My usual plumber was booked and couldn't come to our house for some urgent work. My neighbor…read morerecommended Graham's and been a customer for 20 years. We called and were a bit irritated we had to deal with a chat bot but it understood everything we said and made a same day appointment. We were very happy until 30 minutes before our appointment we got a call saying they had to cancel. Future calls a human answered so the bot is probably just a backup. Danny arrived the next day at 8:30 am. He was very pleasant to work with and was great at communicating the solution to our problems. First was our clogged bathtub. Our other plumber always had to go on the roof but Danny was able to snake the issue from the drain no problem. Cost to snake was honestly pretty shocking compared to my usual plumber and it would have been double from the roof. My usual place doesn't charge extra if they get on the roof. I did appreciate all pricing was up front and clearly explained. Next was my other bathroom's shower. The 63 year old valve has been failing more and more with cartridges being replaced in shorter intervals. Danny mentioned he can retrofit our two handle valve into a new single handle. In no way did he pressure us, just gave the choice due to my existing failing more often. It made sense so I agreed. It was a tedious all day job that he was probably regretting suggesting. He was at our house for 9 hours but got the job done. I am glad I replaced vs fixing the existing valve. It looks great and love the single handle. If we ever remodel we can replace the larger plate with a smaller one which was nice to know. Reason I am not giving 5 stars besides canceling our first appointment is the fit and finish. Our new expensive install was covered in dirty fingerprints. We had to scrub the newly installed handle and plate. The shower head pipe coming out of the wall is crooked now which it wasn't before and the caulking had gaps so I had to recaulk myself. Actually my wife recaulked it. I have zero real world skills. He didn't cover our bathroom in plastic before sawing the wall so every inch is covered in white powder. He tried cleaning up a bit with a shop vac but was ready to get home. I know it was late but for the amount of money I paid it should have been a cleaner job. In the end I am pleased with Graham plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. Danny had a great personality and I would probably request him again.

There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. HONESTLY ... look elsewhere…read more we had 75 apartment units under management central orange county when our long-time plumber retired. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

My dishwasher wasn't getting water--a dishwasher appliance guy and two water softener installers told me I had major issues under my kitchen sink and likely needed valves replaced and angle stops put in. Turns out, Bryan just gently yanked the cold water knob, discovered the dishwasher's water supply had simply been turned off, and fixed it instantly. Then I asked him to look at a slow bathtub leak I've had for years that other plumbers didn't want to touch. He changed out the valve stems one at a time to make sure we weren't replacing anything that wasn't broken and, voila, problem fixed. This guy is timely, efficient, skilled, and honest. He recommended we call someone with a camera. We called OCD&S. They said the pipe is too small and too many right angles for a camera so they tried other methods. It took two people a couple hours but it worked. Drain in clear. Expensive drain clearing but this was a special cleaning that required specialized knowledge.
