    Taco grilled cheese
    Amber B.

This little place is more than you think. You walk in to a cute little sitting area. Ordering is up front where they have a huge selection of cookie dough, milkshakes, sandwiches, and so much more. The taco grilled cheese had a perfect combination of taco meat with lettuce and cheese on top. The seasoning on the taco meat makes it feel like you are biting into a taco. Add salsa and sour cream for an even bigger kick to your tastebuds. The pizza grilled cheese is a favorite. The pepperoni mixed with mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce is an explosion for your tastebuds buds. The cookie dough options do not disappointed. Choose a couple of different flavors so you have plenty of dessert options for later. The service was great. People are welcoming and give great advice on what to eat. Make sure to stop by here before you leave Pigeon Forge!

this was a good burger. Good customer service, the guy was very nice. He offered us a military discount, which was super. We sat in there and ate our burgers. The fries were very good. We just got a basic island burger and a CI6 burger I think. The burgers were messy though, but but very juicy. I'm not gonna hit them for a four just because it was messy. The service in my overall experience five star.

Wonderful place! Pretty cheap considering the size of the sandwich's, very tasty and seasoned as well. Service style is very relaxed and they serve food by calling your number, you walk up to get it. Ambiance is very calm, pop music plays mostly. They have self seating, which could get a little crowded but they clear out fast. Overall very nice'

Great Meal! The food was delicious. I got the Mac daddy burger with loaded fries, but my family tried a bunch of different items and they were all delicious. The cookie dough was so good also. The food is 10/10. It was very busy but they did good job keeping up. The only issue was I don't think the AC was working and it was very hot.

We stopped in at Cookie Dough Monster to try some desserts and overall had a decent experience. The sweet treats we tried were very reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, they were out of quite a few things--including chocolate ice cream, napkins, spoons, and even ice. What took the cake for us was they are called the cookie dough monster but were out of cookie dough ?!?! The inside of the restaurant was also pretty dirty, which took away from the overall vibe. As a local, I'd say there are definitely better places to eat in the area, but if you're craving a quick dessert on a budget, it's worth a stop--just know it might be hit or miss.

Multiple visits here during the last few years and Cookie Dough Monster has consistently provided excellent food, service and a clean place to eat! Their burgers/sandwiches, etc., are always freshly made to order and so delicious. They may be overlooked because they're not on the main drag, but they're a hidden gem definitely a top 10 of Sevier County!

This place was SOOOOOO GOOOOOD. Not going to lie it was kinda expensive but it was worth every penny. Really good flavoring on their burgers and fries with unique twists. I'm not from this area but I ever come back this will for sure be a spot I hit.

This place is AMAZING. We arrived about an hour before closing on a Friday night. They were PACKED. They told us to grab a menu, find a seat, and head up to order when we were ready. The person taking orders was FAB! They were hilarious, answered all the questions I asked, and let me know how this place worked. The burgers were AMAZING. I'm not a burger person, but the mac daddy I dream of. My partner said he'd eat all his meals here. The cookie dough was also delicious--try the scooby snack! Try this place out. They're busy, they're short staffed, but the food is worth it all.

Even though they were short staffed! Very welcoming and nice! Food was amazing and big portions. Food and shakes came out fast. Love the different cookie dough options up front. My grilled cheese and fries were awesome. Greatest grilled cheese with chicken and jalapeño poppers on it.

We saw this on TT and wanted to try it out. We were so impressed by the food. The burgers were top notch, the fries were full of flavor and the Mac and cheese was the best we've ever had. We got there right before the crowds started coming in. Food was fresh and cooked to order. Cool vibes and we will definitely go back. Highly recommend!!

Let me start off by saying the food was DELICIOUS!!!! The burger was great, the Mac and cheese was great, unfortunately we didn't get dessert but I'm sure it's also great! Aside from that, the restaurant could use some help. It was a bit chaotic in there, there were no napkins, no silverware, and the soda was The starry was literally just carbonated water and the Dr Pepper was watered down for some reason. I totally understand restaurants can have bad days so I'm hoping that's what it was! But the food is 10/10!!!

