I went right now to this location and gave the guy "Rueben" $40. He came back and handed me just my bag and no change. I was about to walk out when I realized I didn't get change for my $37 order. So I asked them and they said they would check for me since Rueben was adamant that he gave it to me. Which he didn't. So I said yeah and I assumed they would figure out their mistake and give it back. Like come on it's $3 like seriously. You hurting for tips that bad? When I talked to the assistant manager "Tanner" he said that he gave me my change. He said I gave him $35 and he spotted me $2. Said he was missing $2. Why would he spot me $2? I didn't need $2 I had $50 ready to use. Doesn't even make sense. Like why would he do that without telling me? Said he was $2 short on his register. Yeah I wonder why and that's not my problem. Y'all gotta be better on your money counting. Plus Tanner talked to me very condescending like I was trying to scam $3 like seriously? Then telling me it's impossible to pull out $50 dollars out of an ATM. No it's not Chase allows that at certain ones. Ridiculous. Who runs a business like this claiming to spot people $2? The service Emilio was giving was phenomenal, his humor, his professionalism, his wide diverse understanding of every product exceeded my expectations by miles! During checking out an angry gorilla came out of nowhere and started to attack me and to my surprise Emilio flew right over me, in front of the gorilla, protecting me!! Emilio starting hypnotizing the large dangerous beast and magically turned him into a bunch of edibles! Cookie edibles! Thats when he invented Gorilla Cookies. Most of the same deals that Nirvana had but has a weird setup where you talk to someone with an ipad instead of just going to a counter which caused a few avoidable issues. Other than that, the employees were nice enough, loved the person I first interacted with, was very kind and walked me through the process. The girl at the counter was a tiny bit rude but it was due to a misunderstanding even after I apologized MULTIPLE times. Since cookies took over everything has gone to shit. They have their deals posted online but when I went in 4/5 deals were "not available" because they do not carry those brands anymore. I purchased 5 items and was told my total was $54 when taking to the person with the iPad and when I checked out it was $58 and none of the deals I talked to with the iPad person were applied. The atmosphere is non-welcoming and it's obvious that this is a corporation putting together a site to make money. When I talked to the associate about any suggestions, the only advice I was given was on one brand of weed and was given little other information on any other products. Seems like the new staff and site are nowhere near the level that the old nirvana were on. read more

I've been to around 7 dispensaries in 4 different states and this was the best of them all by far. Starting with the security guard at the door, he was the friendliest cop/security guard I've ever encountered. The guy who helped us choose a couple disposables was super chill and even threw in a free 1g J. Very fair pricing and the products are top notch. read more

This place has employees that steal from the store inventory. I bought a $40 gram of Candyland and it was literally empty. It was there last gram on display and they admitted to knowing what happened. Yet they couldn't replace my gram just told me to complain to Dutchie which doesn't respond. Worst experience in a dispensary in all my years of smoking. I hope other people read this and go to a trusted dispensary like Curaleaf. The bud tenders here don't know squat about concentrates like the difference between live resin or solvent-less concentrates. The flower is dry and stale at all levels. They haven't tried reaching out to me because they are a sketchy company. Hope it gets closed down. read more

This is my go to place for all things medicated. The staff is knowledgeable and always pointing me towards some goodies.

Let me start off by saying I was racially discriminated not only by these 2 security guards but also their manager that claims to be (Luke skywalker). I arrived at this location looking to spend well over $200 and was greeted with a "get out of here we only accept us citizens" I advised them I've been to multiple dispensaries in California and in Arizona and not once was I ever denied a purchase and all they had to say was "well I don't know what to tell you man go back to Mexico" I was left with my eyes open I asked if the cameras outside had audio recording because that was discrimination the female security guard that states her name is destanni tells me "dude you're a fucking Mexican in the us with no papers or passport just leave" I left and I was humiliated by them recording me leaving and laughing screaming "this is not Mexico". Thankfully the 2 females behind me heard and stated to them "that's discrimination in Arizona". I decided to head over to the mint and purchased a Jeeters to end my night. I provided my consular id provided to me in the United States and they took it with no problem I told them what happened at this location and they were shocked as well stating "that is racism". I will be looking to hire an attorney and file a discrimination lawsuit as this was very unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

Such an UNCOMFORTABLE feeling when coming to Nirvana. The staff outside are just RUDE yelling at people who just want to get their ZEN on and feel happy. The parking is awful and causes their customers to stress the hell out before waiting on a long line to get in. Are the deals worth it? Perhaps if they relocated to a better location. Maybe they should've studied the definition of Nirvana before naming their store.
