eat there again.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Three Boys Diner! Saw this place show up on Google Maps and dropped by on a weekend for brunch with my husband. First thing I'll say is that parking is difficult. There are limited street spots and it looked like a parking garage on the side of the restaurant but we didn't venture down cause we had no idea how much it would cost. Instead we just circled the street a few times and eventually got a street spot. Once inside we were greeted with warms hellos from three employees (hence the three boys!) and walked up to the counter to order. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the food. Breakfast sandwiches under $10 are far and few between these days and I hope this place can maintain the prices on food. On the other hand I was surprised by the drink prices - $7.50 for OJ?! That's almost as much as a sandwich. Once we ordered we sat down and the food came out pretty quickly. They have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating on the sidewalk. I really liked my Sunrise Croissant and my husband liked the Breakfast Sandwich. We'll come back again but not if parking continues to be difficult. There's not a lot of retail at the location so hopefully they can start drawing in a crowd but I fear it will be difficult without easy parking.

What a hidden gem!! To start, this spot is family-owned and operated and they are some of the nicest people I've met! The food is fresh and delicious and was absolutely shocked by the price point. Definitely recommend getting the chicken crunchwich! The bread was perfectly crunchy without cutting the roof of your mouth, chicken was juicy and flavorful and the lettuce, tomato and onions were nice and fresh. You can tell everything here is made with love and care. Interior very cute and clean with plenty of seating and outdoor seating as well. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

I work couple minute walk from here on Wilshire. I have been here twice for their breakfast soy chorizo Burritos! They are way bomb! Perfect size perfect price. Comes with little salad on the side. I usually get it to go. But it's a clean little restaurant. The staff is welcoming and nice. I recommend those burritos. Sadly I forgot to take a pic of it I was too hungry and ate it.

The store is often crowded, but it is very organized and the staff is friendly. The ambiance is vibrant and they have a great selection of produce & snacks. Their hot bar is convenient and very delicious. Their sushi selection is also excellent and the sushi is very fresh! I always make sure I get myself a smoothie as well. Their drinks are simply delicious and very refreshing. My favorite is the iconic Hailey Bieber smoothie!

If a trip to Whole Foods earns them the nickname "Whole Paycheck", Erewhon will probably cost you your monthly rent. And yet, like a moth to a flame, I couldn't help but make a trip here to check out their wildly popular (and expensive) smoothies! Wandering through the aisles, Erewhon has all of the basics you would expect to find at a market, but a lot of the brands they carry aren't the typical mainstream ones you'll find at most other supermarkets. In a sense, they're like the Whole Foods of Whole Foods, as they almost exclusively feature premium/luxury brands that position themselves as being more "health focused". While that sort of claim can be relative (e.g. lower calories, but higher sodium), there's no question that the quality of their fresh produce, meats, and seafood definitely looked pretty legit, with a lot of products that are organic, free-range, cage-free, hormone-free, etc. As for the aforementioned smoothies that so many folks both praise and complain about, they're made fresh to order from their tonic bar that sits in the middle store - easy to find, but inconvenient to navigate past. With over a dozen different pre-set flavors/combinations to choose from, along with the option to customize and/or create your own, the menu has so much to offer. What's more, if you aren't in the mood for one of their smoothies, they also have freshly pressed juices, coffees, and teas. Even though their Strawberry Glaze Smoothie is easily their most popular smoothie (and best, according to Hailey Bieber), we opted to try their MALIBU MANGO SMOOTHIE ($21) instead. Based purely on taste, this actually wasn't too shabby - It had a nice punch of mango flavor and the consistency was smooth with just the right thickness to it. Plus, I liked how creamy both the texture and taste was and how it wasn't overly sweet. That being said, after tax/tip, did it taste $28 good? No. Although there wasn't anything inherently "bad" with this, it didn't taste all that different from the one I can get by my place in SF that costs me less than half as much. Despite how expensive the smoothie was, which at least I was already prepared for, the thing that really took us by surprise was how long it took for it to be made. Granted, this location might be an outlier, as its proximity to The Grove probably contributes to the number of people that were here, but I never would've guessed we'd have to wait almost half an hour for our order. Since I don't live anywhere near an Erewhon, I can't say if/when I would come back, but I certainly wouldn't entirely rule it out, as I liked the smoothie we got and I'm genuinely curious about the Strawberry Glaze one as well as some of their prepared foods. However, for how much it would set me back, it'll probably have to come after the next time I get a bonus or a raise so I can feel a little better about the splurge. Four stars for taste and the quality of what Erewhon has, but two stars, at best, for value, so three it is.

You can genuinely taste the difference here because everything is made fresh to order with real ingredients. None of the artificial, overly sweet stuff you get at chain smoothie places. I love that they don't add sugar, so the natural flavors of the fruit actually shine through. Every smoothie I've had has been consistently delicious. The owner is also one of the sweetest people you'll meet. He's been running this little shop for years, and you can tell how much love and care goes into everything they make. It's the kind of small family-owned business that makes Melrose feel special, and I always leave happier than when I walked in. If you're shopping on Melrose, skip the big chains and stop here instead. Great smoothies, fresh ingredients, kind people, and supporting a local mom-and-pop business is always a win. Melrose Squeeze absolutely exceeded expectations…read more We stopped in after a morning out in Los Angeles hiking Runyon Canyon and were blown away. The smoothies were some of the best I've had in LA -- incredibly fresh, balanced, and flavorful. We tried the Tony Special, the Melrose Special, and the Coconut Cardamom, and each one was fantastic in its own way. What made the experience even better was the service. Vahe, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He made us feel right at home and clearly takes pride in what he serves, giving us a few free samples of his favorite items! We also had wheatgrass shots for our friend Nando's mother, who is visiting Los Angeles from Portugal for the first time -- and it was such a fun, memorable experience for her. Fresh ingredients, amazing smoothies, and exceptional hospitality. We'll absolutely be back.
