Well, my husband is the one who has his medical card, not me. However, I am writing this review from my own personal opinion from what I've seen. My husband has gone to Nirvana a few times and has never been disappointed. Until, he went on 8/9/2020. He was recieved a notification on his phone that they had deals for that day. So, my husband and I drove down there to nirvana and while I waited in the car he went to look around and see what they had and the deal he got on his phone. Well, it wasent. This was the most horrible looking crap I've seen. My husband was so disappointed. I even told him, just wait and see till you smoke it. Well he waited till we got home, he smoked it, and he instantly got a migraine. This strain literally Crumbles as soon as you pinch it. It's just so dry, it just breaks. That's it. There is no stickiness to it, no nothing. The smell of lemon is definitely there. But the high would be a negative. Again, it ended up giving my husband a major migraine instead of a high. Unfortunately, I told my to give it back and either get your money back or exchange it for something else as it is not my husband fault for getting this junk. Nirvana is a dispensary. They test their shit out to see how much THC and CBD it has, etc before they put in on the shelves to sell. They need to redo their testing for this. Because ain't shit came out of it. The pictures is after a few days we've had it, and the color CHANGED. It was a lighter color. Tbh, looked like how dry/dead grass and weeds look like lol. Anyways, the colored changed to this dark brown/nasty dark green. (Which is the pics of color already being changed) But yet, my husband opened the tube it came in, and smell was still strong, but it tended to get a little sticky then just dissolving in your hand like before. SO, he gave it another try... that was a fail, as he instantly got a migraine again. All I have to say to nirvana is, if your policy is that your patients cant return or exchange shit once product is bought, nor give them back their points for shit YOU sold to a patient, then I highly suggest you sell products that actually help people for the medical purposes instead of making them get side effects, with no medical use. This lemon diesel needs to be taken off the shelf and not sold to others. This and any dispensary makes alot of their profit from PATIENTS. And for a dispensary to sell some nasty shit like this is not cool. Soo now this stupid weed is sitting in my house untouched because my husband cant smoke it. And if I even bother to throw it away, I feel bad because that $60bucks down the drain without my husband smoking. Not to mention my husband was on his last of "total allowance" he had. And ended up using the rest to buy this funky shit, and had to wait 5 days till it reccrued the next total allowance. Although this place lost just ONE patient. Business makes it through word of mouth. And I hope people who take the time to read this review, take the time and do your research for this place. A friend and I each purchased a full OZ that was having a deal that day. I guess I misunderstood the bud tender so after the transition was complete and we had already paid the budtender then charges me another $16 and then gives me only half of what I had already paid for. He refused to put it back how it was originally or five me my money back and says its my fault that because I misunderstood so now I'm stuck with it. Then on top of that I have sent so many emails and called the store and I have not once been able to get through to the actual manager Brian and I have not received even 1 call back or email response and I just don't know what to do. Won't be coming back after this last trip sadly, but the first time I came here I asked for an indica and the guy man splained weed to me and kept pushing a hybrid on me and I'm not a fussy person so in the end he won and I bought the hybrid. My fiancé was with a separate person and asked for an indica and got it right away so when we talked about it in the car we actually ended up switching because he likes hybrids more but had me in mind when buying. Second time I just went in the lady told me I'd get buy one get one on the cartridges for bringing a person in for their first time and I got the battery too and my total was $80 ish dollars which I thought was high but I went with it and even tipped her. Come to find out when I look at their website the cartridges are $30 a piece! So she charged me for both when honestly had she not told me they were buy one get one I would have only gotten one.. also, I asked for indica again this time and I'm a weed noob so I just trusted what she told me was indica but I looked at the boxes and they're BOTH HYBRIDS. This place has a problem with their online sites. They don't have all the strains on the sites every day. They flip flop them even though that would mean they have to have them in inventory even though they're not listed on the site. So I tried to do a walk-in to see what strains they actually have available. The woman acted very dismissive right off the bat and was like well this is the ordering kiosk everything you have to order from there. Basically saying those are the strains we have. Basically not even trying to help me with the fact that not all of the strings in the inventory are put on the site to order. Even though they've had four to six to eight selections previously. So I looked on the kiosk and they only had 1 strain available when even Leafly had 2. And than I said you guys need to fix your shit (pretty mild tempered) walked out and went to go pick up my online order and the women followed me outside about 45 seconds later yelling at me that she's holding my order and I can't pick up tonight "because I was irate". I said that one line and left the store, I didn't cause a scene. She escalated the entire situation by following me and yelling at me when I was just gonna go do my thing. It feels really retaliatory because I was trying to talk about an actual issue because I come here alot and have noticed it as a pattern. I don't know if I'm ever going to come back here. They were really retaliatory to my fiance BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME and told her the shatters were 12 each plus tax not 2/20 like the deal said, causing her to spend an extra 5 dollars, and when she called the AJ location they told her yeah it's 2/20. disappointed in my first visit as I come to find out the strain I was looking for in the first place was there and my budtender Adam R said they were completely out, I couldn't even save my first time patient deal another time. Called again the next morning to double check which to I was right, the original strain I was looking for was there.
