This business has serious operations problems. Contacted this company about a clogged yard drain. They offered free inspection and we set a date and two hour window. I had to get time off from work to be home but they called me half way thru the time window and informed me that they cannot make it. We set another appointment for the following day. Again they called me right before the time window and cancelled. On the third appointment the technician showed up after the 2 hour time window. We had to leave the house so he said he will come back the next day to do the job. I got a call next morning and the technician said he will come at 12pm. No one showed up and no responses to my text messages. I contacted their office. They apologized and set another appointment for the fifth time. And guess what? No-one showed up!! Very grateful to Michael Tipton and boss Leo for coming out to mom's 40+ year home with old plumbing. They were more than reasonable and was able to fix the problem in the kitchen which saved mom from washing dishes in the backyard (pathetic). I only get to California about once a year but grateful to Michael and Leo for coming and fixing what they could. the downstairs was a disaster and would need a teardown to fix the problem. horrible experience. first time made an appointment for my clogged sink and said they'd come by 12:00pm and didn't show up until 2pm with no heads up. Sink was fixed temporarily and they try to make their service seem sweeter by saying that they offer one free warranty; however the job they do is horrible. It's been less than 2 weeks and I already have to use my warranty and scheduled an appointment for today from 9-11am. It's already 11:22am and no one came. Called them to see what's going on and just gave me the run around. If you're coming late at the VERY LEAST give your customers a heads-up. this company is a joke and the ratings on it is not justified. terrible management, terrible workers, and terrible system they got. They did call me and updated me throughout the entire process which made her feel very comfortable. We ended up choosing Hydro jetting because the line was so dirty and they took a video as they were doing it and showed me the before and after pictures which was extremely great service, we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to any senior looking for a company to trust. read more

I was very impressed with Mr. Tabullo impeccable professional manners and Highly recommend Team Rooter services as a competent and honest company. We called for a drain to be cleared. They hydrojetted the line. All that was ok. The problem came after that. They put a camera down our line and told us that we had holes in our line that needed to be repaired. They told us to use our dishwasher as little as possible until it is fixed. The quote was $7900 to epoxy the line and even more expensive for other options that involved digging up our kitchen floor. Further, if we confirmed in the next few days, our hydrojet invoice could be used in the $7900 payment. We decided to get a 2nd opinion since that is a lot of money. Another pipe camera company came out. There are no holes, no breakage, no concerns over the line. Team Rooter lied to us. We will not used them again since they use deceptive practices to make money. read more

My toilet got clogged that I requested Team Rooter to root out the drain pipe. I expected a simple snake work would solve the problem but I ended up having them clean out the roots, insert fiberglass sleeve in the sewer pipes, and install sewer pipe excess panel. I couldn't have made these repair decisions unless they showed me the conditions of the pipes with the endoscope camera. It turned out that one of the clay pipe under the ground was snapped, no clay pipes were joined properly leaving small gap in between and my old house didn't have a sewer line excess point. I was highly satisfied with them as they were well equipped, very knowledgeable and handled the job very professionally in a timely manner and verified their workmanship by showing me the fixes with a endoscope camera. read more

We have lived in our house for 7 years, and finally had the dreaded kitchen sink clog! Landlord recommended a different company who came out and quoted us $450 to clear it!! I was so shocked by the other company's strong arm tactics that I was skeptical, but called. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant, and reassured me that the advertised price was real, and there were no hidden fees or tricks. They sent Luis out the next day and he was great. Very easy to talk to, very efficient. Explained what he would do, and gave different options should the landlord decide to hydrojet later. He ran the snake into the pipe, cleared the drain, and we were back up and running within about 20 minutes! The $93 advertised price is what they charged. No nonsense, no add ons. We will absolutely use them again for future plumbing needs! Angel arrived at my house and assessed the situation with the blockage in my sink drain. Angel Vazquez did a fantastic job in getting the drain unplugged. Anyone who's ever dealt with a clogged sink pretty much knows that the quick option of poring Draino down the sink is just wishful thinking that ultimately leads you to calling a plumber. Now the stressful part is who do you call when you don't have a recommend from a friend that won't put you in a position of getting ripped off or upsold a service you didn't need. In my case I went for the ads. Found Team Rooter in a mailer and looked at their specials before I decided to give them a call. The answering service personal was helpful and explained the special unfortunately applies to single family homes. I live in a condo so my options was to go ahead and schedule the appointment and if I didn't feel comfortable with their assessment I can alway decline service and no harm no foul. I had my defense up on high alert but quickly realize the service tech was friendly, kind and his objective was to simply try to fix my clog. After testing the water drainage in my sink he offered to try the least expensive route before moving to the more traditional fix which I really appreciate. In the end my clogged was fixed within the hour and the cost was very reasonable so yes I would recommend giving these guys a try. This company preys upon the elderly! They advise unnecessary work charge for that job, do a horrible job that looks like a 5 yr old did their stucco work! My elderly parents had a leaking toilet that over flowed! They needed to replace the drains....instead they advised to repipe water lines that didn't need to be replaced $24k....not solving the problem, so they could come out again when the toilet over flowed, another $4k under the toilet.... Left the front yard looking like shit with a pile of grass-not flush as if thy never were there! Still another over flow after running the laundry....Oh, they want another $15K.......never finished the jobs that they left looking horrible! And never showed up to fix them! Well, well, I wanna start off by thanking Team Rooter and the management there for the amazing job they did at my home. After years of running a snake through my clogged drain, which always backed up at the worst time weekends holidays, you know the worst times. So without fail two Sundays ago, my line had backed up while I had family over for my daughter's baby gender reveal. I need a plumber and I needed one fast I decided to have Team Rooter come to my home to take a look at my drainage system. A technician by the name of Mike came out and took a look at everything and ran the cabl. He was very friendly, courteous, and really seemed to care about his job. He then let me know that his drain specialist. Danny could come out and run a camera which obviously I took advantage of. After inspecting the line, it was very apparent why I've been having so many issues. All I saw was roots roots, and more roots. Danny explaining me what needed to be done and gave me different options on how we could do it. After looking at his prices, which I knew this was gonna be a big project by then I'm embarrassed to admit it but asked him for a discount because we just had our whole roof done. He was not able to authorize a discount, but he did go out of his way on a Sunday mind you to call his manager, Nick. After calling him, he put me on the phone and not only did Nick listen to my concerns, but the author emphasized with them and told me of a similar situation him and his family had been in. I could tell this company really cared and wanted to help me out Although he wasn't able to give me as big of a discount as I hope for he did promise me the project would be done right and it would be done in a timely manner and he reminded me that the investment I was making I was going to bring peace of mind for years to come, which really made me feel good about the whole situation. I did decide to move forward with the work and I'm very happy I did so every person that came to my home from this company was very concerned with their quality of work making sure I was informed the whole time and making sure the job was done right and for this, I am extremely thankful and will Always without a doubt recommend Team Rooter to all of my friends and family members and coworkers. I'm so disappointed by the entire crew at Team Rooter. I chose them to hydrojet my landscape drains because of their great reviews, but I regret that decision every day. Not only did they fail to clear my drains, but they charged me $4000 to open up my concrete and "repair" the pipes. It turned out that the work was totally unnecessary and they had to return to undo what they'd done, leaving a hideous concrete patch which they are clearly not trained at doing. To their credit, they acknowledged the error and agreed to reimburse me...but their checks have bounced TWICE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don't use them, don't trust them! read more
