nothing seems more important than customer satisfaction…read more let me rephrase that. nothing is more important than the satisfaction of a bride on her WEDDING day. as a bridesmaid, i directly felt this stress and cannot imagine what the bride must have been going on when this unprofessional, sorry excuse for a florist botched her wedding. This lady just dropped the ball on so many details that it's no wonder she doesn't have a brick and mortar store anymore. oh PS. she doesn't have a brick and mortar store anymore. 1. She was 1.5 hours late. she did not call to say she was late, and did not answer her phone when we tried to call her and see what the heck was going on. The photographer had to wait around until our flowers were haphazardly delivered. thanks for wasting everyone's time and money. 2. the flowers were wrong. the bride had specifically ordered and paid for small gems to be included in the bouquets. there were no gems present. 3. there were flowers missing. the bride had requested an offering to mary. the bride paid for an offering to mary. the bride did not receive an offering to mary. 4. None of the boutonnieres or corsages were labeled, therefore, they were distributed incorrectly to members of the bridal party. 5. She left all of the boutonnieres at the house instead of taking them with her to the church. Our very professional photographer had to deliver them. he was a better florist than she was, that's for sure. 5. the corsages were not mechanically stable and flopped around on peoples arms. we resorted to duct tape to get them to sit correctly without injuring their victims. 6. When we called the florist to remedy #'s 2 and 3, she refused to answer her phone. we called her at least 10 times. finally, when calling from a different number, she answered (sketch). In regards to #2, She said that it was the bride's responsibility to purchase the gems separately, and deliver them to the florist, for insertion into the bouquets. So, what did we pay for, again??? Were we supposed to cut the flowers and deliver those to you, too? Maybe i should have started my rose garden last year to ensure that my professional florist would have enough roses for my wedding. In regards to #3, the florist stated that no offering to Mary had been ordered. we all knew that was a lie. She insisted up and down that it was never ordered. Well surprise surprise, 30 minutes later after looking over our bill, she found that in deed, an offering to Mary had been ordered, and she did not fulfill the order. She stated she would refund us that money. That doesn't do any good when your wedding is in 30 minutes and you have no offering to Mary. Are we supposed to put our receipt up there on the altar? Great, thanks. She said we should take some roses out of the main arrangement and use those as an offering to Mary. UM. are you KIDDING me? yes. our guests are already seated in the chapel. let me go climb on the main altar, yoink some roses out, and put them infront of Mary...all the while, dressed in full wedding garb. NOT MY JOB, lady! she did refund the bride for the mistake eventually, but the headache that was caused was way more stressful than it needed to be. beware beware beware. do not use this florist! you will regret it and probably have a few grey hairs to show for it!

They're a virtual company who just redirects orders to whoever they work with in your area which results in all kinds of issues with fulfillment of the order. I've asked for a full refund and if (when) they don't respond, I'll be disputing the charge on my credit card. Tl;dr: they lie about who they are and they contract order fulfillment out to people who may or may not have any idea what they're doing (odds are good they won't).
