This was a great little local gem I have been wanting to try. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly! I had the BBQ Bacon burger which had bacon, barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion and grilled pineapple. I'd probably get it without the lettuce next time as it made the bun a bit soggy, but the flavor with that grilled pineapple was on point. My wife and I visited this spot on Dec 7th 2025. They explained the menu very well and answered any questions we had. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, I forgot the name. I also got it with a side salad with their house made Bleu Cheese aioli, which was absolutely AMAZING!!! My wife ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and fries with a side of jalapeño poppers. As we waited we noticed that the restaurant was very clean. We received our food very quickly and it was totally amazing. Wish I would have gotten the Bleu Cheese Aioli in place of the other sauces. EXTREMELY overrated. We both got burgers here. Mine was very chewy and his wasn't. I don't know why one burger would be chewy and one not. Dirty tables and nobody cleaning them. Upon paying for our order at the COUNTER, it suggested we tip. What exactly are we tipping for? We had to retrieve our order when it was done and cleaned up our own mess at the table. I was craving a juicy cheeseburger today and had this restaurant saved in my "try" list because of the high reviews. It's a simple spot in a strip mall. It looked like a cute and unique spot with lots of interesting menu options so I was hoping it would be incredible. Sadly, nothing about my experience was good. The music was so loud when I walked in, I couldn't hear the cashier mumbling to me and they were leaned on the counter. Apparently, they were telling me the menu could only be accessed with a QR code. That's fine with me... I'd already decided before I arrived. After ordering and paying, I saw the paper with the specials. The cashier hadn't pointed this out when she showed me the WR code. I would have picked the French Dip type burger instead...but based on the quality of my food, it wouldn't have mattered. It took around 10-15 minutes for my food despite being the only one waiting on an order. There were 3 people eating inside. I got my order to go but only had to drive about 5 minutes so my food was still hot. The fries were the first thing I dug into. Sadly, they were inedible from the amount of grease. They had no other flavor. Also, why was the sour cream crusted onto the fries if they'd just been made? I'm not sure what the seasoning was...it looked like pieces of dried rosemary... but they gave no flavor and just an additional bad texture. The burger was a large size. It was more rectangular than round. Unfortunately, it was also incredibly greasy and bland. The pickles and mustard were the only things with flavor. Now, I don't mind some good greasy food now and again.This was not the good type of greasy, though. I'm really disappointed I wasted $18 on something I couldn't even eat. I would have been better off going through the McDonald's drive thru. From the depressing atmosphere and service to the low quality, poorly prepared food, this is a place I'd suggest you skip. read more

We stopped in here looking for a quick meal after a long day at Dollywood. The place was about half full, it is loud, with music playing, but great because it hides the noise of a family with young children. Food was AWESOME. Mushroom/ Swiss burger was incredible, wife liked her Betty White and the kids meals were good too. Despite a decent crowd, food was out quickly, and again, I cannot tell you how worthwhile it is getting food here. I'm just sad we ate without taking pictures. read more

This restaurant could easily be 4-5 stars, but so many things could be improved. To start, the menu is printed out and on the counter so if you are in line this isn't convenient. There is a large blank wall behind the counter that should display the menu. We only tried dessert but noticed that the French fries are frozen in a bag which isn't very enticing. My grandfather usually likes any dessert but kept saying the root beer float was just "different". My wife and I are huge cookie dough fans but this wasn't good. We much prefer Knox Dough or even grocery store cookie dough. There aren't many ice cream flavors and many of the doughs were out of stock. Service was friendly, but slow. The burgers looked good, but I don't think we will be back to try them. I'm very disappointed in this place. I'll stick to Cinnaholic or Crumbl for a better dessert in the area. read more

