My favorite spot during our whole trip was returning to the El Rey Court every night. It is an escape in itself. The La Reina and its La Reina Mesita has the best Margaritas and food, which we enjoyed every night. The rooms are stunning and the outside lounge areas are filled with trees and cozy spots. The front desk and all staff were exceptional. We highly recommend the El Rey Court.

One can try out something many don't have at home. Then, the disappointing: first, no TV (they're assuming you bring a lap or similar device...problem was I could connect to the network, but got no internet on either phone or laptop.) 2nd, fortunately I brought my own espresso machine, grinder & fresh beans. Reason being, pre-ground coffee with a French press just isn't the same...and you can't steam your milk via the French press method. The towel rack was pulling out of the wall (as it's a deep tub with no loop handle on the wall to grasp upon exit). A floor shower with a marble lip to allow water to build slightly is preferable & much safer especially for seniors. Finally, the mirror needs adjusting for typical heights of people. In the 5'7 - 6'3 range is optimal. A very nice room overall for the price, but internet should be tested in each room if TV's aren't included.- Dan G.

We had ice packs with us in a cooler that needed freezing. The staff were gracious enough to put them in their freezer for us. The grounds were lovely. Walking distance to so many places. Really, my only complaint was the firmness, or lack there of, of the mattress. I sat on the edge and actually slipped onto the floor because it was so soft. Even my husband who can sleep on anything said it was too soft. Love this place and I'd def come back again.

Mine included my room, a kitchenette, as well as a living room. There is also a nice outdoor area where you can sit and relax, as well as a nice bench that was outside of my doorway. It was very quiet and peaceful here, I loved watching the sunset. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would note that this is not a bed and breakfast despite the name that is in the title. No breakfast is served, other than tea/coffee and small snacks.

The dinner involved both pre-prepared dishes and items that were cooked to order live on-site, which delighted our guests and also ensured that everything was served with ideal freshness. The entire team was a joy to work with; they arrived on time, set up discreetly, and their friendliness shone through when they were cooking and serving our guests. The flavors were spot on, evoking our time living in Da Nang, and really helped make our special day even more special. Communication throughout the process was perfectly professional. Ultimately, beyond the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff, what really stuck out to us was how dedicated Hue-Chan was to ensuring that we were taken care of, so that we weren't distracted from enjoying the big day.