Got their bacon jam burger, their daddy Mac and cheese burger, boneless BBQ wings, potato skins, a buffalo chicken wrap and some regular Mac and cheese orders. First things first, my bacon jam burger was sloppy and awesome. The aioli was a bit strong, but it tasted well. I didn't know how the Swiss being added would change the flavor, but it paired well with the heavy patty that was handmade. I think any of their burgers would be great honestly just based on how the patty was seasoned and the cook was perfect. Side of fries weren't bad...were a bit overcooked, but they tasted well. Other takeaways...... The boneless wings were good...not overcooked. The sauce paired well with their ranch, which by the way, tasted decent. Did have some tartness to it, but it tasted good. Potato skins were crispy and full of flavor. I forgot we did order some of their version of mozzarella sticks and they were crispy and quite tasty as well. According to my brother in law, the Mac daddy burger was very good...it looked quite impressive I'd admit, but he raved about the taste as well. The only underwhelming item was the buffalo chicken wrap. Was told the wrap itself wasn't warm and the flavor of the chicken with the buffalo sauce wasn't ideal. FYI we stayed less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant, so everything outside of the wrap was fresh and was prepped well. Will keep them in our rotation whenever we visit the area. Probably the best burger I've had in awhile.

The lunch specials are a steal and a healthy portion size too. Available every day 11am-4pm. Complimentary freshly baked bread served warm upon request. We had high hopes for the pies and ordered the seasonal lemonade pie. It was meh. We would pass on this one. Heather was our server and she was great! We walked in around 3pm on a Saturday and were told it'd be maybe a ten minute wait but then got a text as soon as we sat down that a table was ready! There's a free parking lot in the Old Mill area and overflow parking down the street too. GET THE PORK CHOP!

After joining the waitlist online before driving to the restaurant, we were seated immediately upon arrival at a high top in the bar area. I enjoyed the chill vibe. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye. Our server said it was his favorite thing on the menu and I could see why. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was marinated in pineapple ginger sauce and then basted with teriyaki. It was absolutely juicy and delicious. I highly recommend this steak, which rivals the steaks at any of those over-priced steakhouses. The steak came with a salad and I chose the house lemon dressing. I continue to dream about this creamy, slightly salty dressing. They should definitely bottle it and sell it! I chose a baked sweet potato for a side and it was huge and unfortunately not cooked through, but I enjoyed the fully cooked parts. My husband ordered the Killin Me Burger, a full pound of meat with onion straws and thousand Island dressing on a brioche bun. He said it was the best burger he's ever had and my man knows his burgers! The bun was struggling, so my only suggestion is a sturdier bun. A really magnificent meal at a fun place! I've put it on my favorites list.

He enjoyed it and said it's one of the better ones he's had! Now the bad. I'm not sure what all the other folks ate that left such great reviews, but I can only assume that none of them had the brisket Mac and Cheese. Because it was cold and there was zero flavor. I literally had to use the BBQ sauce to get some flavor in the food. The Mac and cheese tasted like the old school powder Kraft. Or none. But we've definitely had much worse. It was pretty quiet when we started our meal but it became pretty busy. Parents really need to be mindful that they aren't the only ones present in a bustling restaurant and remove the screaming child making it miserable for the other guests. Twenty minutes of that was too much. Uncalled for. That comes from a parent (me). But I digress. The food was probably the best we've had since coming here. The pot roast and fish were excellent as were the potatoes, creamed corn, broccoli cheese casserole and okra (tons of seasoning which was amazing). Yes. I know it is not traditional southern okra but it's still pretty darned good. Why the four stars? One: they do not bring enough food. Before the server left the table after bringing our food, we had to ask for more potatoes and pot roast. Not enough to go around and we were taking small helpings. Then one has to wait for more. That's not the way it should be. Serving portions should be measured per number of guests per table. Not guesstimates. Two: they've started charging for desserts. What used to come with the meal is now extra. Costs are high enough as it is so we sadly skipped the ooey gooey butter cake and banana pudding. The sole reason for this review is to give a heads up about the change. All in all, the meal was delicious. Will definitely return.