Loved this place! When my husband took me here for lunch, I wasn't so sure. The cookie dough behind the glass looked great, but would the food compare? YES!!! First, the server was very nice. And I noticed they had a lot of workers there. The ambiance was basic tables and chairs that you would find at any lunch place. Nothing fancy, but who cares... as long as the food is good! I ordered the meatball grilled cheese. It was SO good!! I love the parmesan crust on it, and the homemade marinara. Oh, and I believe the ketchup they gave us for the fries didn't come out of a bottle. It tasted homemade! My husband devoured his "Every day I'm truffling" burger. I had a bite too - delicious! The cookie dough was great too - super sweet. I ordered banana pudding and Heath bar flavors and my husband had Reeses and cookies & cream. The burger was definitely an above average burger! Unique toppings and great taste! That's where the positive experience ends. There is not a clean surface in the entire place. We witnessed several customers moving dirty plates to one side of the table and occupying a dirty table just to have a place to sit. Roughly 16 tables in the place and only 1 was cleaned the entire hour+ we were there. We did end up sitting at a dirty table as well. Food and trash covering tables and floors. No ice for any of the drinks which was a common problem since they took the time to post a note on the machine. No clean silverware available. It's an "order at the counter and pick up your food at the counter when your number is called" type place. You typically think of these being quick bites to eat but we actually waited 15 minutes to order and 40 minutes for our food to come out. Overall, fantastic burger.. and much to be improved upon. I would definitely return to give them another try and try out another burger! Ordered "Glory Hole" burger and Bleu Buffalo fries. read more

The sweet potato and regular fries were delicious. My son had a chocolate peanut butter shake and it wasn't too sweet! Very good! The cookie dough bites (4) are big enough to share between 2 people. We came here recently as the first place we went to for lunch was just crazy busy. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try instead. This place has a lot of potential, but as someone else said, needs sprucing up. You come in and there is a display case that is just completely empty. Behind the display case is a counter that just had a ton of boxes - as if they had run out of storage room or what, but seeing the stacks of boxes along with a large display case empty, it just looks unappealing. Even a number of the cookie doughs were out and the signage just didn't look fun. For cookie dough, spruce it up with festive and large labels! I know we are supposed to be patient with restaurants at this time, but service wasn't all that great. It could just be improved with a friendly welcome in/hello. Instead it was just as if the worker was there just to take the order and move about her day. Now to the food - we both ordered sandwiches. Italy - this one was fantastic, full of flavor. My husband actually ordered the better sandwich here and I would get this one next time! Boo-Dee - this one was a disappointment. Reading the description it was a classic grilled cheese, American cheese, buffalo chicken dip, cheddar, jalapenos, and pimento. I thought this was going to be a very different sandwich. I'm not a fan of American cheese, but I decided to go for this sandwich because I thought it had a lot of interesting elements to go in it. In it? No, I was way off. Instead, it was just a grilled cheese with only American Cheese and a dish of buffalo chicken dip with a jalapeno on top of the dip, and some sort of weird pimento sauce/spread. They need to accurately describe this one in the menu by saying that it's just an American Grilled cheese with these dips/sauces on the side because I would have gone for a different sandwich. Oh and they serve the buffalo chicken dip in a dish that is placed on top of your sandwich...please stop doing that..even the containers thrown about on the fries is unappealing. Overall, not a bad experience. I would go back and would recommend this place, but would just suggest the business make some improvements to get to that 4-5 star level. read more

This business is located in a shopping plaza with several other businesses. There are several tables inside to dine in. The restaurant serves food and desserts. We had to wait a while before anyone took our order because both people that were working were cooking food. They did acknowledge us when we walked in and advised that someone would be with us shortly. I found this small business on Yelp and wanted to visit to get some cookies similar to what I observed on their Yelp page. I was disappointed when I learned that there were no pre-made cookies at the restaurant. However the business did have cookie dough available. I asked the clerk if he could cook the dough and he said that he could but that the shape may not be like a cookie because they were not made to be cooked. He further advised me that it would take about 10-12 minutes for me to get them. I waited about 15-20 minutes before I got the cookies. One cookie that the friend ordered was placed on top of a small styrofoam container and separated with a piece of parchment paper but my cookies were not so they were melted together on the bottom of the container. The cookies were soft, gooey and tasted good but I did not taste some of the key components that he told me would be in them. I tasted the chocolate but not the marshmallows in the s'mores cookie. The wafer was not distinct in the banana pudding cookie. The cookie did have a banana flavor. The food that was being prepared did look good.
