The food was good. Service was good. My ice cream shake was very good and not e pensive like other places.

Burger wasn't even cooked all the way. Raw in the middle. Don't eat here you'll get rude service and raw food.

My review. The…read moreBroiled Seafood Combination platter from The Boathouse at City Point delivers an exceptional waterfront dining experience with an amazing view. Presentation & Variety: The dish is a beautifully orchestrated showcase of premium seafood textures and clean flavors. The plate centers around a high-quality, lightly browned lump Blue crab cake resting atop a smooth bed of rich whipped potatoes. Individual Components: The Crab Cake: Features a golden-brown crust with minimal filler. It is packed with sweet, tender lump crab meat and garnished nicely with fresh herbs. Although there were a few remnants of crab shell within the cake, this was my favorite part of the entire meal as the authentic flavor of Blue Crab was abundant. The Scallops: Four large sea scallops were seared to perfection on one side, displaying an appetizing caramelization while remaining incredibly tender and juicy inside. The Shrimp: Five large, plump, tail-on shrimp circle the right side of the plate. They are beautifully cooked, retaining a vibrant pink color and snappy bite. The Sides: Fresh green asparagus spears rest in the center, providing a crisp, earthy contrast to the rich seafood. I don't eat veggies, so I didn't touch the asparagus. Would have taken a substitute, but the restaurant would not honor my request to substitute. Which is the reason for the service rating of 4.0, although the waitress did an amazing job. A bright lemon wedge and a side of robust cocktail sauce round out the plate perfectly, although neither was needed to make this meal taste any better. Bonus: They did give me a 10% discount on my food, therefore bumped my 3.0 rating of service to a 4.0. Would have been a 4.5 if Google allowed half star ratings. Highly recommend.

Also, one of the soap dispensers had no soap - there's a handicap stall, but the door into the bathroom isn't handicap accessible. Now the food - for "Starters" we ordered oyster Rockerfeller - too much spinach, not enough Parmesan cheese, bacon bits were larger than expected (pleasant surprise) for hubby. I had the broiled seafood combo (scallops, shrimp, and crab cake with Yukon gold mash potatoes & asparagus ...not bad, but not great My husband got the grilled chicken Florentine - he was disappointed with the portion size and was expecting the chicken to be a full breast stuffed with the mushrooms, etc and served over the pasta, not cut up pieces and everything mixed together. Needless to say overall we were disappointed and more than likely will not return. And BTW this was not our 1st visit, just the 1st time we weren't happy with the experience.

Even if this were just a standalone restaurant, I would probably be giving it the same rating. I am impressed with this place primarily because of how large the portions are and how good the food tastes. That is key when running a restaurant, and it's a surprise how many places still can't get that right. Definitely one of the stronger options for quick food in the area, though be advised that you may gain weight as a result. I got the K.O. Cheeseburger for $3.89 and added beef for $1.25 and American cheese for $0.25. This thing was a pretty sizable, double-decker sandwich with the usual tomato and pickle, and it tasted great. I also got the large lamb gyro for $8.99; it's not very often that you come across a restaurant that serves both cheeseburgers and gyros. The two halves that it was cut into were both pretty hefty, and it too was a treat for the taste buds. The whole thing was wrapped in aluminum foil that insulated the heat for hours. Finally, a decent fast food restaurant in the area that can keep me happy and satisfied.

As it happened, we got out for lunch a little early. Mentioned it to the group, and the next time I know the whole squad ended up at Sabera's! The cashier was a little taken back, we must have seemed like a uniformed invasion! She took it in stride, and worked through everyone's orders. Burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches were available - no entrees although they do serve breakfast. Our instructor mentioned that the burgers were fresh made, so that settled it for me. Big burger (1/3 lb) with bacon, and fries. Everything is fresh made, so the orders took a while to be finished. This was as close to a home made burger you can get commercially, yum! Fries were thick, hot, and delicious too! There was about 16 seats in the indoor dining area, so we pretty much had it to ourselves. Sebera's is supposed to get crowded with government workers on their lunch from the Prince George courthouse and city hall across the street, so I'm glad we came early. My bill came out to about $7-8, not bad for the size of the meal and considering it is made to order. Sebera's is the kind of local hole in the wall that we Yelpers love to find! Definitely have to repeat before I finish the course and highly recommend!
