    Avoid! These guys are only interested in selling new hvac units. Terrible value if you respect your hard - earned money. Did you know that the technicians get a commission off "finding" any unit that is 12-15 years old and reporting it back to the sales team? Guess what happens? Most systems magically "need to be replaced" to the tune of several thousands of dollars. Anyhow, Can all of these very bad reviews be wrong? In my experience the many bad reviews here are unfortunately true. But n my service, the technician tried to razzle-dazzle me with a fake coolant leak detection, supposed mold buildup in the vent (it wasn't),and a fan that motor that pulled too many amps 1.6 vs 1.5A) It was all a lie! Turns out the tech somehow shorted out the hvac/ furnace control board. On the callback they are a no-show. AVOID this nightmare. Don't even bother trying to explain your way out of this CONway. The word is out around town you are not a good value if you are misleading customers like all the bad reviews show. Very Bad form. I would recommend anyone to NEVER even consider this company for any kind of service. Had to call another tech and spend $600 for a controller board replacement and about a pound of coolant because that's all that was wrong in the first place.

I called Smith's because another company had…read morebeen out twice to get hot water flowing through my tankless hot water heater by failed to do so. The other company said it was going to cost about $600 to fix the issue and he turned the water off in 2 sinks, my kitchen and my bathroom. My water actually got colder. Smith's is the certified Navien tankless dealer that installed my unit. When I explained that me and my family had no hot water, Ryan drove 55 minutes on his holiday day so we would not have to be without hot water over the holiday weekend . He was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. It was just an internal switch that had tripped possibly due to a recent power outage. Not only did he get the hot water flowing again, he saved me $600 that the other plumbing company was going to charge me and not fix the problem! I also found out that Smith's priority customer plan membership does not charge for after hours calls. If you need an honest, caring plumber - call Ryan at Smith's Plumbing! He's awesome!

A friend recommended Smith's based on their 5 star rating on google and the A+BBB rating. I read the reviews and checked out their website. I called and Amber was extremely nice and helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. She even gave me a number to send the video of the leak I had. My appointment was the next afternoon. The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol! I was like this is great I had no idea he had time to take care of it today. It was perfect. Joe got to work and I mean this guy worked! He got the job done and made sure everything worked ok. Found the problem, fixed it better than before with better parts. He made sure that the work he did I was happy with and I'm telling you the service from this company from the first phone call to Amber to meeting Joe was "Top of the Line" excellent service! The quality of work and I felt the price was fair. I hope I do t have another leak but if I need any plumbing done, Smith's will be my first call. They service a lot of areas including North Mississippi and they give military discount. Thank you guys again! I'm one happy and freshly showered customer!

They scheduled the appointment for Thursday due to the weather. confirmation reminder texts were sent to both my phones. Thursday came...no one showed up. No call no anything. No one has returned my call each day since. Out of desperation, I've had to call another company to come out and I'll be out of pocket with this one for abt $400. This is poor service on a contract YOU sold me and for an appointment that YOU made and for YOU not responding to my messages.

    I've been a loyal customer for years (as well as my parents) and previously held a monthly…read moremembership for HVAC and water heater maintenance because it offered value, peace of mind, and discounted service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The company recently changed the membership pricing structure -- but instead of improving value, they increased the cost to five times higher, now charging per HVAC and water heater unit, per year, not per household. That means I'd now be paying significantly more just for the right to get a "discount," which makes the membership essentially pointless. It feels like I'm paying for the discount itself (maybe more so) and not actually receiving benefits. What makes this worse is that no proactive notice, explanation, or justification was provided to existing customers. I only found out when I looked into scheduling my routine fall HVAC maintenance. A major pricing and policy change like this should be communicated clearly, transparently, and respectfully -- especially to customers who have been loyal and previously trusted the company with their home systems. This comes across as misleading and very poor business practice, and it's an easy way to drive away customers who have been supportive for years. Sadly, this change has made me rethink doing business with them going forward. This is not only misleading but feels like a calculated money-grab disguised as a benefit. It also reflects poor business judgment and questionable customer-focused ethics. Prior members should be aware that the "membership" no longer provides true value and may cost far more than it saves -- proceed with caution.

I asked him about shutting off the water at the street. I had been trying to change out a shower faucet cartridge & the cutoff at the street would not budge. Scott told me to call the city. He also asked what I was trying to do. He told me the faucet had two cutoffs behind the faceplate & I could use those to turn the water off to the faucet. I have the exact same problem I had before they arrived and I am out $267. I called the company last week and let them know that I would like a refund and I did not want their technicians back here. I said a manager could come, but for some odd reason, I have not heard back from the toilet manager as I am now referring to him. Prior to this, I had one of a ceiling fan, a sink faucet in the kitchen, and a quick and easy arm in my shower. That was $544. I was fine with that, however... if the jobs out by three for some reason that made me feel better. Even though it was high. I still called them back for the toilet. And I'm livid at this point I have cursed the technician the little boy that answers the phone and I'm trying not to do that again but it's . I do not recommend Mr. at all. They say they'll refund my money, but when I asked about it, that was when the gentleman boy said thank you for telling me your side of the story. That right there almost had me cussing again...
