We go to Pigeon Forge every year and stop here at least once each time. The first time we went, we assumed it was just edible cookie dough, but it's much more than that! The food is actually good. But the cookie dough is even better. I see people complaining about customer service. It is a lot of young kids working there, but the service was okay. Not great, but I'd say average. I had the Island burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had! They don't cook burgers less than medium well. The cookie dough is also really good and fresh. It's...cookie dough served as ice cream. I've had it before elsewhere, and it was better. The nifty thing about here is the amount of choices in flavors. I got a scoop of chocolate chip - gotta have a classic - and a scoop of Reese, which was peanut butter and chocolate flavored...clearly they were trying not to violate any trademarks there while also informing you that they have one of the best and most delectable flavor combinations available to please your palate. You could say, with so many flavors, they had a palette for your palate, maybe! If you were a complete dweeb who gets their jollies from puns as I am. Service was cool...I asked how things worked and was informed promptly that it is just like ordering ice cream, which I knew how to do because I'm an adult and have been for at least a year or two. This place is a joke. We went on 6/24/23 and picked here based on such stellar and fun reviews. I wanted to turn right around and walk back out immediately. But, because of the desires of the other folks in my party, I stayed. Here are the observations I made: *Not a single table bussed or cleaned *Food scraps all over the floor and sticky floors *Only two trash cans for the whole establishment. Can tops covered with food scraps and refuse, with slop spilling out of the bottom of can cabinet into the floor (primarily a river of ketchup) *Bins for dirty dishes were overflowing *Cookie dough looked gross and old and the reefer units housing them were grimy and sweating like a pig in fleece *No napkins to be found *Numerous soft drinks were out at the fountain and the iced tea urns were bone dry *Food took no less than 40 min to come out and we ordered simple stuff (Mac & Cheese, Burgers and a Club Sandwich) *The restroom was located in the very back and you have to navigate through a supply room to get there. Once there, the commode was broken and wouldn't flush Bottom line is that I refused to eat here. I felt confident that if I had, the next day of my vacation at a minimum would have been spent giving up my offering to the porcelain throne. So needless to say while the rest of my family chowed down, I had plenty of time to observe the goings on. Truthfully I'm surprised that the Sevier County Health Dept hasn't put the squeeze on this place. All in all this place was gross. Look, I get it. Post Pandemic finding people who are willing to work is a task in and of itself. But this was ridiculous. I hope that just maybe I came in on an off night. I can't give this place a low enough rating based on their service! We placed an order for pick-up, ready in 25 minutes. We arrived and there was no pick-up line. We had to wait about 10 minutes in line behind people ordering. Fine, we could deal with that. When we got to the front of the line we were told our order was not put in due to a problem they had with the application. They could put our order in now and start it right away. 40 minutes later they had still not called our name (we were sitting right next to the counter and watching each order). I finally went to the counter and asked about our order. The worker turned around and picked our bag off a counter. We said we had shakes as well and she came back with them already made. I asked how long they had been sitting out and she said in a nasty tone that they were in the freezer so they were fine.
