I decided to remodel most of my kitchen are especially near the sink. So on the day of delivery for my new units, and sink the team from where I purchased it from told me they couldn't install because several issues. Frozen Valves, Sink pipes were damaged/clogged, and they wouldnt uninstall my old dishwasher due to some counter issues. I called Jere Plumbing Pro told them everything that happened they had a spot for the same day and sent someone out to fix literally all these issues I was told I had. Just to find out that the only issue I had was the Sink Plumbing. My valves for my fridge were not frozen and the dishwasher issue the plumber that came out was able to take out my old one and put the new one in for me. I was so upset at the place I made these purchase from but thankfully to the plumber from Jere's he was literally able to save the day! Our first floor toilet was leaking onto the roof of the basement. We thought it was the bathtub drain that was leaking. We arranged for Fernando to come and check it out. We sent pictures to him so that he could give us a quote. He gave us quotes for initial inspection and then the different fixes that may have to be done. He came at the appointed time and realized that it was just a caulking issue. If you do not get these guys you are making a mistake, the owner of the company came out and jetted my plumbing system. These guys came out when they said they were going to and were very informative about what needed to take place. The one thing I liked is they stuck a camera down the clean out and the quality of the video was clear, it allowed me to see what I had. If you have spent any amount of time in LA you know how difficult it is to find serious, professional service providers. They are a dying breed, but Jere Plumbing Pro is one of the last remaining specimens. After the first plumber I tried outright stood me up on our appointment, I gave Jere Plumbing Pro a call. Eddie was extremely responsive, thoroughly explained on the phone how he works, texted ahead of our set appointment to indicate he was on his way and he showed up on time. He knew he needed to coordinate with the building management so before he even came to my unit he was already in the building office coordinating with them. He came prepared with all the needed tools and equipment, including some high-end remote cameras to inspect areas otherwise not accessible, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the problem and even fixed a couple of additional issues I had not mentioned before for no additional charge. He worked efficiently, explained everything thoroughly and had me verify for myself his work. And to top it off, his bill was for *less* than his initial estimate. Now that's a trustworthy guy. Was having issues with our back house bathroom sink and bathtub drain being clogged/backed up to the point that there was a horrible odor. Decided to call Jere's to see how much it would be they quoted me a great deal. For what I needed to be done after I explained the issue. They sent someone out the next day we had the appointment for 1PM Noon, but I actually got a call at 11AM from the plumber that he would be able to come earlier which was great. When I first called them, Adrian answered the phone and he answered all my questions thoroughly and with great detail. He gave me options and an accurate estimate and went ahead and set up my appointment. When Adrian showed up he was professional and did a great job with everything. Jerry did a fantastic job fixing my gas leak. We had two pipes leaking gas and the gas company had to turn our gas off in the middle of the night. The next day I called and Jerry came that afternoon to give me a quote. He had to come back the next morning to do the work because it would take some time to do. Hey these guys are really good. I had a foul smell coming from my bathroom and realized that it was coming from the kitchen, bathroom, I could smell it from the back yard. I had used drain-all for the bathroom, but there was still a smell coming from other places in the house. These guys found out it was coming from our pipes under the house.
